< भजन संहिता 119 >

1 १ आलेफ क्या ही धन्य हैं वे जो चाल के खरे हैं, और यहोवा की व्यवस्था पर चलते हैं!
ALEPH. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 २ क्या ही धन्य हैं वे जो उसकी चितौनियों को मानते हैं, और पूर्ण मन से उसके पास आते हैं!
Blessed are they who search his testimonies: that seek him with their whole heart.
3 ३ फिर वे कुटिलता का काम नहीं करते, वे उसके मार्गों में चलते हैं।
For they that work iniquity, have not walked in his ways.
4 ४ तूने अपने उपदेश इसलिए दिए हैं, कि हम उसे यत्न से माने।
Thou hast commanded thy commandments to be kept most diligently.
5 ५ भला होता कि तेरी विधियों को मानने के लिये मेरी चाल चलन दृढ़ हो जाए!
O! that my ways may be directed to keep thy justifications.
6 ६ तब मैं तेरी सब आज्ञाओं की ओर चित्त लगाए रहूँगा, और मैं लज्जित न होऊँगा।
Then shall I not be confounded, when I shall look into all thy commandments.
7 ७ जब मैं तेरे धर्ममय नियमों को सीखूँगा, तब तेरा धन्यवाद सीधे मन से करूँगा।
I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned the judgments of thy justice.
8 ८ मैं तेरी विधियों को मानूँगा: मुझे पूरी रीति से न तज! बेथ
I will keep thy justifications: O! do not thou utterly forsake me.
9 ९ जवान अपनी चाल को किस उपाय से शुद्ध रखे? तेरे वचन का पालन करने से।
BETH. By what doth a young man correct his way? by observing thy words.
10 १० मैं पूरे मन से तेरी खोज में लगा हूँ; मुझे तेरी आज्ञाओं की बाट से भटकने न दे!
With my whole heart have I sought after thee: let me not stray from thy commandments.
11 ११ मैंने तेरे वचन को अपने हृदय में रख छोड़ा है, कि तेरे विरुद्ध पाप न करूँ।
Thy words have I hidden in my heart, that I may not sin against thee.
12 १२ हे यहोवा, तू धन्य है; मुझे अपनी विधियाँ सिखा!
Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy justifications.
13 १३ तेरे सब कहे हुए नियमों का वर्णन, मैंने अपने मुँह से किया है।
With my lips I have pronounced all the judgments of thy mouth.
14 १४ मैं तेरी चितौनियों के मार्ग से, मानो सब प्रकार के धन से हर्षित हुआ हूँ।
I have been delighted in the way of thy testimonies, as in all riches.
15 १५ मैं तेरे उपदेशों पर ध्यान करूँगा, और तेरे मार्गों की ओर दृष्टि रखूँगा।
I will meditate on thy commandments: and I will consider thy ways.
16 १६ मैं तेरी विधियों से सुख पाऊँगा; और तेरे वचन को न भूलूँगा। गिमेल
I will think of thy justifications: I will not forget thy words.
17 १७ अपने दास का उपकार कर कि मैं जीवित रहूँ, और तेरे वचन पर चलता रहूँ।
GIMEL. Give bountifully to thy servant, enliven me: and I shall keep thy words.
18 १८ मेरी आँखें खोल दे, कि मैं तेरी व्यवस्था की अद्भुत बातें देख सकूँ।
Open thou my eyes: and I will consider the wondrous things of thy law.
19 १९ मैं तो पृथ्वी पर परदेशी हूँ; अपनी आज्ञाओं को मुझसे छिपाए न रख!
I am a sojourner on the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
20 २० मेरा मन तेरे नियमों की अभिलाषा के कारण हर समय खेदित रहता है।
My soul hath coveted to long for thy justifications, at all times.
21 २१ तूने अभिमानियों को, जो श्रापित हैं, घुड़का है, वे तेरी आज्ञाओं से भटके हुए हैं।
Thou hast rebuked the proud: they are cursed who decline from thy commandments.
22 २२ मेरी नामधराई और अपमान दूर कर, क्योंकि मैं तेरी चितौनियों को पकड़े हूँ।
Remove from reproach and contempt: because I have sought after thy testimonies.
23 २३ हाकिम भी बैठे हुए आपस में मेरे विरुद्ध बातें करते थे, परन्तु तेरा दास तेरी विधियों पर ध्यान करता रहा।
For princes sat, and spoke against me: but thy servant was employed in thy justifications.
24 २४ तेरी चितौनियाँ मेरा सुखमूल और मेरे मंत्री हैं। दाल्थ
For thy testimonies are my (meditation) and thy justifications my counsel.
25 २५ मैं धूल में पड़ा हूँ; तू अपने वचन के अनुसार मुझ को जिला!
