प्रकाशित वाक्य 16

1 तब मुझे मंदिर में से एक ऊंचा शब्द उन सात स्वर्गदूतों को संबोधित करते हुए सुनाई दिया: “जाओ! परमेश्वर के क्रोध के सातों कटोरों को पृथ्वी पर उंडेल दो.”

And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying, to the seven angels, Go, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

2 इसलिये पहले स्वर्गदूत ने जाकर अपना कटोरा पृथ्वी पर उंडेल दिया. परिणामस्वरूप उन व्यक्तियों को, जिन पर उस हिंसक पशु की मुहर थी तथा जो उसकी मूर्ति की पूजा करते थे, कष्टदायी और घातक फोड़े निकल आए.

And the first went forth, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there was a malignant and grievous ulcer upon the men who had the mark of the beast, and upon them who worshiped his image.

3 दूसरे स्वर्गदूत ने जब अपना कटोरा समुद्र पर उंडेला तो समुद्र मरे हुए व्यक्ति के लहू जैसा हो गया और समुद्र के हर एक प्राणी की मृत्यु हो गई.

And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became blood, like that of a dead man: and every living soul that was in the sea died.

4 तीसरे स्वर्गदूत ने जब अपना कटोरा नदियों और पानी के सोतों पर उंडेला तो वे लहू बन गए.

And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers, and on the fountains of water; and they became blood.

5 तब मैंने सारे जल के अधिकारी स्वर्गदूत को यह कहते हुए सुना: “आप, जो हैं, जो थे, धर्मी हैं, परम पवित्र, उचित हैं आपके निर्णय,

And I heard the angel of the waters saying, Righteous art thou, who art, and who wast; who art perfect; because thou hast judged these:

6 इसलिये कि उन्होंने पवित्र लोगों और भविष्यद्वक्ताओं का लहू बहाया, पीने के लिए उन्हें आपने लहू ही दे दिया, वे इसी योग्य हैं.”

for they have poured forth the blood of saints, and prophets; and thou hast given them blood to drink--they are worthy.

7 तब मैंने समर्थन में वेदी को यह कहते हुए सुना: “सच है, प्रभु सर्वशक्तिमान परमेश्वर, उचित और धर्मी हैं आपके निर्णय.”

And I heard a voice from the altar, saying, Yes, O Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

8 चौथे स्वर्गदूत ने जब अपना कटोरा सूर्य पर उंडेला तो सूर्य को यह अधिकार प्राप्‍त हो गया कि वह मनुष्यों को अपनी गर्मी से झुलसा दे.

And the fourth angel poured forth his vial on the sun; and power was given to it to scorch men with fire.

9 इसलिये मनुष्य उस बहुत गर्म ताप से झुलस गए और वे परमेश्वर के नाम की, जिन्हें इन सब विपत्तियों पर अधिकार है, शाप देने लगे. उन्होंने पश्चाताप कर परमेश्वर की महिमा करने से इनकार किया.

And men were scorched with great heat, and they reviled the name of God, who had power over these plagues, and reformed not, to give him glory.

10 पांचवें स्वर्गदूत ने जब अपना कटोरा उस हिंसक पशु के सिंहासन पर उंडेला तो उसके साम्राज्य पर अंधकार छा गया. पीड़ा के कारण मनुष्य अपनी जीभ चबाने लगे.

And the fifth poured forth his vial upon the throne of the beast; and his kingdom was darkened, and they gnawed their tongues for

11 पीड़ा और फोड़ों के कारण वे स्वर्ग के परमेश्वर को शाप देने लगे. उन्होंने अपने कुकर्मों से पश्चाताप करने से इनकार किया.

anguish, and reviled the God of heaven for their pains and their ulcers, and reformed not from their works.

12 छठे स्वर्गदूत ने जब अपना कटोरा महानद यूफ़्रातेस पर उंडेला तो उसका जल सूख गया कि पूर्व दिशा के राजाओं के लिए मार्ग तैयार हो जाए.

And the sixth poured forth his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and its water was dried up, that a way might be prepared for the kings from the rising of the sun.

13 तब मैंने तीन अशुद्ध आत्माओं को जो मेंढक के समान थी; उस परों वाले सांप के मुख से, उस हिंसक पशु के मुख से तथा झूठे भविष्यवक्ता के मुख से निकलते हुए देखा.

And I saw, and out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet there came forth three unclean spirits, like frogs:

14 ये वे दुष्टात्माएं है, जो चमत्कार चिह्न दिखाते हुए पृथ्वी के सभी राजाओं को सर्वशक्तिमान परमेश्वर के उस न्याय-दिवस पर युद्ध करने के लिए इकट्ठा करती हैं.

for these are the spirits of demons, working miracles, which go forth to the kings of the whole world, to bring them together to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

15 “याद रहे: मैं चोर के समान आऊंगा! धन्य वह है, जो जागता है और अपने वस्त्रों की रक्षा करता है कि उसे लोगों के सामने नग्न होकर लज्जित न होना पड़े.”

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, that he may not walk naked, so that they should see his shame.

16 उन आत्माओं ने राजाओं को उस स्थान पर इकट्ठा किया, जो इब्री भाषा में हरमागेद्दौन कहलाता है.

And he gathered them together into a place which is called, in the Hebrew language, Armageddon.

17 सातवें स्वर्गदूत ने जब अपना कटोरा वायु पर उंडेला, और मंदिर के सिंहासन से एक ऊंचा शब्द सुनाई दिया, “पूरा हो गया!”

And the seven poured forth his vial into the air; and there came forth a great voice from the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

18 तुरंत ही बिजली की कौंध, गड़गड़ाहट तथा बादलों की गर्जन होने लगी और एक भयंकर भूकंप आया. यह भूकंप इतना शक्तिशाली था कि पृथ्वी पर ऐसा भयंकर भूकंप मनुष्य की उत्पत्ति से लेकर अब तक नहीं आया था—इतना शक्तिशाली था यह भूकंप

And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been from the time that men were upon the earth; such and so great an earthquake.

19 कि महानगर फटकर तीन भागों में बंट गया. सभी राष्ट्रों के नगर धराशायी हो गए. परमेश्वर ने बड़े नगर बाबेल को याद किया कि उसे अपने क्रोध की जलजलाहट का दाखरस का प्याला पिलाएं.

And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the Gentiles fell down. And Babylon the great came into remembrance before God, to give her the cup of the wine of his fiercest wrath.

20 हर एक द्वीप विलीन हो गया और सभी पर्वत लुप्‍त हो गए.

And every island fled away, and the mountains were found no more.

21 आकाश से मनुष्यों पर विशालकाय ओले बरसने लगे और एक-एक ओला लगभग पैंतालीस किलो का था. ओलों की इस विपत्ति के कारण लोग परमेश्वर को शाप देने लगे क्योंकि यह विपत्ति बहुत असहनीय थी.

And a great hail, as of the weight of a talent, descended from heaven upon men: and men reviled God, because of the plague of the hail; for the plague of it was very great.
