2 कुरिन्थियों 6
1 १ हम जो परमेश्वर के सहकर्मी हैं यह भी समझाते हैं, कि परमेश्वर का अनुग्रह जो तुम पर हुआ, व्यर्थ न रहने दो।
So working together we really urge you not to receive God's grace in vain,
2 २ क्योंकि वह तो कहता है, “अपनी प्रसन्नता के समय मैंने तेरी सुन ली, और उद्धार के दिन मैंने तेरी, सहायता की।” देखो; अभी प्रसन्नता का समय है; देखो, अभी उद्धार का दिन है।
for He says: “At a favorable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I aided you.” Well, right now is a really favorable time; indeed, the day of salvation is now!
(We give no occasion for offense in anything, that the ministry not be faulted;
4 ४ परन्तु हर बात में परमेश्वर के सेवकों के समान अपने सद्गुणों को प्रगट करते हैं, बड़े धैर्य से, क्लेशों से, दरिद्रता से, संकटों से,
rather we commend ourselves as God's servants in every way with great endurance—in afflictions, in hardships, in distress,
in beatings, in imprisonments, in tumults, in hard work, in sleepless nights, in fastings;
by purity, by knowledge, by patience, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love,
7 ७ सच्चे प्रेम से, सत्य के वचन से, परमेश्वर की सामर्थ्य से; धार्मिकता के हथियारों से जो दाहिने, बाएँ हैं,
by truthful speech, by God's power, with the weapons of the righteousness in the right hand and in the left;
8 ८ आदर और निरादर से, दुर्नाम और सुनाम से, यद्यपि भरमानेवालों के जैसे मालूम होते हैं तो भी सच्चे हैं।
through glory and dishonor, through defamation and good repute; as ‘deceivers’ and true,
9 ९ अनजानों के सदृश्य हैं; तो भी प्रसिद्ध हैं; मरते हुओं के समान हैं और देखो जीवित हैं; मार खानेवालों के सदृश्य हैं परन्तु प्राण से मारे नहीं जाते।
as unknown and well known, as dying and we live on, as chastened and not killed;
10 १० शोक करनेवालों के समान हैं, परन्तु सर्वदा आनन्द करते हैं, कंगालों के समान हैं, परन्तु बहुतों को धनवान बना देते हैं; ऐसे हैं जैसे हमारे पास कुछ नहीं फिर भी सब कुछ रखते हैं।
as sorrowful yet always rejoicing, as poor yet making many rich, as having nothing and yet possessing everything!)
O Corinthians! We have spoken openly to you, our heart is open wide.
You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted in your affections.
Now in return for the same (I speak as to my children), you also be wide open.
14 १४ अविश्वासियों के साथ असमान जूए में न जुतो, क्योंकि धार्मिकता और अधर्म का क्या मेल जोल? या ज्योति और अंधकार की क्या संगति?
Do not enter a mismatch with unbelievers; for what do righteousness and lawlessness have in common? And what fellowship does light have with darkness?
And what agreement is there between Christ and Belial? Or what portion can a believer share with an unbeliever?
16 १६ और मूरतों के साथ परमेश्वर के मन्दिर का क्या सम्बंध? क्योंकि हम तो जीविते परमेश्वर के मन्दिर हैं; जैसा परमेश्वर ने कहा है “मैं उनमें बसूँगा और उनमें चला फिरा करूँगा; और मैं उनका परमेश्वर होऊँगा, और वे मेरे लोग होंगे।”
Further, what agreement can a temple of God have with idols? Because you are a temple of the living God, just as God said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them; I will be their God and they will by my people.”
17 १७ इसलिए प्रभु कहता है, “उनके बीच में से निकलो और अलग रहो; और अशुद्ध वस्तु को मत छूओ, तो मैं तुम्हें ग्रहण करूँगा;
Therefore, “Come out from among them and be separate,” says the Lord, “Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”
18 १८ और तुम्हारा पिता होऊँगा, और तुम मेरे बेटे और बेटियाँ होंगे; यह सर्वशक्तिमान प्रभु परमेश्वर का वचन है।”
And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”
