भजन संहिता 24

1 १ दाऊद का भजन पृथ्वी और जो कुछ उसमें है यहोवा ही का है; जगत और उसमें निवास करनेवाले भी।

A PSALM OF DAVID. To YHWH [is] the earth and its fullness, The world and the inhabitants in it.

2 २ क्योंकि उसी ने उसकी नींव समुद्रों के ऊपर दृढ़ करके रखी, और महानदों के ऊपर स्थिर किया है।

For He has founded it on the seas, And He establishes it on the floods.

3 ३ यहोवा के पर्वत पर कौन चढ़ सकता है? और उसके पवित्रस्थान में कौन खड़ा हो सकता है?

Who goes up into the hill of YHWH? And who rises up in His holy place?

4 ४ जिसके काम निर्दोष और हृदय शुद्ध है, जिसने अपने मन को व्यर्थ बात की ओर नहीं लगाया, और न कपट से शपथ खाई है।

The clean of hands, and pure of heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, Nor has sworn to deceit.

5 ५ वह यहोवा की ओर से आशीष पाएगा, और अपने उद्धार करनेवाले परमेश्वर की ओर से धर्मी ठहरेगा।

He carries away a blessing from YHWH, Righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6 ६ ऐसे ही लोग उसके खोजी है, वे तेरे दर्शन के खोजी याकूबवंशी हैं। (सेला)

This [is] a generation of those seeking Him. Seeking Your face, O Jacob! (Selah)

7 ७ हे फाटकों, अपने सिर ऊँचे करो! हे सनातन के द्वारों, ऊँचे हो जाओ! क्योंकि प्रतापी राजा प्रवेश करेगा।

Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O perpetual doors! And the King of Glory comes in!

8 ८ वह प्रतापी राजा कौन है? यहोवा जो सामर्थी और पराक्रमी है, परमेश्वर जो युद्ध में पराक्रमी है!

Who [is] this—“the King of Glory?” YHWH—strong and mighty, YHWH, the mighty in battle.

9 ९ हे फाटकों, अपने सिर ऊँचे करो हे सनातन के द्वारों तुम भी खुल जाओ! क्योंकि प्रतापी राजा प्रवेश करेगा!

Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O perpetual doors! And the King of Glory comes in!

10 १० वह प्रतापी राजा कौन है? सेनाओं का यहोवा, वही प्रतापी राजा है। (सेला)

Who [is] He—this “King of Glory?” YHWH of hosts—He [is] the King of Glory! (Selah)
