मरकुस 3
1 मसीह येशु एक यहूदी सभागृह में थे, जहां एक व्यक्ति था, जिसका हाथ लक़वा मारा हुआ था.
Another time He went into the synagogue, and there was a man there with a withered hand.
2 कुछ व्यक्ति इस अवसर की ताक में थे कि शब्बाथ पर मसीह येशु उस व्यक्ति को स्वस्थ करें और वे उन पर दोष लगा सकें.
So they watched Him closely, whether He would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might accuse Him.
3 मसीह येशु ने उस व्यक्ति को, जिसका हाथ सूख गया था, आज्ञा दी, “उठो! सबके सामने खड़े हो जाओ!”
Well, He says to the man with the withered hand, “Come out in the middle!”
4 तब अन्यों को संबोधित करते हुए मसीह येशु ने पूछा, “शब्बाथ पर क्या करना व्यवस्था के अनुसार है—भला या बुरा? जीवन की रक्षा या विनाश?” वे सब मौन बने रहे.
Then He said to them: “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they remained silent.
5 तब उन सब पर गुस्से से भरी दृष्टि डालते हुए, उनके मन की कठोरता पर व्यथित होकर मसीह येशु ने उस व्यक्ति से कहा, “अपना हाथ आगे बढ़ाओ.” उसने अपना हाथ आगे बढ़ाया—उसका हाथ पुनःस्वस्थ हो गया था.
After looking around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardness of their hearts, He says to the man, “Stretch out your hand!” So he stretched, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other!
6 इसलिये फ़रीसी बाहर चले गए तथा राजा हेरोदेस के समर्थकों के साथ येशु की हत्या का षड़्यंत्र रचने लगे.
Then the Pharisees went straight out, and with the Herodians started hatching a plot against Him, how they might destroy Him.
7 मसीह येशु अपने शिष्यों के साथ झील के पास चले गए. एक विशाल भीड़, जो गलील तथा यहूदिया प्रदेश से आकर इकट्ठी हुई थी, उनके पीछे-पीछे चल रही थी.
Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea; and a large crowd from Galilee followed Him—also from Judea,
8 मसीह येशु के बड़े-बड़े कामों का वर्णन सुनकर येरूशलेम नगर, इदूमिया प्रदेश, यरदन नदी के पार के क्षेत्र तथा सोर और सीदोन से भी अनेकों अनेक इस भीड़ में सम्मिलित हो गए थे.
from Jerusalem, from Idumea and beyond Jordan; even those around Tyre and Sidon. A huge crowd came to Him, having heard the sorts of things He kept doing.
9 इस विशाल भीड़ के दबाव से बचने के उद्देश्य से मसीह येशु ने शिष्यों को एक नाव तैयार रखने की आज्ञा दी.
So He told His disciples that a small boat should be kept ready for Him because of the crowd, lest they should press in on Him.
10 मसीह येशु ने अनेकों को स्वास्थ्यदान दिया था इसलिये वे सभी, जो रोगी थे, मात्र उन्हें छू लेने के उद्देश्य से उन पर गिरे पड़ते थे.
Because He had healed many, so that as many as had afflictions were pushing toward Him so as to touch Him.
11 जब कभी दुष्टात्मा उनके सामने आती थी, वे उनके सामने गिरकर चिल्ला-चिल्लाकर कहती थी, “आप परमेश्वर के पुत्र हैं!”
And the unclean spirits—whenever one saw Him, he would fall down before Him and cry out, saying, “You are the son of God!”
12 किंतु मसीह येशु ने उन्हें चेतावनी दी कि वे यह किसी से न कहें.
And He kept giving them strict orders that they should not make Him known.
13 इसके बाद मसीह येशु पर्वत पर चले गए. वहां उन्होंने उन्हें अपने पास बुलाया, जिन्हें उन्होंने सही समझा और वे उनके पास आए.
He went up on the mountain and summoned those whom He wanted, and they came to Him.
14 मसीह येशु ने बारह को चुना कि वे उनके साथ रहें, वह उन्हें प्रचार के लिए निकाल सकें
He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach
15 और उन्हें दुष्टात्मा निकालने का अधिकार हो.
