यशायाह 8
1 १ फिर यहोवा ने मुझसे कहा, “एक बड़ी पटिया लेकर उस पर साधारण अक्षरों से यह लिख: महेर्शालाल्हाशबज के लिये।”
And he said Yahweh to me take yourself a tablet large and write on it with a stylus of a person Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.
2 २ और मैं विश्वासयोग्य पुरुषों को अर्थात् ऊरिय्याह याजक और जेबेरेक्याह के पुत्र जकर्याह को इस बात की साक्षी करूँगा।
And I will call as witness for myself witnesses reliable Uriah the priest and Zechariah [the] son of Jeberekiah.
3 ३ मैं अपनी पत्नी के पास गया, और वह गर्भवती हुई और उसके पुत्र उत्पन्न हुआ। तब यहोवा ने मुझसे कहा, “उसका नाम महेर्शालाल्हाशबज रख;
And I drew near to the prophetess and she conceived and she bore a son and he said Yahweh to me call name his Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.
4 ४ क्योंकि इससे पहले कि वह लड़का बापू और माँ पुकारना जाने, दमिश्क और सामरिया दोनों की धन-सम्पत्ति लूटकर अश्शूर का राजा अपने देश को भेजेगा।”
For before he will know the lad to call out O father my and O mother my someone will carry off - [the] wealth of Damascus and [the] plunder of Samaria before [the] king of Assyria.
And he repeated Yahweh to speak to me again saying.
6 ६ “इसलिए कि लोग शीलोह के धीरे धीरे बहनेवाले सोते को निकम्मा जानते हैं, और रसीन और रमल्याह के पुत्र के संग एका करके आनन्द करते हैं,
Because for it has rejected the people this [the] waters of Shiloah which go to gentleness and rejoicing with Rezin and [the] son of Remaliah.
7 ७ इस कारण सुन, प्रभु उन पर उस प्रबल और गहरे महानद को, अर्थात् अश्शूर के राजा को उसके सारे प्रताप के साथ चढ़ा लाएगा; और वह उनके सब नालों को भर देगा और सारे तटों से छलककर बहेगा;
And therefore there! [the] Lord [is] about to bring up on them [the] waters of the River mighty and many [the] king of Assyria and all glory his and it will rise over all channels its and it will go over all banks its.
8 ८ और वह यहूदा पर भी चढ़ आएगा, और बढ़ते-बढ़ते उस पर चढ़ेगा और गले तक पहुँचेगा; और हे इम्मानुएल, तेरा समस्त देश उसके पंखों के फैलने से ढँप जाएगा।”
And it will pass on in Judah it will overflow and it will pass over to [the] neck it will reach and it will be [the] spreading of wings its [the] fullness of [the] breadth of land your O Immanu-el.
9 ९ हे लोगों, हल्ला करो तो करो, परन्तु तुम्हारा सत्यानाश हो जाएगा। हे पृथ्वी के दूर-दूर देश के सब लोगों कान लगाकर सुनो, अपनी-अपनी कमर कसो तो कसो, परन्तु तुम्हारे टुकड़े-टुकड़े किए जाएँगे; अपनी कमर कसो तो कसो, परन्तु तुम्हारा सत्यानाश हो जाएगा।
Be bad O peoples and be shattered and give ear O all [the] distant places of [the] earth gird yourselves and be shattered gird yourselves and be shattered.
10 १० तुम युक्ति करो तो करो, परन्तु वह निष्फल हो जाएगी, तुम कुछ भी कहो, परन्तु तुम्हारा कहा हुआ ठहरेगा नहीं, क्योंकि परमेश्वर हमारे संग है।
Plan a plan so it may be frustrated speak a word and not it will stand for [is] with us God.
For thus he said Yahweh to me according to [the] strength of the hand and he will instruct me from walking in [the] way of the people this saying.
12 १२ और कहा, “जिस बात को यह लोग राजद्रोह कहें, उसको तुम राजद्रोह न कहना, और जिस बात से वे डरते हैं उससे तुम न डरना और न भय खाना।
Not you must say! conspiracy of all that it is saying the people this conspiracy and fear its not you must fear and not you must regard with awe.
Yahweh of hosts him you will regard as holy and he [will be] fear your and he [the] [one whom] regard with awe you.
14 १४ और वह शरणस्थान होगा, परन्तु इस्राएल के दोनों घरानों के लिये ठोकर का पत्थर और ठेस की चट्टान, और यरूशलेम के निवासियों के लिये फंदा और जाल होगा।
And he will become a sanctuary and a stone of striking and a rock of stumbling for [the] two [the] houses of Israel a trap and a snare for [the] inhabitant[s] of Jerusalem.
15 १५ और बहुत से लोग ठोकर खाएँगे; वे गिरेंगे और चकनाचूर होंगे; वे फंदे में फँसेंगे और पकड़े जाएँगे।”
And they will stumble over them many [people] and they will fall and they will be broken and they will be ensnared and they will be captured.
Bind up [the] testimony seal up [the] instruction among disciples my.
17 १७ मैं उस यहोवा की बाट जोहता रहूँगा जो अपने मुख को याकूब के घराने से छिपाये है, और मैं उसी पर आशा लगाए रहूँगा।
And I will wait for Yahweh who is hiding face his from [the] house of Jacob and I will wait eagerly for him.
18 १८ देख, मैं और जो लड़के यहोवा ने मुझे सौंपे हैं, उसी सेनाओं के यहोवा की ओर से जो सिय्योन पर्वत पर निवास किए रहता है इस्राएलियों के लिये चिन्ह और चमत्कार हैं।
Here! I and the children whom he has given to me Yahweh for signs and for portents in Israel from with Yahweh of hosts who dwells on [the] mountain of Zion.
19 १९ जब लोग तुम से कहें, “ओझाओं और टोन्हों के पास जाकर पूछो जो गुनगुनाते और फुसफुसाते हैं,” तब तुम यह कहना, “क्या प्रजा को अपने परमेश्वर ही के पास जाकर न पूछना चाहिये? क्या जीवितों के लिये मुर्दों से पूछना चाहिये?”
And if they will say to you consult the necromancers and the soothsayers who whisper and who mutter ¿ not a people God its will it consult for the living the dead.
20 २० व्यवस्था और चितौनी ही की चर्चा किया करो! यदि वे लोग इस वचनों के अनुसार न बोलें तो निश्चय उनके लिये पौ न फटेगी।
To [the] instruction and to [the] testimony if not they will speak according to the manner this that not [belongs] to it dawn.
21 २१ वे इस देश में क्लेशित और भूखे फिरते रहेंगे; और जब वे भूखे होंगे, तब वे क्रोध में आकर अपने राजा और अपने परमेश्वर को श्राप देंगे, और अपना मुख ऊपर आकाश की ओर उठाएँगे;
And it will pass in it hard pressed and hungry and it will be that it will be hungry and it will be enraged and it will curse king its and God its and it will turn upwards.
22 २२ तब वे पृथ्वी की ओर दृष्टि करेंगे परन्तु उन्हें सकेती और अंधियारा अर्थात् संकट भरा अंधकार ही देख पड़ेगा; और वे घोर अंधकार में ढकेल दिए जाएँगे।
And to [the] earth it will look and there! trouble and darkness gloom of distress and gloom [it is] thrust out.
