3 Mózes 22
1 Szóla ismét az Úr Mózesnek, mondván:
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
2 Szólj Áronnak és az ő fiainak, hogy tartóztassák meg magokat Izráel fiainak szent adományaitól, hogy meg ne fertőztessék az én szent nevemet azokkal, a miket nékem szentelnek. Én vagyok az Úr.
“Tell Aaron [Light-bringer] and his sons to separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel [God prevails], which they make holy to me, and that they not profane את my holy name. I am Adonai.
3 Mondd meg nékik: Ha valaki a ti nemzetségetekből, a ti összes magzataitok közül hozzájárul a szent dolgokhoz, a melyeket Izráel fiai szentelnek az Úrnak, mikor rajta van az ő tisztátalansága: az ilyen ember irtassék ki én előlem. Én vagyok az Úr.
“Tell them, ‘If anyone of all your offspring throughout all your generations approaches the holy things, which the children of Israel [God prevails] make holy to Adonai, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from before me. I am Adonai.
4 Ha valaki az Áron fiai közül poklos, vagy magfolyós, a szent dolgokból ne egyék, míg meg nem tisztul. A ki pedig valamely halott által megfertőzöttet illet, vagy valakit, a kinek magömlése van,
“‘Whoever of the offspring of Aaron [Light-bringer] is a leper or has an issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose offspring goes from him;
5 Vagy ha valaki valamely férget illet, a mely által tisztátalanná lesz, vagy embert, a kitől tisztátalanná lesz annak valamilyen tisztátalanságához képest:
or whoever touches any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatever uncleanness he has;
6 Az ilyen ember, a ki effélét illet, tisztátalan legyen estvéig, és a szent dolgokból ne egyék, hanem ha megmosta a testét vízzel;
the person that touches any such shall be unclean until the evening, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he bathe his body in water.
7 De mikor lemegy a nap, tiszta lesz, és azután ehetik a szent dolgokból, mert az ő eledele az.
When the sun is down, he shall be clean; and afterward he shall eat of the holy things, because it is his bread.
8 Elhullott vagy széttépett állatot ne egyék, hogy tisztátalanná ne legyen általa. Én vagyok az Úr.
That which dies of itself, or is torn by animals, he shall not eat, defiling himself by it. I am Adonai.
9 Az én rendelésemet pedig megtartsák, hogy bűnbe ne essenek miatta, és meg ne haljanak a miatt, hogy megrontották azt. Én vagyok az Úr, az ő megszentelőjök.
“‘They shall therefore follow my requirements, lest they bear crime deserving penalty, sin ·missing the goal· for it, and die therein, if they profane it. I am Yahweh M'Kaddesham [Yahweh our Santifier / He sustains breathing who makes them holy].
10 Idegen ember ne egyék szenteltet, a papnak zsellére és bérese se egyék szenteltet.
“‘No stranger shall eat of the holy thing: a foreigner living with the priests, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
11 De ha megvásárol valakit a pap a maga pénzén, az ehetik abból, és a ki házánál született: ezek ehetnek az ő eledeléből.
But if a priest buys a slave, purchased by his money, he shall eat of it; and such as are born in his house, they shall eat of his bread.
12 De a pap leánya, ha idegennek lesz a felesége, nem ehetik a szent áldozatból.
If a priest’s daughter is married to an outsider, she shall not eat of the heave offering of the holy things.
13 Ha azonban a pap leánya özvegygyé lesz vagy elválik, de magzata nincsen, és visszatér az ő atyjának házához, mint leánykorában: akkor ehetik az ő atyjának eledeléből; de idegen nem ehetik abból.
But if a priest’s daughter is a widow, or divorced, and has no child, and has teshuvah ·completely returned· to her father’s house, as in her youth, she may eat of her father’s bread: but no stranger shall eat any of it.
14 Ha pedig tévedésből eszik valaki szenteltet, tegye ahhoz annak ötödrészét; így adja meg a papnak a szenteltet.
“‘If a man eats something holy unintentionally by mistake sin ·error·, then he shall add the fifth part of its value to it, and shall give the holy thing to the priest.
15 És meg ne fertőztessék Izráel fiainak szent dolgait, a melyeket áldoznak az Úrnak,
The priests shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel [God prevails], which they offer to Adonai,
16 Hogy vétkes hamissággal ne terheljék magokat, ha esznek azoknak szent dolgaiból; mert én vagyok az Úr, az ő megszentelőjök.
and so cause them to bear the depravity (moral evil) that brings trespass guilt, when they eat their holy things; for I am Yahweh M'Kaddesham [Yahweh our Santifier / He sustains breathing who makes them holy].’”
