Zsoltárok 48
1 A Kóráh fiainak zsoltáréneke. Nagy az Úr és igen dicséretes a mi Istenünknek városában, az ő szentséges hegyén.
A song a psalm of [the] sons of Korah. [is] great Yahweh and [is] to be praised exceedingly in [the] city of God our [the] mountain of holiness his.
2 Szépen emelkedik az egész föld öröme, a Sion hegye, a szélső észak felé, a nagy királynak városa.
[it is] beautiful of Height [the] joy of all the earth [the] mountain of Zion [the] remotest parts of Zaphon [the] town of [the] king great.
3 Isten van az ő palotáiban, ismeretes ott, mint menedék.
God [is] in fortresses its he has made himself known to a refuge.
4 Mert ímé, a királyok összegyűltek, de tovatüntek együttesen.
For there! the kings they assembled they passed on together.
5 Meglátták ők, legott elcsodálkoztak; megijedtek, elriadtak.
They they saw thus they were astonished they were terrified they hurried away.
6 Rémület fogta el ott őket, fájdalom, a milyen a szülőasszonyé;
Trembling it seized them there anguish like [woman] giving birth.
7 A keleti széllel összezúzod Tarsis hajóit.
With a wind of [the] east you shatter ships of Tarshish.
8 A miként hallottuk, akként láttuk a Seregek Urának városában, a mi Istenünk városában; örökre megerősítette azt az Isten! (Szela)
Just as we have heard - so we have seen in [the] city of Yahweh of hosts in [the] city of God our God he will establish it until perpetuity (Selah)
9 A te kegyelmedről elmélkedünk oh Isten a te templomodnak belsejében.
We have reflected on O God covenant loyalty your in [the] midst of temple your.
10 A milyen a neved oh Isten, olyan a te dicséreted a föld határáig; igazsággal teljes a te jobbod.
Like name your O God so praise your [is] over [the] ends of [the] earth righteousness it is full right [hand] your.
11 Örül Sion hegye, ujjonganak Júda leányai a te ítéletedért.
It will rejoice - [the] mountain of Zion they will be glad [the] daughters of Judah on account of judgments your.
12 Vegyétek körül a Siont, kerüljétek meg azt, számláljátok meg tornyait.
Go around Zion and go round it count towers its.
13 Jól nézzétek meg sánczait, járjátok be palotáit, hogy elmondhassátok a jövendő nemzedéknek:
Set heart your - to rampart its walk through fortresses its so that you may recount [it] to a generation later.
14 Bizony ez az Isten a mi Istenünk mindörökké, ő vezet minket mindhalálig!
For this - [is] God God our forever and ever he he will guide us on dying.
