2 Mózes 6

1 Az Úr pedig monda Mózesnek: Majd meglátod mit cselekszem a Faraóval; mert hatalmas kéz miatt kell őket elbocsátani és hatalmas kéz miatt űzi el őket az ő földéről.

And YHWH says to Moses, “Now you see that which I do to Pharaoh, for with a strong hand he sends them away, indeed, with a strong hand he casts them out of his land.”

2 Az Isten pedig szóla Mózeshez és monda néki: Én vagyok az Úr.

And God speaks to Moses and says to him, “I [am] YHWH,

3 Ábrahámnak, Izsáknak és Jákóbnak úgy jelentem meg mint mindenható Isten, de az én Jehova nevemen nem voltam előttük ismeretes.

and I appear to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty; as for My Name YHWH, I have not been known to them;

4 Szövetséget is kötöttem velek, hogy nékik adom a Kanaán földét, az ő tartózkodásuk földét, a melyen tartózkodjanak.

and I have also established My covenant with them, to give the land of Canaan to them, the land of their sojournings, wherein they have sojourned;

5 Fohászkodását is meghallottam az Izráel fiainak a miatt, hogy az Égyiptombeliek szolgálatra szorítják őket, megemlékeztem az én szövetségemről.

and I have also heard the groaning of the sons of Israel, whom the Egyptians are causing to serve, and I remember My covenant.

6 Annakokáért mondd meg az Izráel fiainak: Én vagyok az Úr és kiviszlek titeket Égyiptom nehéz munkái alól és megszabadítlak titeket az ő szolgálatjoktól és megmentlek titeket kinyújtott karral és nagy büntető ítéletek által.

Therefore say to the sons of Israel: I [am] YHWH, and I have brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and have delivered you from their service, and have redeemed you by an outstretched arm, and by great judgments,

7 És népemmé fogadlak titeket s Istentekké lészek néktek és megtudjátok, hogy én vagyok a ti Uratok Istentek, a ki kihoztalak titeket Égyiptom nehéz munkái alól.

and have taken you to Myself for a people, and I have been to you for God, and you have known that I [am] your God YHWH, who is bringing you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians;

8 És béviszlek titeket a földre, a mely felől esküre emeltem fel kezemet, hogy Ábrahámnak, Izsáknak és Jákóbnak adom azt, és néktek adom azt örökségül, én az Úr.

and I have brought you to the land which I have lifted up My hand to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, and have given it to you—a possession; I [am] YHWH.”

9 Eképen szóla Mózes az Izráel fiaihoz; de nem hallgatának Mózesre, a kislelkűség és a kemény szolgálat miatt.

And Moses speaks so to the sons of Israel, and they did not listen to Moses, for anguish of spirit, and for harsh service.

10 Az Úr pedig szóla Mózeshez mondván:

And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

11 Eredj be, szólj a Faraónak, Égyiptom királyának, hogy bocsássa el Izráel fiait az ő földéről.

“Go in, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he sends the sons of Israel out of his land”;

12 Mózes pedig szóla az Úr előtt, mondván: Ímé Izráel fiai nem hallgatnak reám, hogy hallgatna hát reám a Faraó, holott én nehéz ajkú vagyok?

and Moses speaks before YHWH, saying, “Behold, the sons of Israel have not listened to me, and how does Pharaoh hear me, and I of uncircumcised lips?”

13 És szóla az Úr Mózeshez és Áronhoz és rendelé őket Izráel fiaihoz és a Faraóhoz, Égyiptom királyához, hogy hozzák ki az Izráel fiait Égyiptom földéről.

And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, and charges them for the sons of Israel, and for Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt.

14 Ezek atyáik házanépének fejei: Rúbennek, Izráel elsőszülöttének fiai: Khanókh, Pallu, Kheczrón és Karmi. Ezek a Rúben nemzetségei.