17 Szóla ismét az Úr Mózesnek, mondván:
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
18 Szólj Áronnak és az ő fiainak és Izráel minden fiának, és mondd meg nékik: ha valaki Izráel házából, és az Izráelben levő jövevények közül felviszi a maga áldozatát, akár fogadásból akár szabad akaratból, a miket felvisznek az Úrnak egészen égőáldozatul,
“Speak to Aaron [Light-bringer], and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel [God prevails], and say to them, ‘Whoever is of the house of Israel [God prevails], or of the foreigners in Israel [God prevails], who offers his offering, whether it is any of their vows, or any of their free will offerings, which they offer to Adonai for a burnt offering;
19 Hogy kedvesen fogadtassanak: épek és hímek legyenek, akár tulkok, akár bárányok, akár kecskék.
that you may be accepted, you shall offer a male without defect, of the bulls, of the sheep, or of the goats.
20 A miben pedig fogyatkozás van, abból semmit se áldozzatok, mert nem lesz kedvessé ti érettetek.
But whatever has a defect, that you shall not offer; for it shall not be acceptable for you.
21 És ha valaki hálaáldozattal áldozik az Úrnak, akár fogadásának teljesítésére, akár szabad akaratból, akár tulokféléből, akár juhféléből: ép legyen, hogy kedves legyen; semmi fogyatkozás ne legyen abban.
Whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to Adonai to accomplish a vow, or for a free will offering, of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted. It shall have no defect.
22 Vakot, vagy rokkantat, vagy csonkát, vagy fekélyest, vagy viszketegest, vagy varast, ilyeneket ne áldozzatok az Úrnak, és tűzáldozatul ne tegyetek ezekből az oltárra az Úrnak.
Blind, injured, maimed, having a wart, festering, or having a running sore: you shall not offer these to Adonai, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to Adonai.
23 Hosszú, vagy kurta tagú ökröt, vagy bárányt szabad akaratból való áldozatul vihetsz ugyan, de fogadási áldozatul nem lesz kedves.
Either a bull or a lamb that has any deformity or lacking in his parts, that you may offer for a free will offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
24 Szétnyomott, összezúzott, megszakadt, vagy kimetszett heréjűt se áldozzatok az Úrnak. Se a ti földeteken ne cselekedjétek ezt,
You must not offer to Adonai that which has its testicles bruised, crushed, broken, or cut. You must not do this in your land.
25 Se idegen ember kezéből ne áldozzatok semmi ilyenből a ti Istenetek eledeléül; mert romlás van bennök, fogyatkozás van bennök: nem fogadtatnak kedvesen érettetek.
You must not receive any of these from the hand of a foreigner to offer as bread for your God, because their deformity is a defect in them. They shall not be accepted for you.’”
26 Szóla ismét az Úr Mózesnek, mondván:
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
27 Borjú, bárány és kecske, ha megelletett, legyen az anyja alatt hét napig, a nyolczadik naptól fogva és azon túl kedves lesz az tűzáldozatul az Úrnak.
“When a bull, or a sheep, or a goat, is born, then it shall remain seven days with its mother; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to Adonai.
28 De tehenet és juhot, azt és annak fiát ne öljétek meg egy napon.
Whether it is a cow or ewe, you shall not kill it and its young both in one day.
29 Hogyha dicsőítő áldozattal áldoztok az Úrnak, úgy áldozzatok, hogy kedvesen fogadtassatok.
“When you offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to Adonai, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.
30 Azon a napon egyétek meg, ne hagyjatok abból reggelig. Én vagyok az Úr.
It shall be eaten on the same day; you shall leave none of it until the morning. I am Adonai.
31 Tartsátok meg azért az én parancsolataimat, és azokat cselekedjétek. Én vagyok az Úr.
“Therefore you shall keep my mitzvot ·instructions·, and do them. I am Adonai.
32 És meg ne fertőztessétek az én szent nevemet, hogy megszenteltessem Izráel fiai között. Én vagyok az Úr, a ti megszentelőtök,
You shall not profane את my holy name, but I will be made holy among the children of Israel [God prevails]. I am Adonai who makes you holy,
33 A ki kihoztalak titeket Égyiptom földéből, hogy Istenetek legyek néktek. Én vagyok az Úr.
who brought you out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], to be your God. I am Adonai.”
