फिलिप्पियों 1
1 १ मसीह यीशु के दास पौलुस और तीमुथियुस की ओर से सब पवित्र लोगों के नाम, जो मसीह यीशु में होकर फिलिप्पी में रहते हैं, अध्यक्षों और सेवकों समेत,
PAULOS and Timotheus, servants of Jeshu the Meshiha, to all the saints who are in Jeshu Meshiha at Philipos, with the presbyters and deacons.
Grace be with you and peace from Aloha our Father, and from our Lord Jeshu Meshiha.
I offer thanks unto Aloha upon the remembrance of you constantly,
in all my prayers on your behalf; and while rejoicing,
I pray, for your fellowship which is in the gospel from the first day until now;
6 ६ मुझे इस बात का भरोसा है कि जिसने तुम में अच्छा काम आरम्भ किया है, वही उसे यीशु मसीह के दिन तक पूरा करेगा।
because I am confident of this, that he who hath begun good workings in you will himself make perfect until the day of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha.
7 ७ उचित है कि मैं तुम सब के लिये ऐसा ही विचार करूँ, क्योंकि तुम मेरे मन में आ बसे हो, और मेरी कैद में और सुसमाचार के लिये उत्तर और प्रमाण देने में तुम सब मेरे साथ अनुग्रह में सहभागी हो।
For so it is right for me to think concerning you all, because you are laid up in my heart; and in my bonds, and in the defence of the truth of the gospel, you are partakers with me in grace.
For Aloha is my witness how I love you with the bowels of Jeshu Meshiha.
9 ९ और मैं यह प्रार्थना करता हूँ, कि तुम्हारा प्रेम, ज्ञान और सब प्रकार के विवेक सहित और भी बढ़ता जाए,
And this I pray, that your love may still increase and abound in knowledge and in all spiritual understanding;
10 १० यहाँ तक कि तुम उत्तम से उत्तम बातों को प्रिय जानो, और मसीह के दिन तक सच्चे बने रहो, और ठोकर न खाओ;
that you may distinguish those things that are proper, and may be pure and without offence in the day of the Meshiha,
11 ११ और उस धार्मिकता के फल से जो यीशु मसीह के द्वारा होते हैं, भरपूर होते जाओ जिससे परमेश्वर की महिमा और स्तुति होती रहे।
and filled with the fruits of righteousness which are in Jeshu Meshiha, to the glory and the honour of Aloha.
12 १२ हे भाइयों, मैं चाहता हूँ, कि तुम यह जान लो कि मुझ पर जो बीता है, उससे सुसमाचार ही की उन्नति हुई है।
BUT I wish you to know, my brethren, that my business tendeth the more to the forwarding of the gospel.
13 १३ यहाँ तक कि कैसर के राजभवन की सारे सैन्य-दल और शेष सब लोगों में यह प्रगट हो गया है कि मैं मसीह के लिये कैद हूँ,
For so also my bonds are manifest for the Meshiha in the whole palace, and unto all besides.
14 १४ और प्रभु में जो भाई हैं, उनमें से अधिकांश मेरे कैद होने के कारण, साहस बाँधकर, परमेश्वर का वचन बेधड़क सुनाने का और भी साहस करते हैं।
And a multitude of brethren who are in our Lord are strengthened on account of my bonds, and have dared the more fearlessly to speak the word of Aloha.
Some preach from envy and contention, but some from good-will,
16 १६ कई एक तो यह जानकर कि मैं सुसमाचार के लिये उत्तर देने को ठहराया गया हूँ प्रेम से प्रचार करते हैं।
and in the love of the Meshiha; for they know that for the defence of the gospel I am appointed.
17 १७ और कई एक तो सिधाई से नहीं पर विरोध से मसीह की कथा सुनाते हैं, यह समझकर कि मेरी कैद में मेरे लिये क्लेश उत्पन्न करें।
But those who preach the Meshiha from contention do it not sincerely, but think to add affliction to my bonds.
