भजन संहिता 26

1 दावीद की रचना. याहवेह, मुझे निर्दोष प्रमाणित कीजिए, क्योंकि मैं सीधा हूं; याहवेह पर से मेरा भरोसा कभी नहीं डगमगाया.

`To Dauid. Lord, deme thou me, for Y entride in myn innocens; and Y hopynge in the Lord schal not be made vnstidfast.

2 याहवेह, मुझे परख लीजिए, मेरा परीक्षण कर लीजिए, मेरे हृदय और मेरे मन को परख लीजिए;

Lord, preue thou me, and asaie me; brenne thou my reynes, and myn herte.

3 आपके करुणा-प्रेम का बोध मुझमें सदैव बना रहता है, आपकी सत्यता मेरे मार्ग का आश्वासन है.

For whi thi merci is bifor myn iyen; and Y pleside in thi treuthe.

4 मैं न तो निकम्मी चाल चलने वालों की संगत करता हूं, और न मैं कपटियों से सहमत होता हूं.

I sat not with the counsel of vanyte; and Y schal not entre with men doynge wickid thingis.

5 कुकर्मियों की समस्त सभाएं मेरे लिए घृणित हैं और मैं दुष्टों की संगत में नहीं बैठता.

I hatide the chirche of yuele men; and Y schal not sitte with wickid men.

6 मैं अपने हाथ धोकर निर्दोषता प्रमाणित करूंगा और याहवेह, मैं आपकी वेदी की परिक्रमा करूंगा,

I schal waische myn hondis among innocentis; and, Lord, Y schal cumpasse thin auter.

7 कि मैं उच्च स्वर में आपके प्रति आभार व्यक्त कर सकूं और आपके आश्चर्य कार्यों को बता सकूं.

That Y here the vois of heriyng; and that Y telle out alle thi merueils.

8 याहवेह, मुझे आपके आवास, पवित्र मंदिर से प्रेम है, यही वह स्थान है, जहां आपकी महिमा का निवास है.

Lord, Y haue loued the fairnesse of thin hows; and the place of the dwellyng of thi glorie.

9 पापियों की नियति में मुझे सम्मिलित न कीजिए, हिंसक पुरुषों के साथ मुझे दंड न दीजिए.

God, leese thou not my soule with vnfeithful men; and my lijf with men of bloodis.

10 उनके हाथों में दुष्ट युक्ति है, जिनके दायें हाथ घूस से भरे हुए हैं.

In whose hondis wyckidnessis ben; the riythond of hem is fillid with yiftis.

11 किंतु मैं अपने आचरण में सदैव खरा रहूंगा; मुझ पर कृपा कर मुझे मुक्त कर दीजिए.

But Y entride in myn innocens; ayenbie thou me, and haue merci on me.

12 मेरे पैर चौरस भूमि पर स्थिर हैं; श्रद्धालुओं की महासभा में मैं याहवेह की वंदना करूंगा.

Mi foot stood in riytfulnesse; Lord, Y schal blesse thee in chirchis.
