भजन संहिता 125
1 १ दाऊद की यात्रा का गीत जो यहोवा पर भरोसा रखते हैं, वे सिय्योन पर्वत के समान हैं, जो टलता नहीं, वरन् सदा बना रहता है।
A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. Those trusting in YHWH [are] as Mount Zion, It is not moved—it abides for all time.
2 २ जिस प्रकार यरूशलेम के चारों ओर पहाड़ हैं, उसी प्रकार यहोवा अपनी प्रजा के चारों ओर अब से लेकर सर्वदा तक बना रहेगा।
Jerusalem! Mountains [are] around her, And YHWH [is] around His people, From now on—even for all time.
3 ३ दुष्टों का राजदण्ड धर्मियों के भाग पर बना न रहेगा, ऐसा न हो कि धर्मी अपने हाथ कुटिल काम की ओर बढ़ाएँ।
For the rod of wickedness does not rest on the lot of the righteous, That the righteous do not put forth their hands on iniquity.
Do good, O YHWH, to the good, And to the upright in their hearts.
5 ५ परन्तु जो मुड़कर टेढ़े मार्गों में चलते हैं, उनको यहोवा अनर्थकारियों के संग निकाल देगा! इस्राएल को शान्ति मिले!
As for those turning [to] their crooked ways, YHWH causes them to go with workers of iniquity. Peace on Israel!