DALETH. My soul hath cleaved to the pavement: quicken thou me according to thy word.
26 २६ मैंने अपनी चाल चलन का तुझ से वर्णन किया है और तूने मेरी बात मान ली है; तू मुझ को अपनी विधियाँ सिखा!
I have declared my ways, and thou hast heard me: teach me thy justifications.
27 २७ अपने उपदेशों का मार्ग मुझे समझा, तब मैं तेरे आश्चर्यकर्मों पर ध्यान करूँगा।
Make me to understand the way of thy justifications: and I shall be exercised in thy wondrous works.
28 २८ मेरा जीव उदासी के मारे गल चला है; तू अपने वचन के अनुसार मुझे सम्भाल!
My soul hath slumbered through heaviness: strengthen thou me in thy words.
29 २९ मुझ को झूठ के मार्ग से दूर कर; और कृपा करके अपनी व्यवस्था मुझे दे।
Remove from me the way of iniquity: and out of thy law have mercy on me.
30 ३० मैंने सच्चाई का मार्ग चुन लिया है, तेरे नियमों की ओर मैं चित्त लगाए रहता हूँ।
I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments I have not forgotten.
31 ३१ मैं तेरी चितौनियों में लौलीन हूँ, हे यहोवा, मुझे लज्जित न होने दे!
I have stuck to thy testimonies, O Lord: put me not to shame.
32 ३२ जब तू मेरा हियाव बढ़ाएगा, तब मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं के मार्ग में दौड़ूँगा। हे
I have run the way of thy commandments, when thou didst enlarge my heart.
33 ३३ हे यहोवा, मुझे अपनी विधियों का मार्ग सिखा दे; तब मैं उसे अन्त तक पकड़े रहूँगा।
HE. Set before me for a law the way of thy justifications, O Lord: and I will always seek after it.
34 ३४ मुझे समझ दे, तब मैं तेरी व्यवस्था को पकड़े रहूँगा और पूर्ण मन से उस पर चलूँगा।
Give me understanding, and I will search thy law; and I will keep it with my whole heart.
35 ३५ अपनी आज्ञाओं के पथ में मुझ को चला, क्योंकि मैं उसी से प्रसन्न हूँ।
Lead me into the path of thy commandments; for this same I have desired.
36 ३६ मेरे मन को लोभ की ओर नहीं, अपनी चितौनियों ही की ओर फेर दे।
Incline my heart into thy testimonies and not to covetousness.
37 ३७ मेरी आँखों को व्यर्थ वस्तुओं की ओर से फेर दे; तू अपने मार्ग में मुझे जिला।
Turn away my eyes that they may not behold vanity: quicken me in thy way.
38 ३८ तेरा वादा जो तेरे भय माननेवालों के लिये है, उसको अपने दास के निमित्त भी पूरा कर।
Establish thy word to thy servant, in thy fear.
39 ३९ जिस नामधराई से मैं डरता हूँ, उसे दूर कर; क्योंकि तेरे नियम उत्तम हैं।
Turn away my reproach, which I have apprehended: for thy judgments are delightful.
40 ४० देख, मैं तेरे उपदेशों का अभिलाषी हूँ; अपने धर्म के कारण मुझ को जिला। वाव
Behold I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy justice.
41 ४१ हे यहोवा, तेरी करुणा और तेरा किया हुआ उद्धार, तेरे वादे के अनुसार, मुझ को भी मिले;
VAU. Let thy mercy also come upon me, O Lord: thy salvation according to thy word.
42 ४२ तब मैं अपनी नामधराई करनेवालों को कुछ उत्तर दे सकूँगा, क्योंकि मेरा भरोसा, तेरे वचन पर है।
So shall I answer them that reproach me in any thing; that I have trusted in thy words.
43 ४३ मुझे अपने सत्य वचन कहने से न रोक क्योंकि मेरी आशा तेरे नियमों पर है।
And take not thou the word of truth utterly out of my mouth: for in thy words have I hoped exceedingly.
44 ४४ तब मैं तेरी व्यवस्था पर लगातार, सदा सर्वदा चलता रहूँगा;
So shall I always keep thy law, for ever and ever.
45 ४५ और मैं चौड़े स्थान में चला फिरा करूँगा, क्योंकि मैंने तेरे उपदेशों की सुधि रखी है।
And I walked at large: because I have sought after thy commandments.
46 ४६ और मैं तेरी चितौनियों की चर्चा राजाओं के सामने भी करूँगा, और लज्जित न होऊँगा;
And I spoke of thy testimonies before kings: and I was not ashamed.
47 ४७ क्योंकि मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं के कारण सुखी हूँ, और मैं उनसे प्रीति रखता हूँ।
I meditated also on thy commandments, which I loved.
