Máté 15
1 Akkor írástudók és farizeusok jőnek vala Jézushoz, Jeruzsálemből, mondván:
Then came to Iesus scribes and pharises from Ierusalem sayinge:
2 Miért hágják át a te tanítványaid a vének rendeléseit? Mert nem mossák meg a kezeiket, mikor enni akarnak.
why do thy disciples transgresse the tradicios of ye elders? for they wesshe not their hondes when they eate breed.
3 Ő pedig felelvén monda nékik: Ti meg miért hágjátok át az Isten parancsolatját a ti rendeléseitek által?
He answered and sayde vnto them: why do ye also transgresse ye comaundment of God thorowe youre tradicions?
4 Mert Isten parancsolta ezt, mondván: Tiszteld atyádat és anyádat, és: A ki atyját vagy anyját szidalmazza, halállal lakoljon.
For God comaunded sayinge: honoure thy father and mother and he that cursseth father or mother shall suffer deeth.
5 Ti pedig ezt mondjátok: A ki atyjának vagy anyjának ezt mondja: Templomi ajándék az, a mivel megsegíthetlek, az olyan akár ne is tisztelje az ő atyját vagy anyját.
But ye saye every ma shall saye to his father or mother: That which thou desyrest of me to helpe ye with: is geven God:
6 És erőtelenné tettétek az Isten parancsolatját a ti rendeléseitek által.
and so shall he not honoure his father or his mother. And thus haue ye made yt the comaundment of God is with out effecte through youre tradicios.
7 Képmutatók, igazán prófétált felőletek Ésaiás, mondván:
Ypocrites well prophesyed of you Esay sayinge:
8 Ez a nép szájával közelget hozzám, és ajkával tisztel engemet; szíve pedig távol van tőlem.
This people draweth nye vnto me with their mouthes and honoureth me with their lippes howbe it their hertes are farre from me:
9 Pedig hiába tisztelnek engem, ha oly tudományokat tanítanak, a melyek embereknek parancsolatai.
but in vayne they worshippe me teachinge doctrines whiche are nothing but mens precepts.
10 És előszólítván a sokaságot, monda nékik: Halljátok és értsétek meg:
And he called the people vnto him and sayde to them: heare and vnderstande.
11 Nem az fertőzteti meg az embert, a mi a szájon bemegy, hanem a mi kijön a szájból, az fertőzteti meg az embert.
That which goeth into the mouth defyleth not ye man: but that which commeth out of the mouth defyleth the man.
12 Akkor hozzájárulván az ő tanítványai, mondának néki: Tudod-é, hogy a farizeusok e beszédet hallván, megbotránkoztak?
Then came his disciples and sayde vnto him. Perceavest thou not how that the pharises are offended in hearinge thys sayinge?
13 Ő pedig felelvén, monda: Minden plánta, a melyet nem az én mennyei Atyám plántált, kitépetik.
He answered and sayde: all plantes which my hevely father hath not planted shalbe plucked vp by the rotes.
14 Hagyjátok őket; vakoknak vak vezetői ők: ha pedig vak vezeti a vakot, mind a ketten a verembe esnek.
Let them alone they be the blynde leaders of the blynde. If the blynde leede the blynde boothe shall fall into the dyche.
15 Péter pedig felelvén, monda néki: Magyarázd meg nékünk ezt a példázatot.
Then answered Peter and sayd to him: declare vnto vs this parable.
16 Jézus pedig monda: Ti is értelem nélkül vagytok-é még?
Then sayde Iesus: are ye yet with oute vnderstondinge?
17 Mégsem értitek-é, hogy minden, a mi a szájon bemegy, a gyomorba jut, és az árnyékszékbe vettetik?
perceave ye not that what soever goeth in at the mouth descendeth doune in to the bely and is cast out into the draught?
18 A mik pedig a szájból jőnek ki, a szívből származnak, és azok fertőztetik meg az embert.
But those thingis which procede out of the mouth come from the herte and they defyle the man.
19 Mert a szívből származnak a gonosz gondolatok, gyilkosságok, házasságtörések, paráznaságok, lopások, hamis tanubizonyságok, káromlások.
For out of the herte come evyll thoughtis murder breakyng of wedlocke whordo theefte falce witnes berynge blasphemye.
20 Ezek fertőztetik meg az embert; de a mosdatlan kézzel való evés nem fertőzteti meg az embert.
These are the thingis which defyle a man. But to eate with vnwesshen hondes defyleth not a man.
21 És elmenvén onnét Jézus, Tirus és Sidon vidékeire tére.
And Iesus went thence and departed in to the costis of Tyre and Sidon.
