2 Sámuel 13

1 Történt ezután, Absálómnak, Dávid fiának volt szép nővére, neve Támár; azt megszerette Amnón, Dávid fia.

2 És kínja volt Amnónnak egészen megbetegedésig nővére, Támár miatt, mert hajadon volt és lehetetlennek tetszett Amnón szemeiben, hogy bármit is elkövessen rajta.

3 Amnónnak pedig volt egy barátja, neve Jónádáb, fia Simeának, Dávid testvérének, s Jónádáb igen okos ember volt.

4 És mondta neki: Miért vagy te egyre soványabb, oh királyfi, napról-napra? Ugye megmondod nekem: Mondta neki Amnón: Támárt, Absálóm testvéremnek nővérét szeretem.

5 Erre mondta neki Jónádáb: Feküdj ágyadra és tettesd magad betegnek; s ha majd jön az atyád, hogy téged lásson, így szólj hozzá: jöjjön csak Támár nővérem és adjon nekem kenyeret enni, készítse el szemem előtt az ételt, azért hogy lássam és kezéből egyem.

6 Lefeküdt tehát Amnón és betegnek tetette magát; eljött a király, hogy lássa őt, ekkor így szólt Amnón a királyhoz: Jöjjön csak Támár nővérem és készítsen szemem előtt két bélest, hogy kezéből egyem.

7 Ekkor küldött Dávid a házba Támárhoz, mondván: Menj csak Amnón testvéred házába és készítsd el neki az ételt.

8 És elment Támár Amnón testvérének házába, az pedig feküdt; vette a tésztát, meggyúrta, elkészítette szemei előtt és megfőzte a bélest.

9 Vette a serpenyőt s kitöltötte elé, de az vonakodott enni; s mondta Amnón: Vezessetek ki mindenkit tőlem, és kiment mindenki tőle.

10 Ekkor szólt Amnón Támárhoz: Hozd be az ételt a kamarába, hadd egyem kezedből; s vette Támár a bélest, melyet elkészített és bevitte Amnón testvérének a kamrába.

and to say Amnon to(wards) Tamar to come (in): bring [the] food [the] chamber and to eat from hand your and to take: take Tamar [obj] [the] cake which to make and to come (in): bring to/for Amnon brother: male-sibling her [the] chamber [to]

11 Odanyújtotta neki, hogy egyék; ekkor megragadta őt és mondta neki: Jöjj, feküdj mellém, nővérem.

12 De mondta neki: Ne, testvérem, ne gyalázz meg, mert nem tesznek ilyesmit Izraelben, ne kövesd el ez aljasságot.

13 S én hová vigyem gyalázatomat? Te pedig olyan lennél, mint: a legaljasabbaknak egyike Izraelben! Most tehát beszélj csak a királlyal, mert nem tagad meg engem tőled.

14 De nem akart hallgatni szavára, erőt vett rajta, meggyalázta és hált vele.

15 Erre meggyűlölte őt Amnón igen nagy gyűlölettel; sőt nagyobb volt a gyűlölet, mellyel gyűlölte, a szerelemnél, mellyel szerette volt: és mondta neki Amnón: Kelj föl, menj!

16 Mondta neki: Ne történjék e gonoszság, mely nagyobb a másiknál, melyet rajtam elkövettél, hogy elküldsz engem! De nem akart rá hallgatni.

17 Hívta a legényét, aki őt szolgálta és mondta: Küldjétek csak ki mellőlem ezt itt és csukd be az ajtót utána.

18 Volt pedig rajta tarka köntös, mert ily ruhákba öltözködnek a hajadon királyleányok. És elvezette őt szolgája kifelé és becsukta utána az ajtót.

and upon her tunic long-sleeved for so to clothe daughter [the] king [the] virgin robe and to come out: send [obj] her to minister him [the] outside and to lock [the] door after her

19 Ekkor hamut hintett Támár a fejére, a rajta levő tarka köntöst pedig megszaggatta; fejére tette a kezét és elment, egyre jajgatva.

20 És szólt hozzá testvére Ábsálóm: Vajon testvéred Amnón volt-e nálad? De most nővérem hallgass, testvéred ő, ne fordítsd szívedet e dologra. És maradt Támár elhagyottan testvérének Ábsálómnak házában.

21 Dávid király pedig meghallotta mind e dolgokat, és haragjára volt nagyon.

22 És nem beszélt Ábsálóm Amnónnal, se rosszat, se jót, mert gyűlölte Absálóm Amnónt amiatt, hogy meggyalázta nővérét, Támárt.

and not to speak: speak Absalom with Amnon to/for from bad: harmful and till pleasant for to hate Absalom [obj] Amnon upon word: because which to afflict [obj] Tamar sister his

23 Történt pedig két esztendő után, nyírtak Ábsálómnál Báal-Cháczórban, mely Efraim mellett van; és meghívta Ábsálóm mind a királyfiakat.

24 Ekkor bement Ábsálóm a királyhoz és mondta: Íme, kérlek, nyírnak szolgádnál; menjen csak oda a király meg szolgái a te szolgáddal.