48 ४८ मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं की ओर जिनमें मैं प्रीति रखता हूँ, हाथ फैलाऊँगा और तेरी विधियों पर ध्यान करूँगा। ज़ैन
And I lifted up my hands to thy commandments, which I loved: and I was exercised in thy justifications.
49 ४९ जो वादा तूने अपने दास को दिया है, उसे स्मरण कर, क्योंकि तूने मुझे आशा दी है।
ZAIN. Be thou mindful of thy word to thy servant, in which thou hast given me hope.
50 ५० मेरे दुःख में मुझे शान्ति उसी से हुई है, क्योंकि तेरे वचन के द्वारा मैंने जीवन पाया है।
This hath comforted me in my humiliation: because thy word hath enlivened me.
51 ५१ अहंकारियों ने मुझे अत्यन्त ठट्ठे में उड़ाया है, तो भी मैं तेरी व्यवस्था से नहीं हटा।
The proud did iniquitously altogether: but I declined not from thy law.
52 ५२ हे यहोवा, मैंने तेरे प्राचीन नियमों को स्मरण करके शान्ति पाई है।
I remembered, O Lord, thy judgments of old: and I was comforted.
53 ५३ जो दुष्ट तेरी व्यवस्था को छोड़े हुए हैं, उनके कारण मैं क्रोध से जलता हूँ।
A fainting hath taken hold of me, because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
54 ५४ जहाँ मैं परदेशी होकर रहता हूँ, वहाँ तेरी विधियाँ, मेरे गीत गाने का विषय बनी हैं।
Thy justifications were the subject of my song, in the place of my pilgrimage.
55 ५५ हे यहोवा, मैंने रात को तेरा नाम स्मरण किया, और तेरी व्यवस्था पर चला हूँ।
In the night I have remembered thy name, O Lord: and have kept thy law.
56 ५६ यह मुझसे इस कारण हुआ, कि मैं तेरे उपदेशों को पकड़े हुए था। हेथ
This happened to me: because I sought after thy justifications.
57 ५७ यहोवा मेरा भाग है; मैंने तेरे वचनों के अनुसार चलने का निश्चय किया है।
HETH. O Lord, my portion, I have said, I would keep the law.
58 ५८ मैंने पूरे मन से तुझे मनाया है; इसलिए अपने वादे के अनुसार मुझ पर दया कर।
I entreated thy face with all my heart: have mercy on me according to thy word.
59 ५९ मैंने अपनी चाल चलन को सोचा, और तेरी चितौनियों का मार्ग लिया।
I have thought on my ways: and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
60 ६० मैंने तेरी आज्ञाओं के मानने में विलम्ब नहीं, फुर्ती की है।
I am ready, and am not troubled: that I may keep thy commandments.
61 ६१ मैं दुष्टों की रस्सियों से बन्ध गया हूँ, तो भी मैं तेरी व्यवस्था को नहीं भूला।
The cords of the wicked have encompassed me: but I have not forgotten thy law.
62 ६२ तेरे धर्ममय नियमों के कारण मैं आधी रात को तेरा धन्यवाद करने को उठूँगा।
I rose at midnight to give praise to thee; for the judgments of thy justification.
63 ६३ जितने तेरा भय मानते और तेरे उपदेशों पर चलते हैं, उनका मैं संगी हूँ।
I am a partaker with all them that fear thee, and that keep thy commandments.
64 ६४ हे यहोवा, तेरी करुणा पृथ्वी में भरी हुई है; तू मुझे अपनी विधियाँ सिखा! टेथ
The earth, O Lord, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy justifications.
65 ६५ हे यहोवा, तूने अपने वचन के अनुसार अपने दास के संग भलाई की है।
TETH. Thou hast done well with thy servant, O Lord, according to thy word.
66 ६६ मुझे भली विवेक-शक्ति और समझ दे, क्योंकि मैंने तेरी आज्ञाओं का विश्वास किया है।
Teach me goodness and discipline and knowledge; for I have believed thy commandments.
67 ६७ उससे पहले कि मैं दुःखित हुआ, मैं भटकता था; परन्तु अब मैं तेरे वचन को मानता हूँ।
Before I was humbled I offended; therefore have I kept thy word.
68 ६८ तू भला है, और भला करता भी है; मुझे अपनी विधियाँ सिखा।
Thou art good; and in thy goodness teach me thy justifications.
69 ६९ अभिमानियों ने तो मेरे विरुद्ध झूठ बात गढ़ी है, परन्तु मैं तेरे उपदेशों को पूरे मन से पकड़े रहूँगा।
The iniquity of the proud hath been multiplied over me: but I will seek thy commandments with my whole heart.
70 ७० उनका मन मोटा हो गया है, परन्तु मैं तेरी व्यवस्था के कारण सुखी हूँ।
Their heart is curdled like milk: but I have meditated on thy law.
