Jeremiás 21
1 Az ige, mely Jirmejáhúhoz lett az Örökkévalótól, midőn küldte hozzá Czidkijáhú király Paschúrt, Malkíja fiát és Czefanját, Máaszéja fiát, a papot, mondván:

2 Kérdezd meg csak értünk az Örökkévalót, mert Nebúkadnecczár, Bábel királya harcol ellenünk, talán cselekszik velünk az Örökkévaló mind az ő csodatettei szerint, hogy elvonuljon tőlünk.
to seek please about/through/for us [obj] LORD for Nebuchadnezzar king Babylon to fight upon us perhaps to make: do LORD with us like/as all to wonder his and to ascend: rise from upon us
3 És szólt hozzájuk Jirmejáhú: Így szóljatok Czidkijáhúhoz.
and to say Jeremiah to(wards) them thus to say [emph?] to(wards) Zedekiah
4 Így szól az Örökkévaló, Izrael Istene: íme én visszafordítom a hadi fegyvereket, melyek kezetekben vannak, amelyekkel ti a falon kívül harcoltok Bábel királya ellen és a titeket ostromló kaldeusok ellen és begyűjtöm azokat ebbe a városba.
thus to say LORD God Israel look! I to turn: repell [obj] article/utensil [the] battle which in/on/with hand your which you(m. p.) to fight in/on/with them with king Babylon and with [the] Chaldea [the] to confine upon you from outside to/for wall and to gather [obj] them to(wards) midst [the] city [the] this
5 És én magam harcolok ellenetek kinyújtott kézzel és erős karral, haraggal és hévvel, és nagy haragvással.
and to fight I with you in/on/with hand to stretch and in/on/with arm strong and in/on/with face: anger and in/on/with rage and in/on/with wrath great: large
6 És megverem e város lakóit, mind az embert mind az állatot, nagy dögvészben halnak meg.
and to smite [obj] to dwell [the] city [the] this and [obj] [the] man and [obj] [the] animal in/on/with pestilence great: large to die
7 És azután, úgymond az Örökkévaló, adom Czidkijáhút, Jehúda királyát és szolgáit és a népet és azokat, kik megmaradtak a városban a dögvésztől, a kardtól és az éhségtől, Nebúkadnecczár, Bábel királyának kezébe és ellenségeik kezébe és azok kezébe, kik életükre törnek; megöli őket a kard élével, nem szánakozik rajtuk, nem kímél és nem irgalmaz.

8 E néphez pedig szólj: Így szól az Örökkévaló, íme én elétek teszem az élet útját és a halál útját.
and to(wards) [the] people [the] this to say thus to say LORD look! I to give: put to/for face: before your [obj] way: conduct [the] life and [obj] way: conduct [the] death
9 Aki e városban marad, meg fog halni kard, éhség és dögvész által; de aki kimegy és átpártol a titeket ostromló kaldeusokhoz, az élni fog és lelke lesz neki zsákmányul.
[the] to dwell in/on/with city [the] this to die in/on/with sword and in/on/with famine and in/on/with pestilence and [the] to come out: come and to fall: fall upon [the] Chaldea [the] to confine upon you (and to live *Q(K)*) and to be to/for him soul: life his to/for spoil
10 Mert rosszra és nem jóra fordítottam arcomat a város ellen, úgymond az Örökkévaló, Bábel királyának kezébe adatik és tűzben égeti el.
for to set: make face my in/on/with city [the] this to/for distress: harm and not to/for welfare utterance LORD in/on/with hand: power king Babylon to give: give and to burn her in/on/with fire
11 És Jehúda királya házának: Halljátok az Örökkévaló igéjét.
and to/for house: palace king Judah to hear: hear word LORD
12 Dávid háza! Így szól az Örökkévaló: tartsatok reggelenként ítéletet és mentsétek meg a kiraboltat a fosztogató kezéből, nehogy mint a tűz törjön ki haragom és égne és nincs ki eloltaná cselekedeteitek rosszasága miatt.
house: household David thus to say LORD to judge to/for morning justice and to rescue to plunder from hand: power to oppress lest to come out: issue like/as fire rage my and to burn: burn and nothing to quench from face: because evil (deed your *Q(K)*)
13 Íme én ellened vagyok, lakója a völgynek, a síkság sziklájának, úgymond az Örökkévaló, kik azt mondjátok ki száll le hozzánk, ki jön be hajlékainkba?
look! I to(wards) you to dwell [the] valley rock [the] plain utterance LORD [the] to say who? to descend upon us and who? to come (in): come in/on/with habitation our
14 Megbüntetlek benneteket cselekedeteitek gyümölcse szerint, úgymond az Örökkévaló, és tüzet gyújtok erdejében és megemészti mind azt, ami körülötte van.
and to reckon: punish upon you like/as fruit deed your utterance LORD and to kindle fire in/on/with wood her and to eat all around her
