Zsoltárok 15

1 Dávid zsoltára. Uram, kicsoda tartózkodhatik sátorodban, kicsoda lakozhatik szent hegyeden?

A Melody of David. O Yahweh! Who shall be a guest in thy tent? Who shall abide in thy holy mountain?

2 A ki tökéletességben jár, igazságot cselekszik, és igazat szól az ő szívében.

He that walketh without blame, and doeth what is right, and speaketh truth with his heart;

3 Nem rágalmaz nyelvével; nem tesz rosszat felebarátjának, és nem szerez gyalázatot rokonainak.

Hath not carried slander on his tongue, hath not done his friend a wrong, nor, a reproach, taken up against his neighbour;

4 A megbélyegzett útálatos az ő szemeiben, de az Urat félőket tiszteli: a ki kárára esküszik, és meg nem változtatja.

Despised in his sight, is the reprobate, but, them who revere Yahweh, he doth honour, he hath sworn to his neighbour, and will not change;

5 Pénzét nem adja uzsorára, és nem vesz el ajándékot az ártatlan ellen. A ki ezeket cselekszi, nem rendül meg soha örökké.

His silver, hath he not put out on interest, nor, a bribe against the innocent, hath he taken. He that doeth these things, shall not be shaken unto times age-abiding.