25 Szólt a király Ábsálómhoz: Ne fiam, ne hagyj mennünk mindnyájunkat, hogy terhedre ne legyünk; unszolta őt, de nem akart odamenni, hanem megáldotta.

and to say [the] king to(wards) Absalom not son: child my not please to go: went all our and not to honor: heavy upon you and to break through in/on/with him and not be willing to/for to go: went and to bless him

26 Ekkor mondta Ábsálóm: Ha nem, jöjjön csak oda velünk Amnón testvérem! Mondta neki a király: Minek menjen veled?

and to say Absalom and not to go: went please with us Amnon brother: male-sibling my and to say to/for him [the] king to/for what? to go: went with you

27 De unszolta őt Ábsálóm; küldte tehát vele Amnónt és mind a királyfiakat.

and to break through in/on/with him Absalom and to send: let go with him [obj] Amnon and [obj] all son: child [the] king

28 És megparancsolta Ábsálóm a legényeinek, mondván: Nézzétek csak, mikor vidám lesz Amnón szíve a bor közben és így szólok hozzátok: üssétek le Amnónt, akkor öljétek meg, ne féljetek, hiszen én parancsoltam nektek, erősödjetek és legyetek derék emberek!

and to command Absalom [obj] youth his to/for to say to see: select please like/as be pleasing heart Amnon in/on/with wine and to say to(wards) you to smite [obj] Amnon and to die [obj] him not to fear not for I to command [obj] you to strengthen: strengthen and to be to/for son: warrior strength

29 És tettek Ábsálóm legényei Amnónnal, amint parancsolta Ábsálóm; erre fölkeltek mind a királyfiak, felültek kiki az öszvérére és megfutamodtak.

and to make: do youth Absalom to/for Amnon like/as as which to command Absalom and to arise: rise all son: child [the] king and to ride man: anyone upon mule his and to flee

30 Ők még útban voltak, és a hír eljutott Dávidhoz, mondván: megölte Ábsálóm mind a királyfiakat, és nem maradt meg közülük egy sem.

and to be they(masc.) in/on/with way: journey and [the] tidings to come (in): come to(wards) David to/for to say to smite Absalom [obj] all son: child [the] king and not to remain from them one

31 Erre fölkelt a király, megszaggatta ruháit és földre feküdt; mind a szolgái pedig ott álltak megszaggatott ruhákkal.

and to arise: rise [the] king and to tear [obj] garment his and to lie down: lay down land: soil [to] and all servant/slave his to stand to tear garment

32 Ekkor megszólalt Jónádáb, Simea, Dávid testvérének fia és mondta: Ne mondja uram: mind az ifjakat, a királyfiakat megöltek, hanem egyedül Amnón halt meg, mert Ábsálóm szájában volt ez, amióta amaz meggyalázta Támárt, a nővérét.

and to answer Jonadab son: child Shimeah brother: male-sibling David and to say not to say lord my [obj] all [the] youth son: child [the] king to die for Amnon to/for alone him to die for upon lip: word Absalom to be fate from day to afflict he [obj] Tamar sister his

33 Most tehát ne vegyen uram a király ily dolgot szívébe, hogy mondaná: mind a királyfiak meghaltak; mert egyedül Amnón halt meg.

and now not to set: consider lord my [the] king to(wards) heart his word: thing to/for to say all son: child [the] king to die for (if: except *Q(K)*) Amnon to/for alone him to die

34 Ábsálóm pedig megszökött. És fölemelte az őrködő legény a szemeit és látta, íme sok nép jött az út felől, a hegy oldaláról, hátuljáról.

and to flee Absalom and to lift: look [the] youth [the] to watch [obj] (eye his *Q(K)*) and to see: see and behold people many to go: come from way: road after him (in/on/with descent and to come (in): come [the] to watch and to tell to/for king and to say human to see: see to go down from way: direction Horonaim *X*) from side [the] mountain: mount

35 Ekkor szólt Jónádáb a királyhoz: Íme a királyfiak megjöttek; szolgád szava szerint, úgy lett.

36 És volt, amint végzett a beszéddel, íme a királyfiak megjöttek, fölemelték hangjukat ég sírtak; a király is és mind a szolgái sírtak igen nagy sírással.

and to be like/as to end: finish he to/for to speak: speak and behold son: child [the] king to come (in): come and to lift: loud voice their and to weep and also [the] king and all servant/slave his to weep weeping great: large much

37 Ábsálóm pedig megszökött és ment Talmájhoz, Ammíhúd fiához, Gesúr királyához. És gyászolt fia fölött minden időben.

and Absalom to flee and to go: went to(wards) Talmai son: child (Ammihud *Q(K)*) king Geshur and to mourn upon son: child his all [the] day: daily

38 Ábsálóm megszökött és ment Gesúrba, és ott volt három évig.

and Absalom to flee and to go: went Geshur and to be there three year

39 És vágyódott Dávid király lelke epedve Ábsálóm után, mert megvigasztalódott Amnón felől, hogy meghalt.
