1 Krónika 27
1 Ezek az Izráel fiai szám szerint, családfők, ezredesek, századosok és előljáróik azoknak, a kik a király szolgálatában állottak a seregek minden dolgaiban, a kik be- és kimennek hónapról-hónapra az egész esztendőn át; a seregek egyenként huszonnégyezer emberből állának.
And [these are] the children of Israel after their number; [to wit, ] the chiefs of the family divisions and the captains of the thousands and the hundreds, and their officers that served the king in every matter of the divisions, that came in and went out month by month, throughout all the months of the year, every division being twenty and four thousand.
2 Az első csapatnak vezére az első hónapban Jasobeám, a Zabdiel fia vala, mely csapat huszonnégyezerből állott;
Over the first division for the first month was Jashob'am the son of Zabdiel; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
3 Ő a Péres fiai közül való volt és vezére az első hónapra rendelt sereg minden előljárójának.
[He] of the children of Perez was the chief of all the captains of the armies for the first month.
4 A második csapatnak vezére a második hónapban Dódai Ahohites vala és az ő csapatja; és Miklót az előljáró. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
And over the division of the second month was Dodai the Achochite, and of his division was Mikloth also the ruler; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
5 A harmadik seregnek a harmadik hónapban Benája volt a vezére, a ki Jójada főpapnak volt a fia; az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The third captain of the army for the third month was Benayahu the son of Jehoyada', the priest, the chief; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
6 Ez a Benája hős volt a harmincz között, sőt a harmincz felett való volt. Csapatjának előljárója az ő fia, Ammizabád vala.
This Benayahu was the mighty among the thirty, and [set] over the thirty'; and of his division was 'Ammizabad his son.
7 A negyediknek vezére a negyedik hónapban Asáel vala, a Joáb testvére és utána az ő fia, Zebádia. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The fourth for the fourth month was 'Assahel the brother of Joab, with Zebadyah his son after him; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
8 Az ötödiknek vezére az ötödik hónapban Jizráhites Samhut vala. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The fifth for the fifth month was the captain Shamhuth the Yizrachite; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
9 A hatodiknak vezére a hatodik hónapban a Tékoabeli Ira volt, az Ikkés fia. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The sixth for the sixth month was 'Ira the son of 'Ikkesh the Theko'ite; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
10 A hetediknek vezére a hetedik hónapban a Pélonbeli Héles vala, az Efraim fiai közül. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The seventh for the seventh month was Chelez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
11 A nyolczadiknak vezére a nyolczadik hónapban a Husátbeli Sibbékai vala, a Zárhiták közül. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The eighth for the eighth month was Sibbechai the Chushathite, of the Zarchites: and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
12 A kilenczediknek vezére a kilenczedik hónapban az Anatótbeli Abiézer vala, a Benjáminiták közül. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The ninth for the ninth month was Abi'ezer the 'Anthothite, of Benjamin; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
13 A tizediknek vezére a tizedik hónapban a Nétófátbeli Maharai vala, a Zárhiták közül. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The tenth for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarchites; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
14 A tizenegyediknek vezére a tizenegyedik hónapban a Pirathonbeli Benája vala, az Efraimiták közül. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The eleventh for the eleventh month was Benayah the Pir'athonite, of the children of Ephraim; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
15 A tizenkettediknek vezére a tizenkettedik hónapban a Nétófátbeli Héldai vala, Othniel nemzetségéből való. Az ő csapatja is huszonnégyezerből állott.
The twelfth for the twelfth month was Cheldai the Netophathite, of 'Othniel; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
