Ezékiel 27
1 És lőn az Úr beszéde hozzám, mondván:
And there is a word of YHWH to me, saying,
2 Te pedig, embernek fia, kezdj gyászéneket Tírusról.
“And you, son of man, lift up a lamentation concerning Tyre, and you have said to Tyre:
3 És mondjad Tírusnak: Ki lakol a tenger révhelyein, ki a népek között kereskedik sok sziget felé, így szól az Úr Isten: Oh Tírus, te ezt mondtad: Én tökéletes szépségben vagyok.
O dweller on the entrances of the sea, Merchant of the peoples to many islands, Thus said Lord YHWH: O Tyre, you have said, I [am] the perfection of beauty.
4 A tengerek szívében vannak határaid, építőid tökéletessé tették szépségedet.
Your borders [are] in the heart of the seas, Your builders have perfected your beauty.
5 Senir cziprusaiból építették mindkét oldaladat, czédrust hoztak a Libánonról, hogy árbóczfát csináljanak néked.
They have built of firs from Senir all your double-boarded ships for you, They have taken of cedars from Lebanon to make a mast for you,
6 Básán cserfáiból csinálták evezőidet; evezőpadjaidat a cziprusiak szigeteiről való sudar czédrusba foglalt elefántcsontból csinálták.
They made your oars of oaks from Bashan, They have made your bench of ivory, A branch of Ashurim from islands of Chittim.
7 Égyiptomi hímes fehér gyolcs vala vitorlád, hogy legyen zászlód; Elisának szigeteiről való kék és piros bíbor volt sátrad borítékja.
Your sail has been of fine linen with embroidery from Egypt, To be for your ensign, Your covering has been of blue and purple from islands of Elishah.
8 Sidon és Arvad lakói voltak evezőid; a te bölcseid, oh Tírus, kik benned valának, azok voltak kormányosaid.
Inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad have been rowers for you, Your wise men, O Tyre, have been in you, They [are] your pilots.
9 Gebal vénei és bölcsei voltak benned, kik hasadékaidat javítgaták; a tenger minden hajója és hajósa volt benned, hogy kicseréljék árúidat.
The elderly of Gebal and its wise men have been in you, Strengthening your breach; All ships of the sea and their mariners, Have been in you, to trade your merchandise.
10 Perzsák és lidiaiak és libiaiak voltak seregedben hadakozó férfiaid, paizst és sisakot függesztettek fel benned, a mik ékessé tevének.
Persia and Lud and Phut Have been in your forces—your men of war. They hung up shield and helmet in you, They have given out your honor.
11 Arvad fiai és sereged voltak kőfalaidon köröskörül, és kemény vitézek voltak tornyaidban; paizsaikat felfüggesztették kőfalaidon köröskörül, mik tökéletessé tették szépségedet.
The sons of Arvad, and your force, [Are] on your walls all around, And short swordsmen have been in your towers, They have hung up their shields on your walls all around, They have perfected your beauty.
12 Tarsis volt a te kereskedőtársad, sok különféle gazdagsága miatt: ezüstöt, vasat, ónt és ólmot adtak ők árúidért.
Tarshish [is] your merchant, Because of the abundance of all wealth, They have given silver, iron, tin, and lead [for] your wares.
13 Jáván, Tubál és Mések, ezek a te kalmáraid; rabszolgákat és rézedényeket adtak cserébe árúidért.
Javan, Tubal, and Meshech—they [are] your merchants, They have given [the] soul of man, and vessels of bronze, [for] your merchandise.
14 Tógarma házából lovakat és lovagokat és öszvéreket adtak néked árúkul.
Those of the house of Togarmah, They have given horses, and riding steeds, and mules [for] your wares.
15 Dedán fiai a te kalmáraid, sok sziget kereskedése van hatalmad alatt, elefántcsont-szarukat és ébenfát hoztak néked adóba.
Sons of Dedan [are] your merchants, Many islands [are] the market of your hand, They sent back horns of ivory and ebony [for] your reward.
16 Arám a te kereskedőtársad mesterműveid sokasága miatt; gránátot, bíbort, hímes ruhákat, fehér gyolcsot, korálokat és rubint adtak ők árúidért.
Aram [is] your merchant, Because of the abundance of your works, They have given emerald, purple, and embroidery, And fine linen, and coral, and agate for your wares.
17 Júda és Izráel földe, ezek a te kalmáraid; búzát Minnithből és édes süteményt és mézet és olajat és balzsamot adtak csereárúidért.
Judah and the land of Israel—they [are] your merchants, They have given wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, And honey, and oil, and balm [for] your merchandise.
18 Damaskus a te kereskedőtársad mesterműveid sokaságában, sok különféle gazdagságod miatt, – Helbon borával és hófehér gyapjúval.
