3 Mózes 25
1 Szóla ismét az Úr Mózesnek a Sinai hegyen, mondván:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses on [the] mountain of Sinai saying.
2 Szólj Izráel fiainak és mondd meg nékik: Mikor bementek a földre, a melyet én adok néktek, nyugodjék meg a föld az Úrnak szombatja szerint.
Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them if you will go into the land which I [am] about to give to you and it will cease the land a sabbath to Yahweh.
3 Hat esztendőn át vesd a te szántóföldedet, és hat esztendőn át messed a te szőlődet, és takarítsd be annak termését;
Six years you will sow field your and six years you will prune vineyard your and you will gather produce its.
4 A hetedik esztendőben pedig szombati nyugodalma legyen a földnek, az Úrnak szombatja: szántóföldedet ne vesd be, és szőlődet meg ne mesd.
And in the year seventh a sabbath of sabbath observance it will belong to the land a sabbath to Yahweh field your not you will sow and vineyard your not you will prune.
5 A mi a te tarló földeden magától terem, le ne arasd, és a mi a te metszetlen szőlődön terem, meg ne szedjed; mert nyugalom esztendeje lesz az a földnek.
[the] self-sown grain of Harvest your not you will harvest and [the] grapes untrimmed vines your not you will gather grapes a year of sabbath observance it will belong to the land.
6 És a mit a föld az ő szombatján terem, legyen az eledelül néktek: néked, szolgádnak, szolgáló leányodnak, béresednek és zsellérednek, a kik nálad tartózkodnak;
And it will belong [the] sabbath of the land to you to food to you and to [male] slave your and to female slave your and to hired laborer your and to resident alien your who are sojourning with you.
7 A te barmodnak is és a vadnak, a mely a te földeden van, legyen annak minden termése eledelül.
And to livestock your and to the animal[s] which [is] in land your it will be all produce its to eat.
8 Számlálj azután hét szombat-esztendőt, hétszer hét esztendőt, úgy hogy a hét szombat-esztendőnek ideje negyvenkilencz esztendő legyen:
And you will count for yourself seven sabbaths of years seven years seven times and they will be to you [the] days of seven [the] sabbaths of years nine and forty year[s].
9 Akkor fúvasd végig a riadó kürtöt a hetedik hónapban, a hónap tizedikén; az engesztelés napján fúvasd végig a kürtöt a ti egész földeteken.
And you will cause to pass through a ram's horn of [the] sound of a loud blast in the month seventh on the ten of the month on [the] day of atonement you will cause to pass a ram's horn in all land your.
10 És szenteljétek meg az ötvenedik esztendőt, és hirdessetek szabadságot a földön, annak minden lakójának; kürtölésnek esztendeje legyen ez néktek, és kapja vissza kiki az ő birtokát, és térjen vissza kiki az ő nemzetségéhez.
And you will set apart as holy [the] year of the fifty year and you will proclaim liberty in the land for all inhabitants its a jubilee it it will be to you and you will return each one to possession his and each one to clan his you will return.
11 Kürtölésnek esztendeje ez, az legyen néktek az ötvenedik esztendő; ne vessetek és le se arassátok, a mit önként terem a föld, és a metszetlen szőlőjét se szedjétek meg annak.
A jubilee it [the] year of the fifty year it will be to you not you will sow and not you will harvest self-sown grain its and not you will gather grapes untrimmed vines its.
12 Mert kürtölésnek esztendeje ez, szent legyen néktek, a mezőről egyétek meg annak termését.
For [is] a jubilee it a holy thing it will be to you from the field you will eat produce its.
13 A kürtölésnek ebben az esztendejében, kapja vissza ismét kiki az ő birtokát.
In [the] year of the jubilee this you will return each one to possession his.
14 Ha pedig eladsz valami eladni valót a te felebarátodnak, vagy vásárolsz valamit a te felebarátodtól: egymást meg ne csaljátok.
And if you will sell a thing sold to fellow citizen your or you will buy from [the] hand of fellow citizen your may not you maltreat each brother his.