These [are] heads of the house of their fathers. Sons of Reuben firstborn of Israel: Enoch, and Phallu, Hezron, and Carmi; these [are] families of Reuben.

15 Simeon fiai pedig: Jemúél, Jámin, Óhad, Jákin, Czohar és Saul, a kanaánbeli asszony fiai. Ezek a Simeon nemzetségei.

And sons of Simeon: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul, son of the Canaanite; these [are] families of Simeon.

16 Ezek pedig a Lévi fiainak nevei az ő születésök szerint: Gersón, Kehát és Merári. Lévi életének esztendei pedig: száz harminczhét esztendő.

And these [are] the names of the sons of Levi, as to their births: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari; and the years of the life of Levi [are] one hundred and thirty-seven years.

17 Gersón fiai: Libni, Simhi, az ő nemzetségeik szerint.

The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimi, as to their families.

18 Kehát fiai pedig: Amrám, Jiczhár, Khebrón és Huzziél. Kehát életének esztendei pedig: száz harminczhárom esztendő.

And the sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel; and the years of the life of Kohath [are] one hundred and thirty-three years.

19 Merári fiai pedig: Makhli és Músi. Ezek a Lévi nemzetségei az ő születésök szerint.

And the sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi; these [are] families of Levi, as to their births.

20 Amrám pedig feleségűl vevé magának Jókébedet, atyjának húgát s ez szűlé néki Áront és Mózest. Amrám életének esztendei pedig száz harminczhét esztendő.

And Amram takes his aunt Jochebed to himself for a wife, and she bears Aaron and Moses to him; and the years of the life of Amram [are] one hundred and thirty-seven years.

21 Jiczhár fiai pedig: Kórákh, Nefeg és Zikri.

And sons of Izhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri.

22 Huzziél fiai pedig: Misáél, Elczáfán és Szithri.

And sons of Uzziel: Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri.

23 Áron pedig feleségűl vevé magának Elisebát, Aminádáb leányát, Nakhsón húgát s ez szűlé néki Nádábot, Abíhut, Eleázárt és Ithámárt.

And Aaron takes Elisheba daughter of Amminadab, sister of Naashon, to himself for a wife, and she bears to him Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

24 Kórákh fiai pedig: Asszir, Elkánáh és Abiászáf. Ezek a Kórákh nemzetségei.

And sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph; these [are] families of the Korahite.

25 Eleázár pedig az Áron fia, a Putiél leányai közűl vőn magának feleséget s ez szűlé néki Fineást. Ezek a Léviták atyáinak fejei az ő nemzetségeik szerint.

And Eleazar, Aaron’s son, has taken to himself [one] of the daughters of Putiel for a wife for himself, and she bears Phinehas to him; these [are] heads of the fathers of the Levites, as to their families.

26 Ez Áron és Mózes, a kiknek mondá az Úr: Hozzátok ki az Izráel fiait Égyiptom földéről, az ő seregeik szerint.

This [is] Aaron—and Moses—to whom YHWH said, “Bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, by their hosts”;

27 Ők azok, a kik szóltak a Faraónak Égyiptom királyának, hogy kihozhassák az Izráel fiait Égyiptomból. Ez Mózes és Áron.

these are they who are speaking to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from Egypt, this [is] Moses—and Aaron.

28 És lőn a mikor szóla az Úr Mózesnek Égyiptom földén.

And it comes to pass in the day of YHWH’s speaking to Moses in the land of Egypt,

29 Így szóla az Úr Mózesnek, mondván: Én vagyok az Úr: mondd el a Faraónak Égyiptom királyának mindazt, a mit én szólok néked.

that YHWH speaks to Moses, saying, “I [am] YHWH, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I am speaking to you.”

30 Mózes pedig monda az Úr előtt: Ímé én nehéz ajakú vagyok, hogy hallgatna reám a Faraó?

And Moses says before YHWH, “Behold, I [am] of uncircumcised lips, and how does Pharaoh listen to me?”
