Jeremiás 37
1 Uralkodott pedig Sedékiás király, Jósiásnak fia, Kónia helyett, a ki Jojákimnak fia vala, kit Nabukodonozor, a babiloni király királylyá tett vala Júdának földében.
And he reigned king Zedekiah [the] son of Josiah in place of Coniah [the] son of Jehoiakim whom he made king Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon in [the] land of Judah.
2 De nem hallgatá sem ő, sem az ő szolgái, sem a föld népe az Úrnak szavát, a melyet szólott vala Jeremiás próféta által.
And not he listened he and servants his and [the] people of the land to [the] words of Yahweh which he spoke by [the] hand of Jeremiah the prophet.
3 És elküldé Sedékiás király Júkált, Selémiának fiát, és Sofóniást, Mahásiás papnak fiát Jeremiás prófétához, mondván: Kérlek, könyörögj mi érettünk az Úrnak, a mi Istenünknek.
And he sent the king Zedekiah Jehucal [the] son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah [the] son of Maaseiah the priest to Jeremiah the prophet saying pray please for us to Yahweh God our.
4 Jeremiás pedig be- és kimegy vala a nép között, mert még nem vetették vala őt be a tömlöczbe.
And Jeremiah [was] coming and [was] going out in among the people and not they had put him [the] house of (imprisonment. *Q(K)*)
5 A Faraó serege pedig kijött Égyiptomból, és a Káldeusok, a kik megszállották Jeruzsálemet, meghallották e hírt ő felőlök, és elhagyták Jeruzsálemet.
And [the] army of Pharaoh it had come forth from Egypt and they had heard the Chaldeans who were laying siege on Jerusalem report their and they had taken themselves up from on Jerusalem.
6 És szóla az Úr Jeremiás prófétának, mondván:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah the prophet saying.
7 Ezt mondja az Úr, Izráel Istene: Ezt mondjátok a Júda királyának, a ki elküldött titeket én hozzám, hogy megkérdezzetek engem: Ímé, a Faraó serege, a mely kijött a ti segítségetekre, visszamegy Égyiptom földébe.
Thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel thus you will say to [the] king of Judah who sent you to me to consult me there! - [the] army of Pharaoh which was coming out to you to help [is] about to return to own land its Egypt.
8 És visszatérnek a Káldeusok, és ostromolják e várost, és beveszik azt, és megégetik tűzzel.
And they will return the Chaldeans and they will fight on the city this and they will capture it and they will burn it with fire.
9 Ezt mondja az Úr: Ne csaljátok meg magatokat, mondván: Bizonyoson elmennek mi rólunk a Káldeusok; mert nem mennek el.
Thus - he says Yahweh may not you deceive selves your saying certainly they will go from on us the Chaldeans for not they will go.
10 Mert ha a Káldeusoknak egész seregét megveritek is, a kik ostromolnak titeket, és közülök csak néhány megsebesült marad is: valamennyi felkél az ő sátorából, és megégetik e várost tűzzel.
That except you struck down all [the] army of [the] Chaldeans who are fighting with you and they survived among them men pierced through everyone in tent his they will arise and they will burn the city this with fire.
11 És mikor a Káldeusok serege elvonula Jeruzsálem alól a Faraó serege miatt,
And it was when had taken itself up [the] army of the Chaldeans from on Jerusalem because of [the] army of Pharaoh.
12 Jeremiás is kiindula Jeruzsálemből, menvén a Benjámin földére, hogy osztályrészt kapjon onnan a nép között.
And he went out Jeremiah from Jerusalem to go [the] land of Benjamin to receive a portion from there in among the people.
13 Mikor pedig ő a Benjámin kapujához ére és ott vala egy őr, a kinek neve Jériás vala, Selémiásnak fia, a ki Hanániásnak fia vala, megfogá az Jeremiás prófétát, és monda: Te a Káldeusokhoz szököl!
And it was he [was] at [the] gate of Benjamin and [was] there a captain of [the] guard and name his [was] Irijah [the] son of Shelemiah [the] son of Hananiah and he arrested Jeremiah the prophet saying to the Chaldeans you [are] falling.
14 És monda Jeremiás: Hazugság! Nem szököm a Káldeusokhoz; de nem hallgata rá. És Jériás megfogá Jeremiást, és vivé őt a fejedelmekhez.
And he said Jeremiah a lie not I [am] falling on the Chaldeans and not he listened to him and he seized Irijah Jeremiah and he brought him to the officials.
15 És a fejedelmek megharaguvának Jeremiásra, és megvereték őt, és veték a fogházba az írástudó Jónatán házába: mert azt rendelték vala fogháznak.
And they were angry the officials towards Jeremiah and they struck him and they put him [the] house of fetter[s] [the] house of Jonathan the scribe for it they had made into [the] house of imprisonment.
16 Mikor Jeremiás a tömlöczbe és a börtönbe juta, és sok napig vala ott Jeremiás;
For he went Jeremiah into [the] house of the cistern and into the cell and he remained there Jeremiah days many.
17 Akkor elkülde Sedékiás király és előhozatá őt, és megkérdezé a király a maga házánál titkon, és monda: Van-é kijelentésed az Úrtól? Akkor monda Jeremiás: Van! És azt is mondá: A babiloni király kezébe adatol.
And he sent the king Zedekiah and he took him and he asked him the king in house his in secrecy and he said ¿ [is] there a word from with Yahweh and he said Jeremiah there is and he said in [the] hand of [the] king of Babylon you will be given.
18 Azután monda Jeremiás Sedékiás királynak: Mit vétettem ellened és a te szolgáid ellen és e nép ellen, hogy a fogházba vetettetek engem?
And he said Jeremiah to the king Zedekiah what? have I sinned to you and to servants your and to the people this that you have put me into [the] house of imprisonment.
19 És hol vannak a ti prófétáitok, a kik prófétáltak néktek, mondván: Nem jő el a babiloni király ti ellenetek és e föld ellen?
(And where? *Q(K)*) [are] prophets your who they prophesied to you saying not he will come [the] king of Babylon on you and on the land this.
20 Most halld csak, uram király, és hallgasd meg az én könyörgésemet, és ne küldj engem vissza az írástudó Jónatán házába, hogy ott ne haljak meg.
And therefore listen please O lord my the king may it fall please supplication my before you and may not you make go back me [the] house of Jonathan the scribe and not I will die there.
21 Parancsolta azért Sedékiás király, hogy vessék Jeremiást a tömlöcz pitvarába, és adjanak néki naponként egy-egy darab kenyeret a sütők utczájából, a míg minden kenyér elfogy a városból. És ott marada Jeremiás a tömlöcz pitvarában.
And he commanded the king Zedekiah and they deposited Jeremiah in [the] courtyard of the guard and they gave to him a round loaf of bread to the day from [the] street of the bakers until was finished all the bread from the city and he remained Jeremiah in [the] courtyard of the guard.
