भजन संहिता 97
1 यह याहवेह का शासन है, पृथ्वी उल्लसित हो; दूर के तटवर्ती क्षेत्र आनंद मनाएं.
This is to David, when his land was restored to him. The Lord has reigned, let the earth exult. Let the many islands rejoice.
2 प्रभु के आस-पास मेघ और गहन अंधकार छाया हुआ है; उनके सिंहासन का आधार धार्मिकता और सच्चाई है.
Clouds and mist are all around him. Justice and judgment are corrections from his throne.
3 जब वह आगे बढ़ते हैं, अग्नि उनके आगे-आगे बढ़ते हुए उनके समस्त शत्रुओं को भस्म करती जाती है.
A fire will precede him, and it will enflame his enemies all around.
4 उनकी बिजलियां समस्त विश्व को प्रकाशित कर देती हैं; यह देख पृथ्वी कांप उठती है.
His lightnings have enlightened the whole world. The earth saw, and it was shaken.
5 याहवेह की उपस्थिति में पर्वत मोम समान पिघल जाते हैं, उनके सामने, जो समस्त पृथ्वी के अधिकारी हैं.
The mountains flowed like wax before the face of the Lord, before the face of the Lord of all the earth.
6 आकाशमंडल उनके सत्य की घोषणा करती है, समस्त मनुष्य उनके तेज के दर्शक हैं.
The heavens announced his justice, and all peoples saw his glory.
7 मूर्तियों के उपासक लज्जित कर दिए गए, वे सभी, जो व्यर्थ प्रतिमाओं का गर्व करते हैं; समस्त देवताओ, याहवेह की आराधना करो!
May all those who adore graven images be confounded, along with those who glory in their false images. All you his Angels: Adore him.
8 यह सब सुनकर ज़ियोन आनंदित हुआ, याहवेह, आपके निर्णयों के कारण यहूदिया प्रदेश के समस्त नगर हर्षित हो गए.
Zion heard, and was glad. And the daughters of Judah exulted because of your judgments, O Lord.
9 क्योंकि याहवेह, आप समस्त रचना में सर्वोच्च हैं; समस्त देवताओं से आप कहीं अधिक महान एवं उत्तम ठहरे हैं.
For you are the Most High Lord over all the earth. You are greatly exalted above all gods.
10 यह उपयुक्त है कि वे सभी, जिन्हें याहवेह से प्रेम है, बुराई से घृणा करें, प्रभु अपने भक्तों के प्राणों की रक्षा करते हैं, वह उन्हें दुष्टों की युक्ति से छुड़ाते हैं.
You who love the Lord: hate evil. The Lord watches over the souls of his holy ones. He will free them from the hand of the sinner.
11 धर्मियों के जीवन प्रकाशित किए जाते हैं तथा निष्ठों के हृदय आनन्दविभोर.
The light has risen for the just, and joy for the upright of heart.
12 समस्त धर्मियो, याहवेह में प्रफुल्लित हो और उनके पवित्र नाम का स्तवन करो.
Rejoice in the Lord, you just ones, and confess to the memory of his sanctuary.
