भजन संहिता 84
1 संगीत निर्देशक के लिये. गित्तीथ पर आधारित. कोराह के पुत्रों की रचना. एक स्तोत्र. सर्वशक्तिमान याहवेह, कैसा मनोरम है आपका निवास स्थान!
To him that excelleth upon Gittith. A Psalme committed to the sonnes of Korah. O Lord of hostes, howe amiable are thy Tabernacles!
2 मेरे प्राण याहवेह के आंगनों की उत्कट अभिलाषा करते हुए मूर्छित तक हो जाते हैं; मेरा हृदय तथा मेरी देह जीवन्त परमेश्वर का स्तवन करने लगती है.
My soule longeth, yea, and fainteth for the courtes of the Lord: for mine heart and my flesh reioyce in the liuing God.
3 सर्वशक्तिमान याहवेह, मेरे राजा, मेरे परमेश्वर, आपकी वेदी के निकट ही गौरैयों को आवास, तथा अबाबील को अपने बच्चों को रखने के लिए, घोसले के लिए, स्थान प्राप्त हो गया है.
Yea, the sparrowe hath found her an house, and the swallow a nest for her, where she may lay her yong: euen by thine altars, O Lord of hostes, my King and my God.
4 धन्य होते हैं वे, जो आपके आवास में निवास करते हैं; वे निरंतर आपका स्तवन करते रहते हैं.
Blessed are they that dwell in thine house: they will euer praise thee. (Selah)
5 धन्य होते हैं वे, जिनकी शक्ति के स्रोत आप हैं, जिनके हृदय में ज़ियोन का राजमार्ग हैं.
Blessed is the man, whose strength is in thee, and in whose heart are thy wayes.
6 जब वे बाका घाटी में से होकर आगे बढ़ते हैं, उसमें झरने फूट पड़ते हैं; शरदकालीन वर्षा से जलाशय भर जाते हैं. शरदकालीन वृष्टि उस क्षेत्र को आशीषों से भरपूर कर देती है.
They going through the vale of Baca, make welles therein: the raine also couereth the pooles.
7 तब तक उनके बल उत्तरोत्तर वृद्धि होती जाती है, जब तक फिर ज़ियोन पहुंचकर उनमें से हर एक परमेश्वर के सामने उपस्थित हो जायें.
They goe from strength to strength, till euery one appeare before God in Zion.
8 याहवेह, सर्वशक्तिमान परमेश्वर, मेरी प्रार्थना सुनिए; याकोब के परमेश्वर, मेरी सुनिए.
O Lord God of hostes, heare my prayer: hearken, O God of Iaakob. (Selah)
9 परमेश्वर, हमारी ढाल पर दृष्टि कीजिए; अपने अभिषिक्त पर कृपादृष्टि कीजिए.
Beholde, O God, our shielde, and looke vpon the face of thine Anointed.
10 आपके परिसर में एक दिन, अन्यत्र के हजार दिनों से उत्तमतर है; दुष्टों के मंडप में निवास की अपेक्षा मैं, आपके भवन का द्वारपाल होना उपयुक्त समझता हूं.
For a day in thy courtes is better then a thousand other where: I had rather be a doore keeper in the House of my God, then to dwell in the Tabernacles of wickednesse.
11 मेरे लिए याहवेह परमेश्वर सूर्य एवं ढाल हैं; महिमा एवं सम्मान याहवेह ही के अनुग्रह हैं; निष्कलंक पुरुष को वह किसी भी उत्तम वस्तु से रोक कर नहीं रखते.
For the Lord God is the sunne and shielde vnto vs: the Lord will giue grace and glory, and no good thing will he withhold from them that walke vprightly.
12 सर्वशक्तिमान याहवेह, धन्य होता है वह, जिसने आप पर भरोसा रखा है.
O Lord of hostes, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
