भजन संहिता 113

1 याहवेह का स्तवन हो. याहवेह के सेवको, स्तवन करो; याहवेह की महिमा का स्तवन करो.

Praise ye Yah! Praise, O ye servants of Yahweh, Praise the Name of Yahweh;

2 आज से सदा-सर्वदा याहवेह के नाम का स्तवन होता रहे.

Be the Name of Yahweh blessed, henceforth, even to times age-abiding.

3 उपयुक्त है कि सूर्योदय से सूर्यास्त के क्षण तक, याहवेह के नाम का स्तवन हो.

From the rising of the sun unto the going in thereof, Worthy to be praised, is the Name of Yahweh:

4 याहवेह समस्त राष्ट्रों के ऊपर हैं, उनका तेज स्वर्ग से भी महान है.

High above all nations, is Yahweh, Above the heavens, his glory.

5 और कौन है याहवेह हमारे परमेश्वर के तुल्य, जो सर्वोच्च सिंहासन पर विराजमान हैं,

Who is like Yahweh our God? that goeth on high to dwell,

6 जिन्हें स्वर्ग एवं पृथ्वी को देखने के लिए झुककर दृष्टिपात करना पड़ता है?

That cometh down low to look, through the heavens and through the earth;

7 याहवेह ही कंगाल को धूलि से उठाकर बसाते हैं, वही दरिद्र को राख के ढेर से उठाकर ऊंचा करते हैं.

That raiseth, out of the dust, the poor, From the dunghill, uplifteth the needy;

8 वही उन्हें प्रधानों के साथ लाकर, अपनी प्रजा के प्रधानों के साथ विराजमान करते हैं.

To give a seat with nobles, with the nobles of his people!

9 वही बांझ स्त्री को बच्चों की माता का आनंद प्रदान करके परिवार में सम्मान प्रदान करते हैं. याहवेह का स्तवन हो.

Causing the barren woman to dwell in a household, A mother of sons in her joy! Praise ye Yah.