15 A kürtölés esztendejét követő esztendők száma szerint vásárolj a te felebarátodtól; a terméses esztendők száma szerint adjon el néked.
By [the] number of years after the jubilee you will buy from with fellow citizen your by [the] number of [the] years of produce he will sell [it] to you.
16 Az esztendők nagyobb számához képest nagyobb árt adj azért, a mit veszesz, az esztendők kisebb számához képest pedig kisebb árt adj azért, a mit veszesz, mert a termések számát adja ő el néked.
To [the] mouth of - [the] abundance of the years you will increase purchase price its and to [the] mouth of [the] being small of the years you will make small purchase price its for [the] number of produce he [is] selling to you.
17 Egymást azért meg ne csaljátok, hanem félj a te Istenedtől: mert én vagyok az Úr, a ti Istenetek.
And not you will maltreat anyone fellow citizen his and you will fear from God your for I [am] Yahweh God your.
18 Ha teljesítitek azért az én rendeléseimet, és megtartjátok végzéseimet, és teljesítitek azokat, bátorságosan lakhattok a földön.
And you will do statutes my and judgments my you will keep and you will do them and you will dwell on the land to security.
19 És megtermi a föld az ő gyümölcsét, hogy eleget ehessetek, és bátorságosan lakhattok azon.
And it will give the land fruit its and you will eat to abundance and you will dwell to security on it.
20 Ha pedig azt mondjátok: Mit eszünk a hetedik esztendőben, ha nem vetünk, és termésünket be nem takarítjuk?
And if you will say what? will we eat in the year seventh here! not we will sow and not we will gather produce our.
21 Én rátok bocsátom majd az én áldásomat a hatodik esztendőben, hogy három esztendőre való termés teremjen.
And I will command blessing my for you in the year sixth and it will make the produce for [the] three the years.
22 És mikor a nyolczadik esztendőre vettek, akkor is az ó termésből esztek egészen a kilenczedik esztendeig; mindaddig ó gabonát esztek, míg ennek termése be nem jön.
And you will sow the year eighth and you will eat from the produce old harvest until - the year ninth until comes produce its you will eat old harvest.
23 A földet pedig senki el ne adja örökre, mert enyém a föld; csak jövevények és zsellérek vagytok ti nálam.
And the land not it will be sold to perpetuity for [belongs] to me the land for [are] sojourners and resident aliens you with me.
24 Azért a ti birtokotoknak egész földén megengedjétek, hogy a föld kiváltható legyen.
And in all [the] land of possession your [the] right of redemption you will give of the land.
25 Ha elszegényedik a te atyádfia, és elad valamit az ő birtokából, akkor álljon elő az ő rokona, a ki közel van ő hozzá, és váltsa ki, a mit eladott az ő atyjafia.
If he will become impoverished brother your and he will sell some of possession his and he will come kinsman-redeemer his near to him and he will redeem [the] thing sold of brother his.
26 Ha pedig nincs valakinek kiváltó rokona, de maga tesz szert annyira, hogy elege van annak megváltásához:
And anyone if not he will belong to him a kinsman-redeemer and it will reach hand his and he will find according to [the] sufficiency of redemption its.
27 Számlálja meg az eladása óta eltelt esztendőket, a felül lévőt pedig térítse meg annak, a kinek eladta volt, és újra övé legyen az ő birtoka.
And he will calculate [the] years of sale its and he will repay the surplus to the person whom he sold [it] to him and he will return to possession his.
28 Ha pedig nincsen módjában, hogy visszatéríthesse annak, akkor maradjon az ő eladott birtoka annál, a ki megvette azt, egészen a kürtölésnek esztendejéig: a kürtölésnek esztendejében pedig szabaduljon fel, és újra övé legyen az ő birtoka.
And if not it has found hand his sufficiency to repay to him and it will be thing sold his in [the] hand of the [one who] bought it until [the] year of the jubilee and it will go out in the jubilee and he will return to possession his.
