भजन संहिता 75

1 १ प्रधान बजानेवाले के लिये: अलतशहेत राग में आसाप का भजन। गीत। हे परमेश्वर हम तेरा धन्यवाद करते, हम तेरा नाम धन्यवाद करते हैं; क्योंकि तेरा नाम प्रगट हुआ है, तेरे आश्चर्यकर्मों का वर्णन हो रहा है।

`To the ouercomere; leese thou not the salm of the song of Asaph. God, we schulen knouleche to thee, `we schulen knouleche; and we schulen inwardli clepe thi name.

2 २ जब ठीक समय आएगा तब मैं आप ही ठीक-ठीक न्याय करूँगा।

We schulen telle thi merueilis; whanne Y schal take tyme, Y schal deme riytfulnesses.

3 ३ जब पृथ्वी अपने सब रहनेवालों समेत डोल रही है, तब मैं ही उसके खम्भों को स्थिर करता हूँ। (सेला)

The erthe is meltid, and alle that duellen ther ynne; Y confermede the pileris therof.

4 ४ मैंने घमण्डियों से कहा, “घमण्ड मत करो,” और दुष्टों से, “सींग ऊँचा मत करो;

I seide to wickid men, Nyle ye do wickidli; and to trespassouris, Nyle ye enhaunce the horn.

5 ५ अपना सींग बहुत ऊँचा मत करो, न सिर उठाकर ढिठाई की बात बोलो।”

Nyle ye reise an hiy youre horn; nyle ye speke wickidnesse ayens God.

6 ६ क्योंकि बढ़ती न तो पूरब से न पश्चिम से, और न जंगल की ओर से आती है;

For nether fro the eest, nethir fro the west, nethir fro desert hillis; for God is the iuge.

7 ७ परन्तु परमेश्वर ही न्यायी है, वह एक को घटाता और दूसरे को बढ़ाता है।

He mekith this man, and enhaunsith hym; for a cuppe of cleene wyn ful of meddling is in the hoond of the Lord.

8 ८ यहोवा के हाथ में एक कटोरा है, जिसमें का दाखमधु झागवाला है; उसमें मसाला मिला है, और वह उसमें से उण्डेलता है, निश्चय उसकी तलछट तक पृथ्वी के सब दुष्ट लोग पी जाएँगे।

And he bowide of this in to that; netheles the drast therof is not anyntischid; alle synneris of erthe schulen drinke therof.

9 ९ परन्तु मैं तो सदा प्रचार करता रहूँगा, मैं याकूब के परमेश्वर का भजन गाऊँगा।

Forsothe Y schal telle in to the world; Y schal synge to God of Jacob.

10 १० दुष्टों के सब सींगों को मैं काट डालूँगा, परन्तु धर्मी के सींग ऊँचे किए जाएँगे।

And Y schal breke alle the hornes of synneris; and the hornes of the iust man schulen be enhaunsid.
