भजन संहिता 106

1 याहवेह की स्तुति हो! याहवेह का धन्यवाद करो-वे भले हैं; उनकी करुणा सदा की है.

Praise Yahweh - give thanks to Yahweh for [he is] good for [is] for ever covenant loyalty his.

2 किसमें क्षमता है याहवेह के महाकार्य को लिखने की अथवा उनका तृप्‍त स्तवन करने की?

Who? will he tell [the] mighty deeds of Yahweh will he proclaim? all praise his.

3 प्रशंसनीय हैं वे, जो न्याय का पालन करते हैं, जो सदैव वही करते हैं, जो न्याय संगत ही होता है.

How blessed! [are those who] observe justice [one who] does righteousness at every time.

4 याहवेह, जब आप अपनी प्रजा पर कृपादृष्टि करें, तब मुझे स्मरण रखिए, जब आप उन्हें उद्धार दिलाएं, तब मेरा भी ध्यान रखें.

Remember me O Yahweh with [the] favor of people your visit me with salvation your.

5 कि मैं आपके चुने हुओं की समृद्धि देख सकूं, कि मैं आपके राष्ट्र के आनंद में उल्‍लसित हो सकूं, कि मैं आपके निज भाग के साथ गर्व कर सकूं.

To look - on [the] good thing[s] of chosen ones your to rejoice in [the] joy of nation your to boast with inheritance your.

6 हमने अपने पूर्वजों के समान पाप किए हैं; हमने अपराध किया है, हमारे आचरण में अधर्म था.

We have sinned with ancestors our we have done wrong we have acted wickedly.

7 जब हमारे पूर्वज मिस्र देश में थे, उन्होंने आपके द्वारा किए गए आश्चर्य कार्यों की गहनता को मन में ग्रहण नहीं किया; उनके लिए आपके करुणा-प्रेम में किए गए वे अनेक हितकार्य नगण्य ही रहे, सागर, लाल सागर के तट पर उन्होंने विद्रोह कर दिया.

Ancestors our in Egypt - not they considered wonders your not they remembered [the] greatness of covenant loyalti your and they rebelled at [the] sea at [the] sea of reed[s].

8 फिर भी परमेश्वर ने अपनी महिमा के निमित्त उनकी रक्षा की, कि उनका अतुलनीय सामर्थ्य प्रख्यात हो जाए.

And he saved them for [the] sake of name his to make known might his.

9 परमेश्वर ने लाल सागर को डांटा और वह सूख गया; परमेश्वर उन्हें उस गहराई में से इस प्रकार लेकर आगे बढ़ते गए मानो वे वन के मार्ग पर चल रहे हों.

And he rebuked [the] sea of reed[s] and it dried up and he led them in the deeps like the wilderness.

10 परमेश्वर ने शत्रुओं से उनकी सुरक्षा की; उन्हें शत्रुओं के अधिकार से मुक्त कर दिया.

And he saved them from [the] hand of [one who] hated and he redeemed them from [the] hand of an enemy.

11 उनके प्रतिरोधी जल में डूब गए; उनमें से एक भी जीवित न रहा.

And they covered [the] waters opponents their one from them not he was left.

12 तब उन्होंने परमेश्वर की प्रतिज्ञाओं पर विश्वास किया और उनकी वंदना की.

And they believed words his they sang praise his.

13 किंतु शीघ्र ही वह परमेश्वर के महाकार्य को भूल गए; यहां तक कि उन्होंने परमेश्वर के निर्देशों की प्रतीक्षा भी नहीं की.

They made haste they forgot works his not they waited for counsel his.

14 जब वे बंजर भूमि में थे, वे अपने अनियंत्रित आवेगों में बह गए; उजाड़ क्षेत्र में उन्होंने परमेश्वर की परीक्षा ली.

And they craved a craving in the wilderness and they put to [the] test God in a desolate place.

15 तब परमेश्वर ने उनकी अभिलाषा की पूर्ति कर दी; इसके अतिरिक्त परमेश्वर ने उन पर महामारी भेज दी.