71 ७१ मुझे जो दुःख हुआ वह मेरे लिये भला ही हुआ है, जिससे मैं तेरी विधियों को सीख सकूँ।
It is good for me that thou hast humbled me, that I may learn thy justifications.
72 ७२ तेरी दी हुई व्यवस्था मेरे लिये हजारों रुपयों और मुहरों से भी उत्तम है। योध
The law of thy mouth is good to me, above thousands of gold and silver.
73 ७३ तेरे हाथों से मैं बनाया और रचा गया हूँ; मुझे समझ दे कि मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं को सीखूँ।
JOD. Thy hands have made me and formed me: give me understanding, and I will learn thy commandments.
74 ७४ तेरे डरवैये मुझे देखकर आनन्दित होंगे, क्योंकि मैंने तेरे वचन पर आशा लगाई है।
They that fear thee shall see me, and shall be glad: because I have greatly hoped in thy words.
75 ७५ हे यहोवा, मैं जान गया कि तेरे नियम धर्ममय हैं, और तूने अपने सच्चाई के अनुसार मुझे दुःख दिया है।
I know, O Lord, that thy judgments are equity: and in thy truth thou hast humbled me.
76 ७६ मुझे अपनी करुणा से शान्ति दे, क्योंकि तूने अपने दास को ऐसा ही वादा दिया है।
O! let thy mercy be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
77 ७७ तेरी दया मुझ पर हो, तब मैं जीवित रहूँगा; क्योंकि मैं तेरी व्यवस्था से सुखी हूँ।
Let thy tender mercies come unto me, and I shall live: for thy law is my (meditation)
78 ७८ अहंकारी लज्जित किए जाए, क्योंकि उन्होंने मुझे झूठ के द्वारा गिरा दिया है; परन्तु मैं तेरे उपदेशों पर ध्यान करूँगा।
Let the proud be ashamed, because they have done unjustly towards me: but I will be employed in thy commandments.
79 ७९ जो तेरा भय मानते हैं, वह मेरी ओर फिरें, तब वे तेरी चितौनियों को समझ लेंगे।
Let them that fear thee turn to me and they that know thy testimonies.
80 ८० मेरा मन तेरी विधियों के मानने में सिद्ध हो, ऐसा न हो कि मुझे लज्जित होना पड़े। क़ाफ
Let my heart be undefiled in thy justifications, that I may not be confounded.
81 ८१ मेरा प्राण तेरे उद्धार के लिये बैचेन है; परन्तु मुझे तेरे वचन पर आशा रहती है।
CAPH. My soul hath fainted after thy salvation: and in thy word I have very much hoped.
82 ८२ मेरी आँखें तेरे वादे के पूरे होने की बाट जोहते-जोहते धुंधली पड़ गईं है; और मैं कहता हूँ कि तू मुझे कब शान्ति देगा?
My eyes have failed for thy word, saying: When wilt thou comfort me?
83 ८३ क्योंकि मैं धुएँ में की कुप्पी के समान हो गया हूँ, तो भी तेरी विधियों को नहीं भूला।
For I am become like a bottle in the frost: I have not forgotten thy justifications.
84 ८४ तेरे दास के कितने दिन रह गए हैं? तू मेरे पीछे पड़े हुओं को दण्ड कब देगा?
How many are the days of thy servant: when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
85 ८५ अहंकारी जो तेरी व्यवस्था के अनुसार नहीं चलते, उन्होंने मेरे लिये गड्ढे खोदे हैं।
The wicked have told me fables: but not as thy law.
86 ८६ तेरी सब आज्ञाएँ विश्वासयोग्य हैं; वे लोग झूठ बोलते हुए मेरे पीछे पड़े हैं; तू मेरी सहायता कर!
All thy statutes are truth: they have persecuted me unjustly, do thou help me.
87 ८७ वे मुझ को पृथ्वी पर से मिटा डालने ही पर थे, परन्तु मैंने तेरे उपदेशों को नहीं छोड़ा।
They had almost made an end of me upon earth: but I have not forsaken thy commandments.
88 ८८ अपनी करुणा के अनुसार मुझ को जिला, तब मैं तेरी दी हुई चितौनी को मानूँगा। लामेध
Quicken thou me according to thy mercy: and I shall keep the testimonies of thy mouth.
89 ८९ हे यहोवा, तेरा वचन, आकाश में सदा तक स्थिर रहता है।
LAMED. For ever, O Lord, thy word standeth firm in heaven.
90 ९० तेरी सच्चाई पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी तक बनी रहती है; तूने पृथ्वी को स्थिर किया, इसलिए वह बनी है।
Thy truth unto all generations: thou hast founded the earth, and it continueth.
