भजन संहिता 35

1 १ दाऊद का भजन हे यहोवा, जो मेरे साथ मुकद्दमा लड़ते हैं, उनके साथ तू भी मुकद्दमा लड़; जो मुझसे युद्ध करते हैं, उनसे तू युद्ध कर।

A Psalme of Dauid. Pleade thou my cause, O Lord, with them that striue with me: fight thou against them, that fight against me.

2 २ ढाल और भाला लेकर मेरी सहायता करने को खड़ा हो।

Lay hand vpon the shielde and buckler, and stand vp for mine helpe.

3 ३ बर्छी को खींच और मेरा पीछा करनेवालों के सामने आकर उनको रोक; और मुझसे कह, कि मैं तेरा उद्धार हूँ।

Bring out also the speare and stop the way against them, that persecute me: say vnto my soule, I am thy saluation.

4 ४ जो मेरे प्राण के ग्राहक हैं वे लज्जित और निरादर हों! जो मेरी हानि की कल्पना करते हैं, वे पीछे हटाए जाएँ और उनका मुँह काला हो!

Let them be confounded and put to shame, that seeke after my soule: let them be turned backe, and brought to confusion, that imagine mine hurt.

5 ५ वे वायु से उड़ जानेवाली भूसी के समान हों, और यहोवा का दूत उन्हें हाँकता जाए!

Let them be as chaffe before the winde, and let the Angel of the Lord scatter them.

6 ६ उनका मार्ग अंधियारा और फिसलाहा हो, और यहोवा का दूत उनको खदेड़ता जाए।

Let their way be darke and slipperie: and let the Angel of the Lord persecute them.

7 ७ क्योंकि अकारण उन्होंने मेरे लिये अपना जाल गड्ढे में बिछाया; अकारण ही उन्होंने मेरा प्राण लेने के लिये गड्ढा खोदा है।

For without cause they haue hid the pit and their net for me: without cause haue they digged a pit for my soule.

8 ८ अचानक उन पर विपत्ति आ पड़े! और जो जाल उन्होंने बिछाया है उसी में वे आप ही फँसे; और उसी विपत्ति में वे आप ही पड़ें!

Let destruction come vpon him at vnwares, and let his net, that he hath laid priuilie, take him: let him fall into the same destruction.

9 ९ परन्तु मैं यहोवा के कारण अपने मन में मगन होऊँगा, मैं उसके किए हुए उद्धार से हर्षित होऊँगा।

Then my soule shalbe ioyfull in the Lord: it shall reioyce in his saluation.

10 १० मेरी हड्डी-हड्डी कहेंगी, “हे यहोवा, तेरे तुल्य कौन है, जो दीन को बड़े-बड़े बलवन्तों से बचाता है, और लुटेरों से दीन दरिद्र लोगों की रक्षा करता है?”

All my bones shall say, Lord, who is like vnto thee, which deliuerest the poore from him, that is too strong for him! yea, the poore and him that is in miserie, from him that spoyleth him!

11 ११ अधर्मी साक्षी खड़े होते हैं; वे मुझ पर झूठा आरोप लगाते हैं।

Cruell witnesses did rise vp: they asked of me things that I knewe not.

12 १२ वे मुझसे भलाई के बदले बुराई करते हैं, यहाँ तक कि मेरा प्राण ऊब जाता है।

They rewarded me euill for good, to haue spoyled my soule.

13 १३ जब वे रोगी थे तब तो मैं टाट पहने रहा, और उपवास कर करके दुःख उठाता रहा; मुझे मेरी प्रार्थना का उत्तर नहीं मिला।

Yet I, when they were sicke, I was clothed with a sacke: I humbled my soule with fasting: and my praier was turned vpon my bosome.

14 १४ मैं ऐसी भावना रखता था कि मानो वे मेरे संगी या भाई हैं; जैसा कोई माता के लिये विलाप करता हो, वैसा ही मैंने शोक का पहरावा पहने हुए सिर झुकाकर शोक किया।

I behaued my selfe as to my friend, or as to my brother: I humbled my selfe, mourning as one that bewaileth his mother.

