1 Devid na ndịisi agha ndị Izrel họpụtara ndị ga na-ebu amụma mgbe ndị ji ụbọ akwara, une na ogene na-eti egwu. Ha sitere nʼụmụ Asaf, Heman na Jedutun, họpụta ha. Ndị a bụ aha ndị rụrụ ọrụ nke a:
Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
2 Ndị amụma na-ebu amụma, ndị nke bụ ụmụ Asaf: Zakua, Josef, Netanaya na Asarela bụ ụmụ Asaf nọ nʼokpuru Asaf, onye nọ nʼokpuru eze bụ onyeisi ha.
Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.
3 Ma nye Jedutun, ụmụ ndị ikom ya: Gedaliya, Zeri, Jeshaya, Shimei, Hashabaya na Matitaia. Ha dị isii nʼọnụọgụgụ nọrọ nʼokpuru nna ha bụ Jedutun, onye na-ebu amụma, na-eji une na-enye Onyenwe anyị ekele na otuto.
Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise Yhwh.
4 Ma nye Heman, ụmụ ndị ikom ya: Bukaya, Matanaya, Uziel, Shubuel, Jerimot, Hananaya, Hanani, Eliata, Gidalti, Romamti-Eza, Joshbekasha, Maloti, Hotia, na Mahaziot.
Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti–ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth:
5 Ndị a niile bụ ụmụ Heman, onye bụ ọhụ ụzọ eze. Dịka nkwa Chineke kwere maka ibuli ya elu, Chineke nyere ya ụmụ ndị ikom iri na anọ, na ụmụ ndị inyom atọ.
All these were the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
6 Ụmụ ndị ikom ndị a niile nọ nʼokpuru nna ha, maka ịbụ abụ nʼụlọ Onyenwe anyị na-eji ịkpọ ụbọ na une na iti ọla na-ada ụda, nʼihi ofufe ụlọ Chineke. Asaf, na Jedutun, na Heman nọkwa nʼokpuru nlekọta eze.
All these were under the hands of their father for song in the house of Yhwh, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.
7 Ọnụọgụgụ ha tinyere ụmụ nne ha ndị e nyere ọzụzụ nʼihe gbasara abụ, bụ ndị nwere nghọta nʼihe banyere abụ a na-abụku Onyenwe anyị, dị narị abụọ, na iri asatọ na asatọ.
So the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in the songs of Yhwh, even all that were cunning, was two hundred fourscore and eight.
8 Ha ji ife nza kee ọrụ ha, ma onye ukwu ma onye nta nʼime ha, ndị nwere nghọta ma ndị a na-azụ azụ, nʼotu aka ahụ.
And they cast lots, ward against ward, as well the small as the great, the teacher as the scholar.
9 Nza nke mbụ e fere mara Josef nwa Asaf, ya na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ. Nke abụọ, Gedaliya na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
Now the first lot came forth for Asaph to Joseph: the second to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and sons were twelve:
10 Nke atọ, Zakua na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The third to Zaccur, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
11 Nke anọ, Izri na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The fourth to Izri, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
12 Nke ise, Netanaya na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The fifth to Nethaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
13 Nza nke isii mara Bukaya, na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The sixth to Bukkiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
14 Nke asaa, Jesarela na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The seventh to Jesharelah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
15 Nke asatọ, Jeshaya na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The eighth to Jeshaiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
16 Nke itoolu, Matanaya na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The ninth to Mattaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
17 Nke iri, Shimei na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The tenth to Shimei, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
18 Nke iri na otu, Azarel na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The eleventh to Azareel, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
19 Nza nke iri na abụọ mara Hashabaya, na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The twelfth to Hashabiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
20 Nke iri na atọ, Shubuel na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The thirteenth to Shubael, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
21 Nke iri na anọ, Matitaia na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The fourteenth to Mattithiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
22 Nke iri na ise, Jeremot na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The fifteenth to Jeremoth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
23 Nke iri na isii, Hananaya na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The sixteenth to Hananiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
24 Nke iri na asaa, Joshbekasha na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The seventeenth to Joshbekashah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
25 Nza nke iri na asatọ mara Hanani, na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The eighteenth to Hanani, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
26 Nke iri na itoolu, Maloti na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The nineteenth to Mallothi, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
27 Nke iri abụọ, Eliata na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The twentieth to Eliathah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
28 Nke iri abụọ na otu, Hotia na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The one and twentieth to Hothir, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
29 Nke iri abụọ na abụọ, Gidalti na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The two and twentieth to Giddalti, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
30 Nke iri abụọ na atọ, Mahaziot na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The three and twentieth to Mahazioth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
31 Ebe nza nke iri abụọ na anọ mara Romamti-Eza, na ụmụ ya ndị ikom na ụmụnne ya. Ha niile dị iri na abụọ.
The four and twentieth to Romamti–ezer, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve.