16 Izráel nemzetségei között, a Rubeniták előljárója Eliézer, a Zikri fia; a Simeonitáké Sefátiás, a Maaka fia.
Moreover over the tribes of Israel: Of the Reubenites was ruler Eli'ezer the son of Zichri; of the Simeonites, Shephatyahu the son of Ma'achah;
17 Lévinek Hasábia, a Kémuel fia; Áronnak Sádók;
Of the Levites, Chashabyah the son of Kamuel; of [the sons of] Aaron, Zadok;
18 Júdának Elihu, a Dávid atyjafiai közül; Izsakhárnak Omri, a Mikáel fia;
Of Judah, Elihu, one of the brothers of David; of Issachar, 'Omri the son of Michael;
19 Zebulonnak Ismája, az Obádiás fia; Nafthalinak Jérimót, Azriel fia;
Of Zebulun, Yishma'yahu the son of 'Obadyahu; of Naphtali, Jerimoth the son of 'Azriel;
20 Efraim fiainak Hósea, az Azáziás fia; a Manasse félnemzetségének Jóel, a Pedája fia;
Of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea, the son of 'Azazyahu; of the half tribe of Menasseh, Joel the son of Pedayahu;
21 Manasse Gileád földén való félnemzetségének Iddó, a Zekáriás fia; Benjáminnak Jaasiel, az Abner fia;
Of the half tribe of Menasseh in Gil'ad, Yiddo the son of Zecharyahu; of Benjamin, 'Ja'assiel the son of Abner;
22 Dánnak Azaréel, a Jérohám fia. Ezek valának az Izráel nemzetségeinek fejedelmei.
Of Dan, 'Azarel the son of Jerocham. These were the princes of the tribes of Israel.
23 Nem számláltatá meg pedig Dávid azokat, a kik húsz esztendőn alól valának; mert az Úr megigérte, hogy megsokasítja Izráelt, mint az égnek csillagait.
But David took not their number from twenty years old and under; because the Lord had said he would multiply Israel like the stars of the heavens.
24 Joáb, a Séruja fia megkezdé a számlálást, de véghez nem vivé, mivelhogy e miatt Istennek haragja támadt Izráel ellen. Ez okból a szám nem vétetett fel a Dávid király krónikájának száma közé.
Joab the son of Zeruyah began to number [them]; but he finished not, and there came wrath because of it against Israel: and the number was not entered in the account of the chronicles of king David.
25 A király kincsének gondviselője vala Azmávet, az Adiel fia; a mezőkön, a városokban, a falvakban, a várakban való kincseknek pedig Jónatán, az Uzziás fia volt a gondviselője;
And over the king's treasures was 'Azmaveth the son of 'Adiel; and over the storehouses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, was Jehonathan the son of 'Uzziyahu.
26 A föld művelésére rendelt mezei munkások felett volt Ezri, a Kélub fia.
And over those that did the work of the field, in the tillage of the ground, was 'Ezri the son of Kelub.
27 A szőlőmívesek felett volt a Rámátbeli Simei, és a szőlőkben levő boros tárházak felett a Sifmitbeli Zabdi;
And over the vineyards was Shim'i the Ramathite; and over what was in the vineyards, as regardeth the supplies of wine, was Zabdi the Shiphmite.
28 Az olajfák és a mezőn való fügefák mívesei felett a Gideritbeli Baálhanán; az olajos tárházak felett Joás;
And over the olive-trees and the sycamore-trees that were in the lowlands was Ba'al-chanan the Gederite: and over the supplies of oil was Jo'ash.
29 A Sáron mezején legelő barmok felett a Sáronbeli Sitrai; a völgyekben legelő barmok felett pedig Sáfát, az Adlai fia.
And over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite; and over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of 'Adlai.
30 A tevék felett az Ismáel nemzetéből való Obil; a szamarak felett a Méronótbeli Jehdéja;
And over the camels was Obil the Ishma'elite; and over the she-asses was Yechdeyahu the Meronothite.
31 A juhok felett a Hágárénus Jaziz. Mindnyájan ezek valának a Dávid király jószágainak gondviselői.
And over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagerene. All these were the rulers of the property which belonged to king David.
32 Jónatán, a Dávid nagybátyja főtanácsos vala, a ki értelmes és írástudó ember volt. Jéhiel, a Hakhmóni fia pedig a király fiaival vala.
Also Jonathan David's uncle was a counsellor, being a man of understanding and acquainted with law; and Jeshiel the son of Chachmoni was with the king's sons;
33 Akhitófel is a királynak tanácsosa volt. Arkites Khúsai pedig a király barátja.
And Achithophel was the king's counsellor; and Chushai the Arkite was the king's friend;
34 Akhitófel után volt Jójada, a Benája fia, és Abjátár; a király hadának fővezére pedig Joáb.
And after Achithophel [came] Jehoyada' the son of Benayahu and Ebyathar; and the captain of the king's army was Joab.