18 १८ तो क्या हुआ? केवल यह, कि हर प्रकार से चाहे बहाने से, चाहे सच्चाई से, मसीह की कथा सुनाई जाती है, और मैं इससे आनन्दित हूँ, और आनन्दित रहूँगा भी।
Yet in this I have rejoiced, and do rejoice, that in every way, if for an occasion, or if in truth, the Meshiha shall be preached.
19 १९ क्योंकि मैं जानता हूँ कि तुम्हारी विनती के द्वारा, और यीशु मसीह की आत्मा के दान के द्वारा, इसका प्रतिफल, मेरा उद्धार होगा।
For I know that these things shall be found unto my life by your prayers, and by the gift of the Spirit of Jeshu Meshiha;
20 २० मैं तो यही हार्दिक लालसा और आशा रखता हूँ कि मैं किसी बात में लज्जित न होऊँ, पर जैसे मेरे प्रबल साहस के कारण मसीह की बड़ाई मेरी देह के द्वारा सदा होती रही है, वैसा ही अब भी हो चाहे मैं जीवित रहूँ या मर जाऊँ।
even as I hope and expect, that in nothing I shall be confounded, but manifestly, as at all times, so also now, the Meshiha shall be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death.
For my life is the Meshiha; and if I die, it is gain to me.
But if in this life of the flesh there be also fruit to me from my works, I know not what to choose.
23 २३ क्योंकि मैं दोनों के बीच असमंजस में हूँ; जी तो चाहता है कि देह-त्याग के मसीह के पास जा रहूँ, क्योंकि यह बहुत ही अच्छा है,
For these two straiten me. I desire to be set free, that I might be with the Meshiha, and this is greatly preferable to me;
but also to remain in my body is the thing which constraineth me on your account.
25 २५ और इसलिए कि मुझे इसका भरोसा है। अतः मैं जानता हूँ कि मैं जीवित रहूँगा, वरन् तुम सब के साथ रहूँगा, जिससे तुम विश्वास में दृढ़ होते जाओ और उसमें आनन्दित रहो;
For I know this confidently, that I am to remain and tarry for your joy and for the increase of your faith:
26 २६ और जो घमण्ड तुम मेरे विषय में करते हो, वह मेरे फिर तुम्हारे पास आने से मसीह यीशु में अधिक बढ़ जाए।
that when I come again to you, your glorying which is in Jeshu Meshiha alone shall abound in me.
27 २७ केवल इतना करो कि तुम्हारा चाल-चलन मसीह के सुसमाचार के योग्य हो कि चाहे मैं आकर तुम्हें देखूँ, चाहे न भी आऊँ, तुम्हारे विषय में यह सुनूँ कि तुम एक ही आत्मा में स्थिर हो, और एक चित्त होकर सुसमाचार के विश्वास के लिये परिश्रम करते रहते हो।
As it becometh the gospel of the Meshiha, so have your conversation; that if coming I see you, or absent, I may hear of you, that you stand in one spirit and in one soul, conquering together for the faith of the gospel;
28 २८ और किसी बात में विरोधियों से भय नहीं खाते। यह उनके लिये विनाश का स्पष्ट चिन्ह है, परन्तु तुम्हारे लिये उद्धार का, और यह परमेश्वर की ओर से है।
in nothing moved by them who stand against us, to the forthshowing of their perdition, and of our salvation,
29 २९ क्योंकि मसीह के कारण तुम पर यह अनुग्रह हुआ कि न केवल उस पर विश्वास करो पर उसके लिये दुःख भी उठाओ,
And this from Aloha hath been given to you, not only believing to believe in the Meshiha, but also for his sake to suffer,
30 ३० और तुम्हें वैसा ही परिश्रम करना है, जैसा तुम ने मुझे करते देखा है, और अब भी सुनते हो कि मैं वैसा ही करता हूँ।
and to sustain a conflict, as you have seen in me, and now hear concerning me.