22 És ímé egy kananeus asszony jövén ki abból a tartományból, kiált vala néki: Uram, Dávidnak fia, könyörülj rajtam! az én leányom az ördögtől gonoszul gyötörtetik.
And beholde a woman which was a Cananite came out of ye same coostis and cryed vnto him sayinge: have mercy on me Lorde the sonne of David my doughter is pytiously vexed with a devyll.
23 Ő pedig egy szót sem felele néki. És az ő tanítványai hozzá menvén, kérik vala őt, mondván: Bocsásd el őt, mert utánunk kiált.
And he gave her never a worde to answer. Then came to him his disciples and besought him sayinge: sende her awaye for she foloweth vs cryinge.
24 Ő pedig felelvén, monda: Nem küldettem, csak az Izráel házának elveszett juhaihoz.
He answered and sayde: I am not sent but vnto ye loost shepe of ye housse of Israel.
25 Az asszony pedig odaérvén, leborula előtte, mondván: Uram, légy segítségül nékem!
Then she came and worshipped him sayinge: master helpe me.
26 Ő pedig felelvén, monda: Nem jó a fiak kenyerét elvenni, és az ebeknek vetni.
He answered and sayde: it is not good to take the chyldrens breed and to cast it to whelpes.
27 Az pedig monda: Úgy van, Uram; de hiszen az ebek is esznek a morzsalékokból, a mik az ő uroknak asztaláról aláhullanak.
She answered and sayde: truthe Lorde: neverthelesse the whelpes eate of the cromes which fall from their masters table.
28 Ekkor felelvén Jézus, monda néki: Óh asszony, nagy a te hited! Legyen néked a te akaratod szerint. És meggyógyula az ő leánya attól a pillanattól fogva.
Then Iesus answered and sayde vnto her. O woman greate is thy faith be it to the even as thou desyrest. And her doughter was made whole even at that same houre.
29 És onnét távozva, méne Jézus a Galilea tengere mellé; és felmenvén a hegyre, ott leüle.
Then Iesus went awaye from thence and came nye vnto the see of Galile and went vp in to a mountayne and sat doune there.
30 És nagy sokaság megy vala hozzá, vivén magokkal sántákat, vakokat, némákat, csonkákat és sok egyebeket, és odahelyezék őket a Jézus lábai elé; és meggyógyítá őket,
And moche people came vnto him havinge with the halt blynde domme maymed and other many: and cast them doune at Iesus fete. And he healed them
31 Úgy hogy a sokaság álmélkodik vala, látván, hogy a némák beszélnek, a csonkák megépülnek, a sánták járnak, a vakok látnak: és dicsőíték Izráel Istenét.
in so moche that the people wondred to se the dome speake the maymed whole the halt to go and ye blynde to se. And they glorified the God of Israel.
32 Jézus pedig előszólítván az ő tanítványait, monda: Szánakozom e sokaságon, mert három napja immár, hogy velem vannak, és nincs mit enniök. Éhen pedig nem akarom őket elbocsátani, hogy valamiképen ki ne dőljenek az úton.
Then Iesus called his disciples to him and sayde: I have compassion on ye people becau se they have cotynued with me now. iii. dayes and have nought to eate: and I wyll not let them departe fastinge leste they perisshe in ye waye.
33 És mondának néki az ő tanítványai: Honnét volna e pusztában annyi kenyerünk, hogy megelégítsünk ily nagy sokaságot?
And his disciples sayd vnto him: whece shuld we get so moche breed in ye wildernes as shuld suffise so greate a multitude?
34 És monda nékik Jézus: Hány kenyeretek van? Ők pedig mondának: Hét, és néhány halunk.
And Iesus sayde vnto them: how many loves have ye? And they sayde: seven and a feawe litle fysshes.
35 És parancsolá a sokaságnak, hogy telepedjenek le a földön.
And he comaunded ye people to syt doune on ye grounde:
36 És vevén a hét kenyeret és a halakat, és hálákat adván, megtöré, és adá az ő tanítványainak, a tanítványok pedig a sokaságnak.
and toke the seven loves and the fysshes and gave thankes and brake them and gave to his disciples and the disciples gave them to the people.
37 És mindnyájan evének, és megelégedének; és fölszedék a maradék darabokat hét teli kosárral.
And they dyd all eate and were suffised. And they toke vp of the broke meate that was lefte. vii. basketes full.
38 A kik pedig ettek vala, négyezeren valának férfiak, asszonyokon és gyermekeken kívül.
And yet they that ate were. iiii. M. men besyde wemen and chyldren.
39 És elbocsátván a sokaságot, beszálla a hajóba, és elméne Magdala határaiba.
And he sent awaye the people and toke shippe and came into the parties of Magdala.
