Ézsaiás 24
1 Ímé az Úr megüresíti a földet és elpusztítja azt, és elfordítja színét és elszéleszti lakóit!
Here! Yahweh [is] about to lay waste the earth and [is] about to devastate it and he will twist surface its and he will scatter inhabitants its.
2 S olyan lesz a nép, mint a pap; a szolga, mint az ő ura; a szolgáló, mint asszonya; a vevő, mint az eladó; a kölcsönadó, mint a kölcsönkérő; a hitelező, mint az, a kinek hitelez;
And it will be as the people as the priest as the servant as master his as the maidservant as mistress her as the buyer as the seller as the lender as the borrower as the creditor as [the one] who a creditor [is] in him.
3 Megüresíttetvén megüresíttetik a föld, és elpusztíttatván elpusztíttatik; mert az Úr szólá e beszédet.
Certainly - it will be laid waste the earth and certainly - it will be plundered for Yahweh he has spoken the word this.
4 Gyászol és megromol a föld, elhervad és megromol a földnek kereksége, elhervadnak a föld népének nagyjai.
It has dried up it has withered the earth it has languished it has withered [the] world they have languished [the] noble[s] of [the] people of the earth.
5 A föld megfertőztetett lakosai alatt, mert áthágták a törvényeket, a rendelést megszegték, megtörték az örök szövetséget.
And the earth it has been polluted under inhabitants its for they have transgressed laws they have overstepped [the] decree they have broken [the] covenant of perpetuity.
6 Ezért átok emészti meg a földet, és lakolnak a rajta lakók; ezért megégnek a földnek lakói, és kevés ember marad meg.
There-fore a curse it has consumed [the] earth and they have been held guilty [the] inhabitants in it there-fore they have diminished [the] inhabitants of [the] earth and it will be left humankind of smallness.
7 Gyászol a must, elhervad a szőlő, és sóhajtnak minden vidám szívűek.
It has dried up new wine it has languished [the] vine they have groaned all [the people] joyful of heart.
8 Megszünt a dobok vidámsága, elcsöndesült az örvendők zajgása, a cziterának vídámsága megszünt.
It has ceased [the] gaiety of tambourines it has stopped [the] uproar of jubilant [people] it has ceased [the] gaiety of [the] harp.
9 Énekléssel nem isznak bort; keserű a részegítő ital az ívónak;
With song not people will drink wine it will be bitter strong drink to [those who] drink it.
10 Rommá lőn az álnokság városa, bezároltatott minden ház, senki be nem mehet!
It has been broken [the] town of formlessness it has been shut up every house from entering.
11 Az utczákon panaszkodás hallik a bor miatt; minden öröm alkonyra szállt, a föld vígassága elköltözött.
An outcry on wine [will be] in the streets it has become evening all gladness it has departed [the] gaiety of the earth.
12 A városban csak pusztaság maradt és rommá zúzatott a kapu.
It has remained in the city desolation and ruin it will be crushed [the] gate.
13 Mert így lesz a föld közepette, a népek között, mint az olajfa megrázásakor, mint mezgérléskor, midőn a szüret elmult.
For thus it will be in [the] midst of the earth in among the peoples like [the] beating of an olive tree like gleanings if it has come to an end [the] grape harvest.
14 Ők felemelik szavokat, ujjongnak, az Úr nagyságáért rivalgnak a tenger felől.
They they will lift up voice their they will shout for joy in [the] majesty of Yahweh they will cry aloud from [the] west.
15 Ezért dícsérjétek az Urat keleten, a tenger szigetein az Úrnak, Izráel Istenének nevét.
There-fore in the east glorify Yahweh in [the] islands of the sea [the] name of Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
16 A föld széléről énekeket hallánk: dicsőség az igaznak! S én mondék: végem van, végem van, jaj nékem! A hitetlenek hitetlenül cselekesznek és hitetlenséggel a hitetlenek hitetlenséget cselekesznek.
From [the] extremity of the earth songs we have heard splendor [belongs] to the righteous [one] and I said leanness [belongs] to me leanness [belongs] to me woe! to me [those who] act treacherously they act treacherously and treachery [those who] act treacherously they act treacherously.
17 Rettegés, verem és tőr vár rád földnek lakója!
Dread and pit and snare [are] on you O inhabitant of the earth.
18 És lesz, hogy a ki fut a rettegésnek szavától, verembe esik, és a ki kijő a veremből, megfogatik a tőrben, mert az egek csatornái megnyílnak, és megrendülnek a föld oszlopai.
And it will be the [one who] flees from [the] sound of the dread he will fall into the pit and the [one who] goes up from [the] midst of the pit he will be caught in snare for windows from a high place they have been opened and they have shaken [the] foundations of [the] earth.
19 Romlással megromol a föld, töréssel összetörik a föld, rengéssel megrendül a föld;
Utterly it has been broken the earth utterly it has been split through [the] earth certainly it has been shaken [the] earth.
20 Inogva meging a föld, miként a részeg, és meglódul, mint a kaliba, és reá nehezedik bűne és elesik; és nem kél fel többé!
Wildly it will stagger [the] earth like drunkard and it will sway like hut and it will be heavy on it transgression its and it will fall and not it will repeat to rise.
21 És lesz ama napon: meglátogatja az Úr a magasság seregét a magasságban, és a föld királyait a földön:
And it will be in the day that he will visit [judgment] Yahweh on [the] host of the height in the height[s] and on [the] kings of the earth on the earth.
22 És összegyűjtve összegyűjtetnek gödörbe, mint a foglyok, és bezáratnak tömlöczbe, és sok napok után meglátogattatnak.
And they will be gathered a gathering prisoner[s] to a pit and they will be shut up at a prison and from an abundance of days they will be visited.
23 És elpirul a hold, és megszégyenül a nap, mikor a seregek Ura uralkodik Sion hegyén és Jeruzsálemben: s vénei előtt dicsőség lészen.
And it will be abashed the moon and it will be ashamed the sun for he will reign Yahweh of hosts on [the] mountain of Zion and in Jerusalem and before elders his glory.
