Zsoltárok 147
1 Hallelúja! Mert jó zengeni Istenünknek, mert kellemes, illendő a dicséret.
Praise Yahweh - for [is] good to sing praises to God our for [is] pleasant [is] fitting praise.
2 Fölépíti Jeruzsálemet az Örökkévaló, Izraél eltaszítottjait egybegyűjti.
[is] [the] builder of Jerusalem Yahweh [the] banished [ones] of Israel he gathers.
3 Ő, ki meggyógyítja a megtört szivüeket és bekötözi fájdalmaikat;
Who [is] healing [the people] broken of heart and [he is] binding up wounds their.
4 számát olvassa meg a csillagoknak, mindnyájukat néven szólítja.

8 A ki felhőkkel borítja az eget, ki esőt készít a földnek, ki füvet sarjaszt a hegyeken;

10 Nem a lónak erejében telik kivánsága, nem a férfi czombjaiban telik kedve.

13 Mert megerősítette kapuid reteszeit, megáldotta gyermekeidet tebenned.

14 Ő, ki békét teszen határodul, búzának javával jóllakat téged;

15 ki szavát a földre küldi, hamarosan szalad az igéje;
The [one who] sends word his [the] earth to quickly it runs word his.
16 ki havat ad, akár a gyapju, deret szór, akár a hamu,
The [one who] gives snow like wool frost like ash[es] he scatters.

20 Nem tett úgy egy nem yetnek sem, és rendeleteit – nem ismerik azokat. Hallelúja!
