1 Krónika 5
1 Rúbennek, Izráel elsőszülöttének fiai (mert ő volt az elsőszülött; mikor pedig megfertőztette az ő atyjának ágyasházát, az ő elsőszülöttségi joga a József fiainak adaték, a ki Izráel fia vala, mindazáltal nem úgy hogy ők neveztessenek származás szerint elsőszülötteknek,
And [the] sons of Reuben [the] firstborn of Israel for he [was] the firstborn and when profaned he [the] beds of father his it was given birthright his to [the] sons of Joseph [the] son of Israel and not to have themselves enrolled to the birthright.
2 Mert Júda tekintélyesebb vala az ő testvérei között, és ő belőle való volt a fejedelem, hanem az elsőszülöttségnek haszna lőn Józsefé):
For Judah he was strong among brothers his and to a leader [was] from him and the birthright [belonged] to Joseph.
3 Ezek Rúbennek, Izráel elsőszülöttének fiai: Khánokh, Pallu, Kheczrón és Kármi.
[the] sons of Reuben [the] firstborn of Israel Hanoch and Pallu Hezron and Carmi.
4 Jóel fiai: Semája ennek fia, Góg ennek fia, Simei ennek fia.
[the] descendants of Joel Shemaiah son his Gog son his Shimei son his.
5 Mika ennek fia, Reája ennek fia, Baál ennek fia.
Micah son his Reaiah son his Baal son his.
6 Beéra ennek fia, a kit fogságba vitt Tiglát-Piléser, az Assiriabeli király; ő a Rúbeniták fejedelme vala.
Beerah son his whom he took into exile Tiglath-pileser [the] king of Assyria he [was] a leader of the Reubenite[s].
7 Testvérei pedig, családjaik, nemzetségük megszámlálása szerint ezek valának: a fő Jéhiel és Zakariás,
And relatives his to clans his by genealogical enrolment to generations their [were] the chief Jeiel and Zechariah.
8 Bela, Azáz fia, ki Séma fia, ki Jóel fia vala, ki Aróerben lakott Nébóig és Baál-Meonig.
And Bela [the] son of Azaz [the] son of Shema [the] son of Joel he [was] dwelling in Aroer and to Nebo and Baal Meon.
9 Napkelet felé is lakik vala a pusztában való bemenetelig, az Eufrátes folyóvíztől fogva; mert az ő barmai Gileád földén igen elszaporodtak.
And to the east he dwelt till to [the] entrance of [the] wilderness from the river Euphrates for livestock their they had increased in [the] land of Gilead.
10 Saul királynak idejében pedig támasztának hadat a Hágárénusok ellen, és elhullának azok az ő kezeik által, és lakának azoknak sátoraikban, Gileádnak napkelet felé való egész részében.
And in [the] days of Saul they made war with the Hagrites and they fell by hand their and they dwelt in tents their on all [the] face of [the] east of Gilead.
11 A Gád fiai pedig velök szemben a Básán földén laktak Szalkáig.
And [the] descendants of Gad to before them they dwelt in [the] land of Bashan to Salecah.
12 Jóel vala előljárójok, Sáfám második az után; Johánai és Sáfát Básánban.
Joel [was] the chief and Shapham [was] the second and Janai and Shaphat in Bashan.
13 És testvéreik, családjaik szerint ezek: Mikáel, Mésullám, Séba, Jórai, Jaékán, Zia és Éber, heten.
And relatives their to [the] house of ancestors their Michael and Meshullam and Sheba and Jorai and Jakan and Zia and Eber seven.
14 Ezek az Abihail fiai, ki Húri fia, ki Jároáh fia, ki Gileád fia, ki Mikáel fia, ki Jésisai fia, ki Jahadó fia, ki Búz fia.
These - [were] [the] sons of Abihail [the] son of Huri [the] son of Jaroah [the] son of Gilead [the] son of Michael [the] son of Jeshishai [the] son of Jahdo [the] son of Buz.
15 És Ahi, a Gúni fiának, Abdielnek a fia volt a család feje.
Ahi [the] son of Abdiel [the] son of Guni [was] chief of [the] house of ancestors their.