Damascus [is] your merchant, For the abundance of your works, Because of the abundance of all wealth, For wine of Helbon, and white wool.
19 Vedán és Jáván Uzálból adtak árúidért: kovácsolt vasat, kásiát és jó illatú nádat, ezeket csereárúidért.
Dan and Javan go about with your wares, They have given shining iron, cassia, and cane, It has been in your merchandise.
20 Dedán a te kalmárod, lovagláshoz való nyeregtakarókkal.
Dedan [is] your merchant, For clothes of freedom for riding.
21 Arábia és Kédár fejedelmei, ők mindnyájan hatalmad alatt kereskedének; bárányokkal, kosokkal és bakokkal kereskedének veled.
Arabia, and all princes of Kedar, They [are] the traders of your hand, For lambs, and rams, and male goats, In these your merchants.
22 Séba és Raema kalmárai a te kalmáraid; mindenféle drága fűszerszámokat és mindenféle drágaköveket és aranyat adtak ők árúidért.
Merchants of Sheba and Raamah—they [are] your merchants, They have given the chief of all spices, And every precious stone, and gold [for] your wares.
23 Hárán és Kanne és Eden, Seba kalmárai, Assiria és Kilmad mind a te kereskedőtársad.
Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, merchants of Sheba, Asshur—Chilmad—[are] your merchants,
24 Ezek a te kalmáraid tökéletes árúkkal, bíbor és hímes köntösökkel és drága ruháknak kötelekkel egybekötött és czédrusfából csinált szekrényeivel, a te sokadalmadban.
They [are] your merchants for perfect things, For wrappings of blue, and embroidery, And for treasuries of rich apparel, With cords bound and girded, for your merchandise,
25 Tarsis hajói hordozták árúidat, és megtelél, és felette igen híressé levél a tengerek szívében.
Ships of Tarshish are journeying [with] your merchandise for you, And you are filled and honored greatly, In the heart of the seas.
26 Nagy vizekre vivének téged a te evezőid, a keleti szél összetört téged a tengerek szívében.
Those rowing you have brought you into great waters, The east wind has broken you in the heart of the seas.
27 Gazdagságod és árúid, csereárúid, hajósaid és kormányosaid, hasadékaid javítgatói és csereárúid árúsai és minden hadakozó férfiaid, a kik benned vannak, és minden benned való sokaság, beleesnek a tengerek szívébe zuhanásod napján.
Your wealth and your wares, Your merchandise, your mariners, And your pilots, strengtheners of your breach, And the traders of your merchandise, And all your men of war, who [are] in you, And in all your assembly that [is] in your midst, Fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your fall,
28 Kormányosaid kiáltásának hangjára megrendülnek a mezőségek.
At the voice of the cry of your pilots the outskirts shake.
29 És kiszállnak hajóikból mindnyájan, kik az evezőt fogják, hajósok és a tengernek minden kormányosi a szárazföldre lépnek.
And all handling an oar come down from their ships, Mariners [and] all the pilots of the sea stand on the land,
30 És hallatják fölötted hangjokat, s keservesen kiáltanak, s port hintenek fejökre, hamuban fetrengenek.
And have sounded with their voice for you, And cry bitterly, and cause dust to go up on their heads, They roll themselves in ashes;
31 És kopaszra nyiratkoznak miattad, és zsákba övezkednek, és sírnak feletted lelki keserűségben keserves sírással.
And they have made themselves bald for you, And they have girded on sackcloth, And they have wept for you, In bitterness of soul—a bitter mourning.
32 És kezdenek fölötted fájdalmukban gyászéneket, és így énekelnek rólad: Ki volt olyan, mint Tírus? mely most mint temető a tenger közepette!
And their sons have lifted up a lamentation for you, And they have lamented over you, Who [is] as Tyre? As the cut-off one in the midst of the sea?
33 Mikor kimennek vala árúid a tengerekből, sok népet megelégítél; gazdagságod és csereárúid sokaságával meggazdagítád a földnek királyait.
With the outgoing of your wares from the seas, You have filled many peoples, With the abundance of your riches, and your merchandise, You have enriched [the] kings of earth.
34 Most összeomlottál a tengerekről le a vizek mélységébe, csereárúid és egész sokaságod benned elsülyedt.
At the time of [your] being broken by the seas in the depths of the waters, Your merchandise and all your assembly have fallen in your midst.
35 A szigetek minden lakosai elborzadnak miattad, s királyaik iszonyodva megiszonyodnak, arczaik rángatóznak.
All inhabitants of the islands have been astonished at you, And their kings have been severely afraid, They have been troubled in countenance.
36 A népek közt való kereskedők fütyölnek feletted. Rémségessé lettél, s többé örökké nem leszel!
Merchants among the peoples have shrieked for you, You have been terrors, and you are not—for all time!”