29 Ha valaki lakó-házat ad el kerített városban, az kiválthatja azt az eladás esztendejének elteléséig; egy esztendőn át válthatja ki azt.
And anyone if he will sell a house of dwelling of a city of a wall and it will be right of redemption its until is finished [the] year of sale its days it will be right of redemption its.
30 Ha pedig ki nem váltják az esztendőnek teljes elteléséig, akkor a ház, a mely kerített városban van, örökre azé és annak nemzetségeié marad, a ki megvette azt; nem szabadul fel a kürtölésnek esztendejében.
And if not it will be redeemed until is completed to it a year complete and it will stand the house which [is] in the city which ([belongs] to it *Q(K)*) a wall to perpetuity to the [one who] bought it to generations his not it will go out in the jubilee.
31 Az olyan falvak házai pedig, a melyek nincsenek körülkerítve, mezei földek gyanánt számíttassanak, kiválthatók legyenek, és a kürtölésnek esztendejében felszabaduljanak.
And [the] houses of the villages which not [belongs] to them a wall round about to [the] field of the land it will be reckoned a right of redemption it will belong to it and in the jubilee it will go out.
32 A mi pedig a léviták városait illeti, az ő birtokukban lévő városok házai a léviták által mindenkor kiválthatók legyenek,
And [the] cities of the Levites [the] houses of [the] cities of possession their a right of redemption of perpetuity it will belong to the Levites.
33 De a mit ki nem vált is valaki a léviták közül, szabaduljon fel a kürtölésnek esztendejében, az eladott ház, és az ő birtokának városa; mert a léviták városainak házai tulajdon birtokuk nékik Izráel fiai között.
And that he will redeem one of the Levites and it will go out [the] sale of [the] house and [the] city of possession his in the jubilee for [the] houses of [the] cities of the Levites it [is] possession their in among [the] people of Israel.
34 De a városaikhoz tartozó szántóföldeket el ne adják, mert örök birtokuk az nékik.
And [the] field of [the] pasture land of cities their not it will be sold for [is] a possession of perpetuity it to them.
35 Ha a te atyádfia elszegényedik, és keze erőtlenné lesz melletted, segítsd meg őt, akár jövevény, akár zsellér, hogy megélhessen melletted.
And if he will become impoverished brother your and it will slip hand his with you and you will strengthen him a sojourner and a resident alien and he will live with you.
36 Ne végy ő tőle kamatot vagy uzsorát, hanem félj a te Istenedtől, hogy megélhessen melletted a te atyádfia.
May not you take from with him interest and profit and you will fear from God your and he will live brother your with you.
37 Pénzedet ne add néki kamatra, se uzsoráért ne add a te eleségedet.
Silver your not you will give to him for interest and for profit not you will give food your.
38 Én vagyok az Úr, a ti Istenetek, a ki kihoztalak titeket Égyiptom földéről, hogy néktek adjam Kanaán földét, és Istenetek legyek néktek.
I [am] Yahweh God your who I brought out you from [the] land of Egypt to give to you [the] land of Canaan to become for you God.
39 Ha pedig elszegényedik melletted a te atyádfia, és eladja magát néked: ne szolgáltassad úgy mint rabszolgát.
And if he will become impoverished brother your with you and he will sell himself to you not you will labor by him [the] labor of a slave.
40 Mint béres, mint zsellér legyen nálad; a kürtölésnek esztendejéig szolgáljon nálad.
Like a hired laborer like a resident alien he will be with you until [the] year of the jubilee he will serve with you.
41 Azután menjen el tőled ő és vele az ő gyermekei, és térjen vissza az ő nemzetségéhez, és térjen vissza az ő atyáinak örökségébe.
And he will go out from with you he and sons his with him and he will return to clan his and to [the] possession of ancestors his he will return.
42 Mert az én szolgáim ők, a kiket kihoztam Égyiptom földéről: nem adathatnak el, mint rabszolgák.
For [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt not they will be sold a sale of a slave.
