Lukács 20
1 És lőn azok közül a napok közül egyen, mikor ő a népet tanítá a templomban, és és az evangyéliomot hirdeté, előállának a főpapok és az írástudók a vénekkel egybe,
And it came to pass, on one of those days, as He is teaching the people in the temple, and proclaiming good news, the chief priests and the scribes, with the elders, came on [Him],
2 És mondának néki, így szólván: Mondd meg nékünk, micsoda hatalommal cselekszed ezeket? vagy ki az, a ki néked ezt a hatalmat adta?
and spoke to Him, saying, “Tell us by what authority You do these things? Or who is he that gave to You this authority?”
3 Felelvén pedig, monda nékik: Én is kérdek egy dolgot tőletek; mondjátok meg azért nékem:
And He answering said to them, “I will question you—I also—one thing, and tell Me:
4 A János keresztsége mennyből vala-é, vagy emberektől?
the immersion of John, was it from Heaven, or from men?”
5 Azok pedig tanakodának magok közt, mondván: Ha ezt mondjuk: Mennyből; azt fogja mondani: Miért nem hittetek tehát néki?
And they reasoned with themselves, saying, “If we may say, From Heaven, He will say, Why, then, did you not believe him?
6 Ha pedig ezt mondjuk: Emberektől; az egész nép megkövez minket: mert meg van győződve, hogy János próféta volt.
And if we may say, From men, all the people will stone us, for they are having been persuaded John to be a prophet.”
7 Felelének azért, hogy ők nem tudják, honnét vala.
And they answered that they did not know from where [it was],
8 És Jézus monda nékik: Én sem mondom meg néktek, micsoda hatalommal cselekszem ezeket.
and Jesus said to them, “Neither do I say to you by what authority I do these things.”
9 És kezdé a népnek e példázatot mondani: Egy ember plántála szőlőt, és kiadá azt munkásoknak, és hosszú időre elutazék.
And He began to speak to the people this allegory: “A certain man planted a vineyard, and gave it out to farmers, and went abroad for a long time,
10 És annak idején elküldé szolgáját a munkásokhoz, hogy adjanak néki a szőlő gyümölcséből; a munkások pedig azt megvervén, üresen bocsáták el.
and at the season he sent a servant to the farmers, that they may give to him from the fruit of the vineyard, but the farmers having beat him, sent [him] away empty.
11 És még másik szolgát is külde; de azok azt is megvervén és meggyalázván, üresen bocsáták el.
And he added to send another servant, and they also having beaten and dishonored that one, sent [him] away empty;
12 És még harmadikat is külde; de azok azt is megsebesítvén, kiveték.
and he added to send a third, and this one also, having wounded, they cast out.
13 Monda azért a szőlőnek ura: Mit cselekedjem? Elküldöm az én szerelmes fiamat: talán azt, ha látják, megbecsülik.
And the owner of the vineyard said, What will I do? I will send my son, the beloved, perhaps having seen this one, they will respect [him];
14 De mikor azt látták a munkások, tanakodának egymás közt, mondván: Ez az örökös; jertek, öljük meg őt, hogy a miénk legyen az örökség!
and having seen him, the farmers reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir; come, we may kill him, that the inheritance may become ours;
15 És kivetvén őt a szőlőből, megölék. Mit cselekszik azért a szőlőnek ura azokkal?
and having cast him outside of the vineyard, they killed [him]; what, then, will the owner of the vineyard do to them?
16 Elmegy és elveszti azokat a munkásokat, és a szőlőt másoknak adja. És mikor ezt hallották, mondának: Távol legyen az!
He will come, and destroy these farmers, and will give the vineyard to others.” And having heard, they said, “Let it not be!”
17 Ő pedig reájok tekintvén, monda: Mi az tehát, a mi meg van írva: A mely követ az építők megvetettek, az lett a szegelet fejévé?
And He, having looked on them, said, “What, then, is this that has been written: A stone that the builders rejected—this became head of a corner?
18 Valaki erre a kőre esik, szétzúzatik; a kire pedig ez esik reá, szétmorzsolja azt.
Everyone who has fallen on that stone will be broken, and on whom it may fall, it will crush him to pieces.”
19 És igyekeznek vala a főpapok és az írástudók kezeiket ő reá vetni azon órában; de félének a néptől; mert megérték, hogy ő ellenök mondta e példázatot.
And the chief priests and the scribes sought to lay hands on Him in that hour, and they feared the people, for they knew that He spoke this allegory against them.
20 Annakokáért vigyázván ő reá, leselkedőket küldének ki, a kik igazaknak tetteték magokat, hogy őt megfogják beszédében; hogy átadják a felsőbbségnek és a helytartó hatalmának.
And having watched [Him], they sent forth ones lying in wait, feigning themselves to be righteous, that they might take hold of His word, to deliver Him up to the rule and to the authority of the governor,
21 Kik megkérdezék őt, mondván: Mester, tudjuk, hogy te helyesen beszélsz és tanítasz, és személyt nem válogatsz, hanem az Istennek útját igazán tanítod:
and they questioned Him, saying, “Teacher, we have known that You say and teach correctly, and do not receive a person, but in truth teach the way of God.