15 १५ परन्तु जब मैं लँगड़ाने लगा तब वे लोग आनन्दित होकर इकट्ठे हुए, नीच लोग और जिन्हें मैं जानता भी न था वे मेरे विरुद्ध इकट्ठे हुए; वे मुझे लगातार फाड़ते रहे;

But in mine aduersitie they reioyced, and gathered them selues together: the abiects assembled themselues against me, and knewe not: they tare me and ceased not,

16 १६ आदर के बिना वे मुझे ताना मारते हैं; वे मुझ पर दाँत पीसते हैं।

With the false skoffers at bankets, gnashing their teeth against me.

17 १७ हे प्रभु, तू कब तक देखता रहेगा? इस विपत्ति से, जिसमें उन्होंने मुझे डाला है मुझ को छुड़ा! जवान सिंहों से मेरे प्राण को बचा ले!

Lord, how long wilt thou beholde this? deliuer my soule from their tumult, euen my desolate soule from the lions.

18 १८ मैं बड़ी सभा में तेरा धन्यवाद करूँगा; बहुत लोगों के बीच मैं तेरी स्तुति करूँगा।

So will I giue thee thankes in a great Congregation: I will praise thee among much people.

19 १९ मेरे झूठ बोलनेवाले शत्रु मेरे विरुद्ध आनन्द न करने पाएँ, जो अकारण मेरे बैरी हैं, वे आपस में आँखों से इशारा न करने पाएँ।

Let not them that are mine enemies, vniustly reioyce ouer mee, neyther let them winke with the eye, that hate mee without a cause.

20 २० क्योंकि वे मेल की बातें नहीं बोलते, परन्तु देश में जो चुपचाप रहते हैं, उनके विरुद्ध छल की कल्पनाएँ करते हैं।

For they speake not as friendes: but they imagine deceitfull woordes against the quiet of the lande.

21 २१ और उन्होंने मेरे विरुद्ध मुँह पसार के कहा; “आहा, आहा, हमने अपनी आँखों से देखा है!”

And they gaped on mee with their mouthes, saying, Aha, aha, our eye hath seene.

22 २२ हे यहोवा, तूने तो देखा है; चुप न रह! हे प्रभु, मुझसे दूर न रह!

Thou hast seene it, O Lord: keepe not silence: be not farre from me, O Lord.

23 २३ उठ, मेरे न्याय के लिये जाग, हे मेरे परमेश्वर, हे मेरे प्रभु, मेरा मुकद्दमा निपटाने के लिये आ!

Arise and wake to my iudgement, euen to my cause, my God, and my Lord.

24 २४ हे मेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा, तू अपने धार्मिकता के अनुसार मेरा न्याय चुका; और उन्हें मेरे विरुद्ध आनन्द करने न दे!

Iudge me, O Lord my God, according to thy righteousnesse, and let them not reioyce ouer mee.

25 २५ वे मन में न कहने पाएँ, “आहा! हमारी तो इच्छा पूरी हुई!” वे यह न कहें, “हम उसे निगल गए हैं।”

Let them not say in their hearts, O our soule reioyce: neither let them say, We haue deuoured him.

26 २६ जो मेरी हानि से आनन्दित होते हैं उनके मुँह लज्जा के मारे एक साथ काले हों! जो मेरे विरुद्ध बड़ाई मारते हैं वह लज्जा और अनादर से ढँप जाएँ!

Let them bee confounded, and put to shame together, that reioyce at mine hurt: let them bee clothed with confusion and shame, that lift vp themselues against me.

27 २७ जो मेरे धर्म से प्रसन्न रहते हैं, वे जयजयकार और आनन्द करें, और निरन्तर करते रहें, यहोवा की बड़ाई हो, जो अपने दास के कुशल से प्रसन्न होता है!

But let them be ioyful and glad, that loue my righteousnesse: yea, let them say alway, Let the Lord be magnified, which loueth the prosperitie of his seruant.

28 २८ तब मेरे मुँह से तेरे धर्म की चर्चा होगी, और दिन भर तेरी स्तुति निकलेगी।

And my tongue shall vtter thy righteousnesse, and thy praise euery day.