91 ९१ वे आज के दिन तक तेरे नियमों के अनुसार ठहरे हैं; क्योंकि सारी सृष्टि तेरे अधीन है।
By thy ordinance the day goeth on: for all things serve thee.
92 ९२ यदि मैं तेरी व्यवस्था से सुखी न होता, तो मैं दुःख के समय नाश हो जाता।
Unless thy law had been my (meditation) I had then perhaps perished in my abjection.
93 ९३ मैं तेरे उपदेशों को कभी न भूलूँगा; क्योंकि उन्हीं के द्वारा तूने मुझे जिलाया है।
Thy justifications I will never forget: for by them thou hast given me life.
94 ९४ मैं तेरा ही हूँ, तू मेरा उद्धार कर; क्योंकि मैं तेरे उपदेशों की सुधि रखता हूँ।
I am thine, save thou me: for I have sought thy justifications.
95 ९५ दुष्ट मेरा नाश करने के लिये मेरी घात में लगे हैं; परन्तु मैं तेरी चितौनियों पर ध्यान करता हूँ।
The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I have understood thy testimonies.
96 ९६ मैंने देखा है कि प्रत्येक पूर्णता की सीमा होती है, परन्तु तेरी आज्ञा का विस्तार बड़ा और सीमा से परे है। मीम
I have seen an end to all persecution: thy commandment is exceeding broad.
97 ९७ आहा! मैं तेरी व्यवस्था में कैसी प्रीति रखता हूँ! दिन भर मेरा ध्यान उसी पर लगा रहता है।
MEM. O how have I loved thy law, O Lord! it is my meditation all the day.
98 ९८ तू अपनी आज्ञाओं के द्वारा मुझे अपने शत्रुओं से अधिक बुद्धिमान करता है, क्योंकि वे सदा मेरे मन में रहती हैं।
Through thy commandment, thou hast made me wiser than my enemies: for it is ever with me.
99 ९९ मैं अपने सब शिक्षकों से भी अधिक समझ रखता हूँ, क्योंकि मेरा ध्यान तेरी चितौनियों पर लगा है।
I have understood more than all my teachers: because thy testimonies are my (meditation)
100 १०० मैं पुरनियों से भी समझदार हूँ, क्योंकि मैं तेरे उपदेशों को पकड़े हुए हूँ।
I have had understanding above ancients: because I have sought thy commandments.
101 १०१ मैंने अपने पाँवों को हर एक बुरे रास्ते से रोक रखा है, जिससे मैं तेरे वचन के अनुसार चलूँ।
I have restrained my feet from every evil way: that I may keep thy words.
102 १०२ मैं तेरे नियमों से नहीं हटा, क्योंकि तू ही ने मुझे शिक्षा दी है।
I have not declined from thy judgments, because thou hast set me a law.
103 १०३ तेरे वचन मुझ को कैसे मीठे लगते हैं, वे मेरे मुँह में मधु से भी मीठे हैं!
How sweet are thy words to my palate! more than honey to my mouth.
104 १०४ तेरे उपदेशों के कारण मैं समझदार हो जाता हूँ, इसलिए मैं सब मिथ्या मार्गों से बैर रखता हूँ। नून
By thy commandments I have had understanding: therefore have I hated every way of iniquity.
105 १०५ तेरा वचन मेरे पाँव के लिये दीपक, और मेरे मार्ग के लिये उजियाला है।
NUN. Thy word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my paths.
106 १०६ मैंने शपथ खाई, और ठान लिया है कि मैं तेरे धर्ममय नियमों के अनुसार चलूँगा।
I have sworn and am determined to keep the judgments of thy justice.
107 १०७ मैं अत्यन्त दुःख में पड़ा हूँ; हे यहोवा, अपने वादे के अनुसार मुझे जिला।
I have been humbled, O Lord, exceedingly: quicken thou me according to thy word.
108 १०८ हे यहोवा, मेरे वचनों को स्वेच्छाबलि जानकर ग्रहण कर, और अपने नियमों को मुझे सिखा।
The free offerings of my mouth make acceptable, O Lord: and teach me thy judgments.
109 १०९ मेरा प्राण निरन्तर मेरी हथेली पर रहता है, तो भी मैं तेरी व्यवस्था को भूल नहीं गया।
My soul is continually in my hands: and I have not forgotten thy law.
110 ११० दुष्टों ने मेरे लिये फंदा लगाया है, परन्तु मैं तेरे उपदेशों के मार्ग से नहीं भटका।
Sinners have laid a snare for me: but I have not erred from thy precepts.
111 १११ मैंने तेरी चितौनियों को सदा के लिये अपना निज भागकर लिया है, क्योंकि वे मेरे हृदय के हर्ष का कारण है।
I have purchased thy testimonies for an inheritance for ever: because they are a joy to my heart.