22 Szabad-é nékünk adót fizetnünk a császárnak, vagy nem?
Is it lawful to us to give tribute to Caesar or not?”
23 Ő pedig észrevévén álnokságukat, monda nékik: Mit kísértetek engem?
And He, having perceived their craftiness, said to them, “Why do you tempt Me?
24 Mutassatok nékem egy pénzt; kinek a képe és felirata van rajta? És felelvén, mondának: A császáré.
Show Me a denarius; of whom does it have an image and inscription?” And they answering said, “Of Caesar”:
25 Ő pedig monda nékik: Adjátok meg azért a mi a császáré, a császárnak, és a mi az Istené, az Istennek.
and He said to them, “Give back, therefore, the things of Caesar to Caesar, and the things of God to God”;
26 És nem tudták őt megfogni beszédében a nép előtt; és csodálkozván az ő feleletén, elhallgatának.
and they were not able to take hold on His saying before the people, and having wondered at His answer, they were silent.
27 Hozzá menvén pedig a sadduczeusok közül némelyek, a kik tagadják, hogy van feltámadás, megkérdék őt,
And certain of the Sadducees, who are denying that there is a resurrection, having come near, questioned Him,
28 Mondván: Mester, Mózes megírta nékünk, ha valakinek testvére meghal, kinek felesége volt, és magzatok nélkül hal meg, hogy annak testvére elvegye annak feleségét, és támasszon magot az ő testvérének.
saying, “Teacher, Moses wrote to us if anyone’s brother may die, having a wife, and he may die childless—that his brother may take the wife, and may raise up seed to his brother.
29 Hét testvér vala azért: és az első feleséget vévén, meghalt magzatok nélkül;
There were, then, seven brothers, and the first having taken a wife, died childless,
30 A másik vevé el azért annak feleségét, és az is magzatok nélkül halt meg;
and the second took the wife, and he died childless,
31 Akkor a harmadik vette el azt; és hasonlóképen mind a heten is; és nem hagytak magot, és meghaltak.
and the third took her, and in like manner also the seven—they left no children, and they died;
32 Mind ezek után pedig meghalt az asszony is.
and last of all the woman also died:
33 A feltámadáskor azért kinek a felesége lesz közülök? mert mind a hétnek felesége volt.
in the resurrection, then, of which of them does she become wife? For the seven had her as wife.”
And Jesus answering said to them, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage, (aiōn g165)
35 De a kik méltókká tétetnek, hogy ama világot elvegyék, és a halálból való feltámadást, sem nem házasodnak, sem férjhez nem adatnak: (aiōn g165)
but those accounted worthy to obtain that age, and the resurrection that is out of the dead, neither marry, nor are they given in marriage; (aiōn g165)
36 Mert meg sem halhatnak többé: mert hasonlók az angyalokhoz; és az Isten fiai, mivelhogy a feltámadásnak fiai.
for neither are they able to die anymore—for they are like messengers—and they are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.
37 Hogy pedig a halottak feltámadnak, Mózes is megjelentette a csipkebokornál, mikor az Urat Ábrahám Istenének és Izsák Istenének és Jákób Istenének mondja.
And that the dead are raised, even Moses showed at the Bush, since he calls the LORD the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob;
38 Az Isten pedig nem a holtaknak, hanem az élőknek Istene: mert mindenek élnek ő néki.
and He is not a God of dead men, but of living, for all live to Him.”
39 Felelvén pedig némelyek az írástudók közül, mondának: Mester, jól mondád!
And certain of the scribes answering said, “Teacher, You said well”;
40 És többé semmit sem mertek tőle kérdezni.
and they no longer dared question Him anything.
41 Monda pedig nékik: Mimódon mondják, hogy a Krisztus Dávidnak fia?
And He said to them, “How do they say the Christ is [the] son of David,
42 Holott maga Dávid mondja a zsoltárok könyvében: Monda az Úr az én Uramnak, ülj az én jobbkezem felől,
and David himself says in [the] Scroll of Psalms, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit on My right hand,
43 Míglen vetem a te ellenségeidet a te lábaid alá zsámolyul.
Until I will make Your enemies Your footstool;
44 Dávid azért Urának mondja őt, mimódon fia tehát néki?
David, then, calls Him Lord, and how is He his son?”
45 És az egész nép hallására monda az ő tanítványainak:
And all the people hearing, He said to His disciples,
46 Oltalmazzátok meg magatokat az írástudóktól, kik hosszú köntösökben akarnak járni, és szeretik a piaczokon való köszöntéseket, és a gyülekezetekben az első űlést, és a lakomákon a főhelyeket;
“Take heed of the scribes, who are wishing to walk in long robes, and are cherishing salutations in the markets, and first seats in the synagogues, and first couches at the banquets,
47 Kik az özvegyeknek házát felemésztik, és színből hosszan imádkoznak; ezek súlyosabb ítélet alá esnek.
who devour the houses of the widows, and make long prayers for a pretense, these will receive more abundant judgment.”
