भजन संहिता 96

1 सारी पृथ्वी याहवेह की स्तुति में नया गीत गाए; हर रोज़ उनके द्वारा दी गई छुड़ौती की घोषणा की जाए.

Singe ye a newe song to the Lord; al erthe, synge ye to the Lord.

2 याहवेह के लिये गाओ. उनके नाम की प्रशंसा करो; प्रत्येक दिन उनका सुसमाचार सुनाओ कि याहवेह बचाने वाला है.

Synge ye to the Lord, and blesse ye his name; telle ye his heelthe fro dai in to dai.

3 देशों में उनके प्रताप की चर्चा की जाए, और उनके अद्भुत कामों की घोषणा हर जगह.

Telle ye his glorie among hethene men; hise merueilis among alle puplis.

4 क्योंकि महान हैं याहवेह और सर्वाधिक योग्य हैं स्तुति के; अनिवार्य है कि उनके ही प्रति सभी देवताओं से अधिक श्रद्धा रखी जाए.

For the Lord is greet, and worthi to be preisid ful myche; he is ferdful aboue alle goddis.

5 क्योंकि अन्य जनताओं के समस्त देवता मात्र प्रतिमाएं ही हैं, किंतु स्वर्ग मंडल के बनानेवाले याहवेह हैं.

For alle the goddis of hethene men ben feendis; but the Lord made heuenes.

6 वैभव और ऐश्वर्य उनके चारों ओर हैं; सामर्थ्य और महिमा उनके पवित्र स्थान में बसे हुए हैं.

Knouleching and fairnesse is in his siyt; hoolynesse and worthi doyng is in his halewing.

7 राष्ट्रों के समस्त गोत्रो, याहवेह को पहचानो, याहवेह को पहचानकर उनके तेज और सामर्थ्य को देखो.

Ye cuntrees of hethene men, brynge to the Lord, bringe ye glorye and onour to the Lord;

8 याहवेह के नाम की सुयोग्य महिमा करो; उनकी उपस्थिति में भेंट लेकर जाओ;

bringe ye to the Lord glorie to hys name. Take ye sacrificis, and entre ye in to the hallis of hym;

9 उनकी वंदना पवित्रता के ऐश्वर्य में की जाए. उनकी उपस्थिति में सारी पृथ्वी में कंपकंपी दौड़ जाए.

herie ye the Lord in his hooli halle. Al erthe be moued of his face;

10 राष्ट्रों के सामने यह घोषणा की जाए, “याहवेह ही शासक हैं.” यह एक सत्य है कि संसार दृढ़ रूप में स्थिर हो गया है, यह हिल ही नहीं सकता; वह खराई से राष्ट्रों का न्याय करेंगे.

seie ye among hethene men, that the Lord hath regned. And he hath amendid the world, that schal not be moued; he schal deme puplis in equite.

11 स्वर्ग आनंदित हो और पृथ्वी मगन; समुद्र और उसमें मगन सब कुछ इसी हर्षोल्लास को प्रतिध्वनित करें.

Heuenes be glad, and the erthe make ful out ioye, the see and the fulnesse therof be moued togidere; feeldis schulen make ioye,

12 समस्त मैदान और उनमें चलते फिरते रहे सभी प्राणी उल्‍लसित हों; तब वन के समस्त वृक्ष आनंद में गुणगान करने लगेंगे.

and alle thingis that ben in tho. Thanne alle the trees of wodis schulen make ful out ioye, for the face of the Lord, for he cometh;

13 वे सभी याहवेह की उपस्थिति में गाएं, क्योंकि याहवेह आनेवाला हैं और पृथ्वी पर उनके आने का उद्देश्य है पृथ्वी का न्याय करना. उनका न्याय धार्मिकतापूर्ण होगा; वह मनुष्यों का न्याय अपनी ही सच्चाई के अनुरूप करेंगे.

for he cometh to deme the erthe. He schal deme the world in equite; and puplis in his treuthe.