112 ११२ मैंने अपने मन को इस बात पर लगाया है, कि अन्त तक तेरी विधियों पर सदा चलता रहूँ। सामेख
I have inclined my heart to do thy justifications for ever, for the reward.
113 ११३ मैं दुचित्तों से तो बैर रखता हूँ, परन्तु तेरी व्यवस्था से प्रीति रखता हूँ।
SAMECH. I have hated the unjust: and have loved thy law.
114 ११४ तू मेरी आड़ और ढाल है; मेरी आशा तेरे वचन पर है।
Thou art my helper and my protector: and in thy word I have greatly hoped.
115 ११५ हे कुकर्मियों, मुझसे दूर हो जाओ, कि मैं अपने परमेश्वर की आज्ञाओं को पकड़े रहूँ!
Depart from me, ye malignant: and I will search the commandments of my God.
116 ११६ हे यहोवा, अपने वचन के अनुसार मुझे सम्भाल, कि मैं जीवित रहूँ, और मेरी आशा को न तोड़!
Uphold me according to thy word, and I shall live: and let me not be confounded in my expectation.
117 ११७ मुझे थामे रख, तब मैं बचा रहूँगा, और निरन्तर तेरी विधियों की ओर चित्त लगाए रहूँगा!
Help me, and I shall be saved: and I will meditate always on thy justifications.
118 ११८ जितने तेरी विधियों के मार्ग से भटक जाते हैं, उन सब को तू तुच्छ जानता है, क्योंकि उनकी चतुराई झूठ है।
Thou hast despised all them that fall off from thy judgments; for their thought is unjust.
119 ११९ तूने पृथ्वी के सब दुष्टों को धातु के मैल के समान दूर किया है; इस कारण मैं तेरी चितौनियों से प्रीति रखता हूँ।
I have accounted all the sinners of the earth prevaricators: therefore have I loved thy testimonies.
120 १२० तेरे भय से मेरा शरीर काँप उठता है, और मैं तेरे नियमों से डरता हूँ। ऐन
Pierce thou my flesh with thy fear: for I am afraid of thy judgments.
121 १२१ मैंने तो न्याय और धर्म का काम किया है; तू मुझे अत्याचार करनेवालों के हाथ में न छोड़।
AIN. I have done judgment and justice: give me not up to them that slander me.
122 १२२ अपने दास की भलाई के लिये जामिन हो, ताकि अहंकारी मुझ पर अत्याचार न करने पाएँ।
Uphold thy servant unto good: let not the proud calumniate me.
123 १२३ मेरी आँखें तुझ से उद्धार पाने, और तेरे धर्ममय वचन के पूरे होने की बाट जोहते-जोहते धुँधली पड़ गई हैं।
My eyes have fainted after thy salvation: and for the word of thy justice.
124 १२४ अपने दास के संग अपनी करुणा के अनुसार बर्ताव कर, और अपनी विधियाँ मुझे सिखा।
Deal with thy servant according to thy mercy: and teach me thy justifications.
125 १२५ मैं तेरा दास हूँ, तू मुझे समझ दे कि मैं तेरी चितौनियों को समझूँ।
I am thy servant: give me understanding that I may know thy testimonies.
126 १२६ वह समय आया है, कि यहोवा काम करे, क्योंकि लोगों ने तेरी व्यवस्था को तोड़ दिया है।
It is time, O Lord, to do: they have dissipated thy law.
127 १२७ इस कारण मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं को सोने से वरन् कुन्दन से भी अधिक प्रिय मानता हूँ।
Therefore have I loved thy commandments above gold and the topaz.
128 १२८ इसी कारण मैं तेरे सब उपदेशों को सब विषयों में ठीक जानता हूँ; और सब मिथ्या मार्गों से बैर रखता हूँ। पे
Therefore was I directed to all thy commandments: I have hated all wicked ways.
129 १२९ तेरी चितौनियाँ अद्भुत हैं, इस कारण मैं उन्हें अपने जी से पकड़े हुए हूँ।
PHE. Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore my soul hath sought them.
130 १३० तेरी बातों के खुलने से प्रकाश होता है; उससे निर्बुद्धि लोग समझ प्राप्त करते हैं।
The declaration of thy words giveth light: and giveth understanding to little ones.
131 १३१ मैं मुँह खोलकर हाँफने लगा, क्योंकि मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं का प्यासा था।
I opened my mouth and panted: because I longed for thy commandments.
132 १३२ जैसी तेरी रीति अपने नाम के प्रीति रखनेवालों से है, वैसे ही मेरी ओर भी फिरकर मुझ पर दया कर।
Look thou upon me, and have mercy on me, according to the judgment of them that love thy name.