16 Ezek Gileádban, Básánban és az ezekhez tartozó mezővárosokban laktak, és Sáronnak minden legelőjén, határaikig.
And they dwelt in Gilead in Bashan and in daughters its and in all [the] pasture lands of Sharon on (extremities their. *LA(bh)*)
17 Kik mindnyájan megszámláltatának Jótámnak, a Júda királyának idejében, és Jeroboámnak, az Izráel királyának idejében.
All of them they had themselves enrolled in [the] days of Jotham [the] king of Judah and in [the] days Jeroboam [the] king of Israel.
18 A Rúben fiai közül és a Gáditák közül és a Manasse félnemzetsége közül erős paizs- és fegyverhordozó férfiak, kézívesek és a hadakozásban jártasok, negyvennégyezerhétszázhatvanan harczra kész férfiak;
[the] descendants of Reuben and [the] Gadite[s] and [the] half of [the] tribe of Manasseh from [the] sons of strength men [who] carried shield and sword and [who] bent a bow and [who] were trained of warfare forty and four thousand and seven hundred and sixty [those who] went forth of war.
19 Hadakozának a Hágárénusok ellen, Jétúr, Náfis és Nódáb ellen.
And they made war with the Hagrites and Jetur and Naphish and Nodab.
20 És győzedelmesek levének azokon, és kezekbe adatának a Hágárénusok és mindazok, a kik ezekkel valának; mert az Istenhez kiáltának harcz közben, és ő meghallgatá őket, mert ő benne bíztak.
And they were helped on them and they were given in hand their the Hagrites and all [those] who [were] with them for to God they had cried out in the battle and he was entreated by them for they trusted in him.
21 És elvivék az ő barmaikat, ötvenezer tevét, kétszázötvenezer juhot, kétezer szamarat és százezer embert.
And they took captive livestock their camels their fifty thousand and sheep two hundred and fifty thousand and donkeys two thousand and person[s] of humankind one hundred thousand.
22 A seb miatt pedig sokan elhullának; mert Istentől vala az a harcz; és azok helyén lakának a fogságig.
For slain [ones] many they fell for [was] from God the battle and they dwelt in place of them until the exile.
23 A Manasse nemzetsége felének fiai pedig azon a földön laktak, a mely Básántól Baál-Hermonig, Szenirig és Hermon hegyéig terjedt, mert igen megsokasodtak vala.
And [the] descendants of [the] half of [the] tribe of Manasseh they dwelt in the land from Bashan to Baal Hermon and Senir and [the] mountain of Hermon they they multiplied.
24 És ezek voltak az ő atyjok háznépének fejedelmei: Efer, Isi, Eliel, Azriel, Irméja, Hodávia és Jahdiel, igen erős férfiak, híres férfiak, a kik az ő atyjok háznépe között fők voltak.
And these [were] [the] chiefs of [the] house of ancestors their and Epher and Ishi and Eliel and Azriel and Jeremiah and Hodaviah and Jahdiel men mighty of strength men of names chiefs of [the] house of ancestors their.
25 Vétkezének pedig az ő atyjoknak Istene ellen; mert a föld lakóinak bálványisteneivel paráználkodának, a kiket az Isten szemök elől elpusztított.
And they acted unfaithfully against [the] God of ancestors their and they played [the] prostitute after [the] gods of [the] peoples of the land which he had destroyed God from before them.
26 Felindítá azért az Izráel Istene Pulnak, az Assiriabeli királynak szívét és Tiglát-Pilésernek, az assiriai királynak szívét, és fogva elvivé őket, a Rúbenitákat, a Gáditákat és a Manasse félnemzetségét is; és elvivé őket Haláhba és Háborba, Hárába és a Gózán folyóvizéhez mind e mai napig.
And he stirred up [the] God of Israel [the] spirit of - Pul [the] king of Assyria and [the] spirit of Tiglath-pileser [the] king of Assyria and he took into exile them to the Reubenite[s] and to the Gadite[s] and to [the] half of [the] tribe of Manasseh and he brought them to Halah and Habor and Hara and [the] river of Gozan until the day this.