43 Ne uralkodjál rajta kegyetlenül, hanem félj a te Istenedtől.
Not you will rule over him with harshness and you will fear from God your.
44 Mind szolgád, mind szolgálóleányod, a kik lesznek néked, a körületek lévő népek közül legyenek: azokból vásárolj szolgát és szolgálóleányt;
And [male] slave your and female slave your who they will belong to you from with the nations which [are] around you from them you will buy a [male] slave and a female slave.
45 Meg a zsellérek gyermekei közül is, a kik nálatok tartózkodnak, azokból is vásárolhattok, és azoknak nemzetségéből, a kik veletek vannak, a kiket a ti földeteken nemzettek; és legyenek a ti tulajdonotok.
And also some of [the] children of the resident aliens who sojourn with you from them you will buy and from clan their which [is] with you which they have fathered in land your and they will belong to you to a possession.
46 És örökül hagyhatjátok azokat a ti utánnatok való fiaitoknak, hogy örökségül bírják azokat, örökké dolgoztathattok velük; de a ti atyátokfiain, az Izráel fiain, egyik a másikán senki ne uralkodjék kegyetlenül.
And you will give as an inheritance them to sons your after you to take possession of a possession for ever by them you will labor and over brothers your [the] people of Israel each over brother his not you will rule over him with harshness.
47 És ha a jövevény vagy zsellér vagyonra tesz szert melletted, a te atyádfia pedig elszegényedik mellette, és eladja magát a melletted lévő jövevénynek, zsellérnek, vagy jövevény nemzetségéből való sarjadéknak:
And if it will reach [the] hand of a sojourner and a resident alien with you and he will become impoverished brother your with him and he will sell himself to a sojourner a resident alien with you or to a member of [the] clan of a sojourner.
48 Mindamellett is, hogy eladta magát, megváltható legyen; akárki megválthassa azt az ő atyjafiai közül.
After he has sold himself a right of redemption it will belong to him one of brothers his he will redeem him.
49 Vagy nagybátyja, vagy nagybátyjának fia váltsa meg azt, vagy az ő nemzetségéből való vérrokona váltsa meg azt, vagy, ha módja van hozzá, maga váltsa meg őmagát.
Or uncle his or [the] son of uncle his he will redeem him or any of [the] relative[s] of flesh his from clan his he will redeem him or it has reached hand his and he will redeem himself.
50 És vessen számot azzal, a ki megvette őt, attól az esztendőtől kezdve, a melyen eladta magát annak, a kürtölésnek esztendejéig, és az ő eladásának ára az esztendők száma szerint legyen, a béres ideje szerint legyen nála.
And he will calculate with [the] [one who] bought him from [the] year he sold himself to him until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be [the] silver of sale his by [the] number of years according to [the] days of a hired laborer he will be with him.
51 Ha még sok esztendő van hátra, azokhoz képest térítse meg annak a váltságot az ő megvásárlásának árából.
If still many in the years to mouth their he will repay redemption his some of [the] silver of purchase his.
52 Ha pedig kevés esztendő van hátra a kürtölésnek esztendejéig, akkor is vessen számot vele, és az évek számához képest fizesse vissza az ő váltságát.
And if few it remains in the years until [the] year of the jubilee and he will calculate for himself according to [the] mouth of years his he will repay redemption his.
53 Mint esztendőről esztendőre fogadott béres legyen nála; ne uralkodjék kegyetlenül rajta te előtted.
Like a hired laborer of a year in a year he will be with him not he will rule over him with harshness to eyes your.
54 Ha pedig ilyen módon meg nem váltatik, a kürtölésnek esztendejében szabaduljon fel: ő és vele az ő gyermekei.
And if not he will be redeemed in these [ways] and he will go out in [the] year of the jubilee he and sons his with him.
55 Mert az én szolgáim Izráel fiai, az én szolgáim ők, a kiket kihoztam Égyiptom földéről. Én vagyok az Úr, a ti Istenetek.
For of me [the] people of Israel [are] servants [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt I [am] Yahweh God your.