133 १३३ मेरे पैरों को अपने वचन के मार्ग पर स्थिर कर, और किसी अनर्थ बात को मुझ पर प्रभुता न करने दे।
Direct my steps according to thy word: and let no iniquity have dominion over me.
134 १३४ मुझे मनुष्यों के अत्याचार से छुड़ा ले, तब मैं तेरे उपदेशों को मानूँगा।
Redeem me from the calumnies of men: that I may keep thy commandments.
135 १३५ अपने दास पर अपने मुख का प्रकाश चमका दे, और अपनी विधियाँ मुझे सिखा।
Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: and teach me thy justifications.
136 १३६ मेरी आँखों से आँसुओं की धारा बहती रहती है, क्योंकि लोग तेरी व्यवस्था को नहीं मानते। सांदे
My eyes have sent forth springs of water: because they have not kept thy law.
137 १३७ हे यहोवा तू धर्मी है, और तेरे नियम सीधे हैं।
SADE. Thou art just, O Lord: and thy judgment is right.
138 १३८ तूने अपनी चितौनियों को धर्म और पूरी सत्यता से कहा है।
Thou hast commanded justice thy testimonies: and thy truth exceedingly.
139 १३९ मैं तेरी धुन में भस्म हो रहा हूँ, क्योंकि मेरे सतानेवाले तेरे वचनों को भूल गए हैं।
My zeal hath made me pine away: because my enemies forgot thy words.
140 १४० तेरा वचन पूरी रीति से ताया हुआ है, इसलिए तेरा दास उसमें प्रीति रखता है।
Thy word is exceedingly refined: and thy servant hath loved it.
141 १४१ मैं छोटा और तुच्छ हूँ, तो भी मैं तेरे उपदेशों को नहीं भूलता।
I am very young and despised; but I forgot not thy justifications.
142 १४२ तेरा धर्म सदा का धर्म है, और तेरी व्यवस्था सत्य है।
Thy justice is justice for ever: and thy law is the truth.
143 १४३ मैं संकट और सकेती में फँसा हूँ, परन्तु मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं से सुखी हूँ।
Trouble and anguish have found me: thy commandments are my (meditation)
144 १४४ तेरी चितौनियाँ सदा धर्ममय हैं; तू मुझ को समझ दे कि मैं जीवित रहूँ। क़ाफ़
Thy testimonies are justice for ever: give me understanding, and I shall live.
145 १४५ मैंने सारे मन से प्रार्थना की है, हे यहोवा मेरी सुन! मैं तेरी विधियों को पकड़े रहूँगा।
COPH. I cried with my whole heart, hear me, O Lord: I will seek thy justifications.
146 १४६ मैंने तुझ से प्रार्थना की है, तू मेरा उद्धार कर, और मैं तेरी चितौनियों को माना करूँगा।
I cried unto thee, save me: that I may keep thy commandments.
147 १४७ मैंने पौ फटने से पहले दुहाई दी; मेरी आशा तेरे वचनों पर थी।
I prevented the dawning of the day, and cried: because in thy words I very much hoped.
148 १४८ मेरी आँखें रात के एक-एक पहर से पहले खुल गईं, कि मैं तेरे वचन पर ध्यान करूँ।
My eyes to thee have prevented the morning: that I might meditate on thy words.
149 १४९ अपनी करुणा के अनुसार मेरी सुन ले; हे यहोवा, अपनी नियमों के रीति अनुसार मुझे जीवित कर।
Hear thou my voice, O Lord, according to thy mercy: and quicken me according to thy mercy.
150 १५० जो दुष्टता की धुन में हैं, वे निकट आ गए हैं; वे तेरी व्यवस्था से दूर हैं।
They that persecute me have drawn nigh to iniquity; but they are gone far off from the law.
151 १५१ हे यहोवा, तू निकट है, और तेरी सब आज्ञाएँ सत्य हैं।
Thou art near, O Lord: and all thy ways are truth.
152 १५२ बहुत काल से मैं तेरी चितौनियों को जानता हूँ, कि तूने उनकी नींव सदा के लिये डाली है। रेश
I have known from the beginning concerning thy testimonies: that thou hast founded them for ever.
153 १५३ मेरे दुःख को देखकर मुझे छुड़ा ले, क्योंकि मैं तेरी व्यवस्था को भूल नहीं गया।
RES. See my humiliation and deliver me: for I have not forgotten the law.
154 १५४ मेरा मुकद्दमा लड़, और मुझे छुड़ा ले; अपने वादे के अनुसार मुझ को जिला।
Judge my judgment and redeem me: quicken thou me for thy word’s sake.
155 १५५ दुष्टों को उद्धार मिलना कठिन है, क्योंकि वे तेरी विधियों की सुधि नहीं रखते।
Salvation is far from sinners; because they have not sought thy justifications.