And he gave to them petition their and he sent a wasting disease on self their.

16 मंडप निवासकाल में वे मोशेह और अहरोन से, जो याहवेह के अभिषिक्त थे, डाह करने लगे.

And they were envious of Moses in the camp of Aaron [the] holy [one] of Yahweh.

17 तब भूमि फट गई और दाथान को निगल गई; अबीराम के दल को उसने गाड़ दिया.

It opened [the] earth and it swallowed up Dathan and it covered over [the] company of Abiram.

18 उनके अनुयायियों पर अग्निपात हुआ; आग ने कुकर्मियों को भस्म कर दिया.

And it burned fire among company their flame it burned up [the] wicked [people].

19 होरेब पर्वत पर उन्होंने बछड़े की प्रतिमा ढाली और इस धातु प्रतिमा की आराधना की.

They made a calf at Horeb and they bowed down to a molten image.

20 उन्होंने परमेश्वर की महिमा का विनिमय उस बैल की प्रतिमा से कर लिया, जो घास चरता है.

And they exchanged glory their for an image of an ox [which] eats vegetation.

21 वे उस परमेश्वर को भूल गए, जिन्होंने उनकी रक्षा की थी, जिन्होंने मिस्र देश में असाधारण कार्य किए थे,

They forgot God deliverer their [who] did great [things] in Egypt.

22 हाम के क्षेत्र में आश्चर्य कार्य तथा लाल सागर के तट पर भयंकर कार्य किए थे.

Wonders in [the] land of Ham awesome [deeds] at [the] sea of reed[s].

23 तब परमेश्वर ने निश्चय किया कि वह उन्हें नष्ट कर देंगे. वह उन्हें नष्ट कर चुके होते, यदि परमेश्वर के चुने मोशेह उनके और परमेश्वर के सत्यानाश प्रकोप के मध्य आकर, जलजलाहट को ठंडा न करते.

And he said to destroy them if not Moses chosen one his he had stood in the breach before him to turn back anger his from destroying.

24 इसके बाद इस्राएलियों ने उस सुखदायी भूमि को निकम्मी समझा; उन्होंने परमेश्वर की प्रतिज्ञा पर विश्वास नहीं किया.

And they rejected [the] land of desire not they believed word his.

25 अपने-अपने तंबुओं में वे कुड़कुड़ाते रहे, उन्होंने याहवेह की आज्ञाएं नहीं मानीं.

And they murmured in tents their not they listened to [the] voice of Yahweh.

26 तब याहवेह ने शपथ खाई, कि वह उन्हें बंजर भूमि में ही मिटा देंगे,

And he raised hand his to them to make fall them in the wilderness.

27 कि वह उनके वंशजों को अन्य जनताओं के मध्य नष्ट कर देंगे और उन्हें समस्त पृथ्वी पर बिखरा देंगे.

And to make fall offspring their among the nations and to scatter them among the lands.

28 उन्होंने पओर के देवता बाल की पूजा-अर्चना की. उन्होंने उस बलि में से खाया, जो निर्जीव देवताओं को अर्पित की गई थी.

And they joined themselves to Baal Peor and they ate sacrifices of dead [ones].

29 अपने अधर्म के द्वारा उन्होंने याहवेह के क्रोध को भड़का दिया, परिणामस्वरूप उनके मध्य महामारी फैल गई.

And they provoked to anger by deeds their and it broke out among them a plague.

30 तब फिनिहास ने सामने आकर मध्यस्थ का कार्य किया, और महामारी थम गई.

And he stood up Phinehas and he mediated and it was restrained the plague.

31 उनकी इस भूमिका को पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी के लिए युक्त घोषित किया गया.

And it was reckoned to him to righteousness to a generation and a generation until perpetuity.

32 मेरिबाह जलाशय के निकट उन्होंने याहवेह के कोप को भड़काया, उनके कारण मोशेह पर संकट आ पड़ा,

And they provoked to anger at [the] waters of Meribah and it was bad for Moses because of them.

33 क्योंकि उन्होंने परमेश्वर के आत्मा के विरुद्ध बलवा किया था, और मोशेह ने बिन सोचे शब्द बोल डाले थे.

For they rebelled toward spirit his and he spoke rashly with lips his.

34 याहवेह के आदेश के अनुरूप उन्होंने उन लोगों की हत्या नहीं की,

Not they destroyed the peoples which he had said Yahweh to them.

35 परंतु वे अन्य जनताओं से घुल-मिल गए और उन्होंने उनकी प्रथाएं भी अपना लीं.

And they mixed themselves with the nations and they learned deeds their.

36 उन्होंने उनकी प्रतिमाओं की आराधना की, जो उनके लिए फंदा बन गईं.

And they served idols their and they became for them a snare.

37 उन्होंने अपने पुत्र-पुत्रियों को प्रेतों के लिए बलि कर दिया.

And they sacrificed sons their and daughters their to demons.

38 उन्होंने निर्दोषों का रक्त बहाया, अपने ही पुत्रों और पुत्रियों का रक्त, जिनकी उन्होंने कनान देश की प्रतिमाओं को बलि अर्पित की, और उनके रक्त से भूमि दूषित हो गई.

And they shed blood innocent [the] blood of sons their and daughters their whom they sacrificed to [the] idols of Canaan and it was polluted the land by the blood.

39 अपने कार्यों से उन्होंने स्वयं को भ्रष्‍ट कर डाला; उन्होंने अपने ही कार्यों के द्वारा विश्वासघात किया.

And they became unclean by works their and they played [the] prostitute by deeds their.

40 ये सभी वे कार्य थे, जिनके कारण याहवेह अपने ही लोगों से क्रोधित हो गए और उनको अपना निज भाग उनके लिए घृणास्पद हो गया.

And it burned [the] anger of Yahweh on people his and he abhorred inheritance his.

41 परमेश्वर ने उन्हें अन्य राष्ट्रों के अधीन कर दिया, उनके विरोधी ही उन पर शासन करने लगे.

And he gave them in [the] hand of nations and they ruled over them [those who] hated them.

42 उनके शत्रु उन पर अधिकार करते रहे और उन्हें उनकी शक्ति के सामने समर्पण करना पड़ा.

And they oppressed them enemies their and they were humbled under hand their.

43 कितनी ही बार उन्होंने उन्हें मुक्त किया, किंतु वे थे विद्रोह करने पर ही अटल, तब वे अपने ही अपराध में नष्ट होते चले गए.

Times many he delivered them and they they rebelled by plan[s] their and they sank by iniquity their.

44 किंतु उनका संकट परमेश्वर की दृष्टि में था. तब उन्होंने उनकी पुकार सुनी;

And he saw when it was distress to them when heard he cry of entreaty their.

45 उनके कल्याण के निमित्त परमेश्वर ने अपनी वाचा का स्मरण किया, और अपने करुणा-प्रेम की परिणामता में परमेश्वर ने उन पर कृपा की.

And he remembered to them covenant his and he relented according to [the] greatness of (covenant loyalti his. *Q(K)*)

46 परमेश्वर ने उनके प्रति, जिन्होंने उन्हें बंदी बना रखा था, उनके हृदय में कृपाभाव उत्पन्‍न किया.

And he made them into compassion before all captors their.

47 याहवेह, हमारे परमेश्वर, हमारी रक्षा कीजिए, और हमें विभिन्‍न राष्ट्रों में से एकत्र कर लीजिए, कि हम आपके पवित्र नाम के प्रति आभार व्यक्त कर सकें और आपका स्तवन हमारे गर्व का विषय बन जाए.

Save us - O Yahweh God our and gather us from the nations to give thanks to [the] name of holiness your to boast in praise your.

48 आदि से अनंत काल तक धन्य हैं. याहवेह, इस्राएल के परमेश्वर, इस पर सारी प्रजा कहे, “आमेन,” याहवेह की स्तुति हो.

[be] blessed Yahweh [the] God of Israel from antiquity - and until perpetuity and it will say all the people amen praise Yahweh.