156 १५६ हे यहोवा, तेरी दया तो बड़ी है; इसलिए अपने नियमों के अनुसार मुझे जिला।
Many, O Lord, are thy mercies: quicken me according to thy judgment.
157 १५७ मेरा पीछा करनेवाले और मेरे सतानेवाले बहुत हैं, परन्तु मैं तेरी चितौनियों से नहीं हटता।
Many are they that persecute me, and afflict me; but I have not declined from thy testimonies.
158 १५८ मैं विश्वासघातियों को देखकर घृणा करता हूँ; क्योंकि वे तेरे वचन को नहीं मानते।
I beheld the transgressors, and I pined away; because they kept not thy word.
159 १५९ देख, मैं तेरे उपदेशों से कैसी प्रीति रखता हूँ! हे यहोवा, अपनी करुणा के अनुसार मुझ को जिला।
Behold I have loved thy commandments, O Lord; quicken me thou in thy mercy.
160 १६० तेरा सारा वचन सत्य ही है; और तेरा एक-एक धर्ममय नियम सदाकाल तक अटल है। शीन
The beginning of thy words is truth: all the judgments of thy justice are for ever.
161 १६१ हाकिम व्यर्थ मेरे पीछे पड़े हैं, परन्तु मेरा हृदय तेरे वचनों का भय मानता है।
SIN. Princes have persecuted me without cause: and my heart hath been in awe of thy words.
162 १६२ जैसे कोई बड़ी लूट पाकर हर्षित होता है, वैसे ही मैं तेरे वचन के कारण हर्षित हूँ।
I will rejoice at thy words, as one that hath found great spoil.
163 १६३ झूठ से तो मैं बैर और घृणा रखता हूँ, परन्तु तेरी व्यवस्था से प्रीति रखता हूँ।
I have hated and abhorred iniquity; but I have loved thy law.
164 १६४ तेरे धर्ममय नियमों के कारण मैं प्रतिदिन सात बार तेरी स्तुति करता हूँ।
Seven times a day I have given praise to thee, for the judgments of thy justice.
165 १६५ तेरी व्यवस्था से प्रीति रखनेवालों को बड़ी शान्ति होती है; और उनको कुछ ठोकर नहीं लगती।
Much peace have they that love thy law, and to them there is no stumbling block.
166 १६६ हे यहोवा, मैं तुझ से उद्धार पाने की आशा रखता हूँ; और तेरी आज्ञाओं पर चलता आया हूँ।
I looked to thy salvation, O Lord: and I loved thy commandments.
167 १६७ मैं तेरी चितौनियों को जी से मानता हूँ, और उनसे बहुत प्रीति रखता आया हूँ।
My soul hath kept thy testimonies: and hath loved them exceedingly.
168 १६८ मैं तेरे उपदेशों और चितौनियों को मानता आया हूँ, क्योंकि मेरी सारी चाल चलन तेरे सम्मुख प्रगट है। ताव
I have kept thy commandments and thy testimonies: because all my ways are in thy sight.
169 १६९ हे यहोवा, मेरी दुहाई तुझ तक पहुँचे; तू अपने वचन के अनुसार मुझे समझ दे!
TAU. Let my supplication, O Lord, come near in thy sight: give me understanding according to thy word.
170 १७० मेरा गिड़गिड़ाना तुझ तक पहुँचे; तू अपने वचन के अनुसार मुझे छुड़ा ले।
Let my request come in before thee; deliver thou me according to thy word.
171 १७१ मेरे मुँह से स्तुति निकला करे, क्योंकि तू मुझे अपनी विधियाँ सिखाता है।
My lips shall utter a hymn, when thou shalt teach me thy justifications.
172 १७२ मैं तेरे वचन का गीत गाऊँगा, क्योंकि तेरी सब आज्ञाएँ धर्ममय हैं।
My tongue shall pronounce thy word: because all thy commandments are justice.
173 १७३ तेरा हाथ मेरी सहायता करने को तैयार रहता है, क्योंकि मैंने तेरे उपदेशों को अपनाया है।
Let thy hand be with me to save me; for I have chosen thy precepts.
174 १७४ हे यहोवा, मैं तुझ से उद्धार पाने की अभिलाषा करता हूँ, मैं तेरी व्यवस्था से सुखी हूँ।
I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my (meditation)
175 १७५ मुझे जिला, और मैं तेरी स्तुति करूँगा, तेरे नियमों से मेरी सहायता हो।
My soul shall live and shall praise thee: and thy judgments shall help me.
176 १७६ मैं खोई हुई भेड़ के समान भटका हूँ; तू अपने दास को ढूँढ़ ले, क्योंकि मैं तेरी आज्ञाओं को भूल नहीं गया।
I have gone astray like a sheep that is lost: seek thy servant, because I have not forgotten thy commandments.