—also to have authority to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:
16 मसीह येशु द्वारा चुने हुए बारह के नाम इस प्रकार हैं: शिमओन (जिन्हें उन्होंने पेतरॉस नाम दिया),
namely Peter (a name He gave to Simon);
17 ज़ेबेदियॉस के पुत्र याकोब तथा उनके भाई योहन, (जिनको उन्होंने उपनाम दिया था, बोएनेरगेस, जिसका अर्थ होता है “गर्जन के पुत्र”),
James son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James (and a name He gave to them was Boanerges, that is, ‘Sons of thunder’);
18 आन्द्रेयास, फ़िलिप्पॉस, बारथोलोमेयॉस, मत्तियाह, थोमॉस, हलफ़ेयॉस के पुत्र याकोब, थद्देइयॉस, शिमओन कनानी
Andrew, Phillip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Cananite;
19 तथा कारियोतवासी यहूदाह, जिसने मसीह येशु के साथ धोखा किया.
and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.
20 जब मसीह येशु किसी के घर में थे तो दोबारा एक बड़ी भीड़ वहां इकट्ठी हो गयी—यहां तक कि उनके लिए भोजन करना भी असंभव हो गया.
Then they went into a house; and again a multitude gathered, so that they were not even able to eat bread.
21 जब मसीह येशु के परिवार जनों को इसका समाचार मिला तो वे मसीह येशु को अपने संरक्षण में अपने साथ ले जाने के लिए वहां आ गए—उनका विचार था कि मसीह येशु अपना मानसिक संतुलन खो चुके हैं.
Well upon hearing this His family came to apprehend Him, because they were saying, “He is out of his mind!”
22 येरूशलेम नगर से वहां आए हुए शास्त्रियों का मत था कि मसीह येशु में बेलज़बूल समाया हुआ है तथा वह दुष्टात्माओं के नायक की सहायता से दुष्टात्मा निकाला करते हैं.
Then some scribes who had come down from Jerusalem started saying, “He has Beelzebul,” and “It is by the ruler of the demons that he casts out demons.”
23 इस पर मसीह येशु ने उन्हें अपने पास बुलाकर उनसे दृष्टान्तों में कहना प्रारंभ किया, “भला शैतान ही शैतान को कैसे निकाल सकता है?
So summoning them He started saying to them in parables: “How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 यदि किसी राज्य में फूट पड़ चुकी है तो उसका अस्तित्व बना नहीं रह सकता.
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 वैसे ही यदि किसी परिवार में फूट पड़ जाए तो वह स्थायी नहीं रह सकता.
And if a household is divided against itself, that household cannot stand.
26 यदि शैतान अपने ही विरुद्ध उठ खड़ा हुआ है और वह बंट चुका है तो उसका अस्तित्व बना रहना असंभव है—वह तो नाश हो चुका है!
And if Satan has risen up against himself and become divided, he cannot stand, but is finished.
27 कोई भी किसी बलवान व्यक्ति के यहां ज़बरदस्ती प्रवेश कर उसकी संपत्ति उस समय तक लूट नहीं सकता जब तक वह उस बलवान व्यक्ति को बांध न ले. तभी उसके लिए उस बलवान व्यक्ति की संपत्ति लूटना संभव होगा.
No one can plunder the strong man's goods, invading his house, unless he first binds the strong man—then he may plunder the house.
28 मैं तुम पर एक अटूट सच प्रकट कर रहा हूं: मनुष्य द्वारा किए गए सभी पाप और निंदा क्षमा योग्य हैं.
“Assuredly I say to you: all the sins of the sons of men can be forgiven, including whatever blasphemies they may utter;
30 मसीह येशु ने यह सब इसलिये कहा था कि शास्त्रियों ने उन पर दोष लगाया था कि मसीह येशु में दुष्टात्मा समाया हुआ है.
—because they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.”
31 तभी मसीह येशु की माता और उनके भाई वहां आ गए. वे बाहर ही खड़े रहे. उन्होंने संदेश भेजकर उन्हें बाहर बुलवाया.
Then His brothers and His mother came, and standing outside they sent to Him, calling Him.
32 भीड़ उन्हें घेरे हुए बैठी थी. उन्होंने मसीह येशु को बताया, “वह देखिए! आपकी माता तथा आपके भाई और बहिन बाहर आपकी तलाश कर खड़े हैं.”
A crowd was sitting around Him; so they said to Him, “Look, your mother and your brothers and your sisters are outside asking for you.”
33 “कौन हैं मेरी माता और कौन हैं मेरे भाई?” मसीह येशु ने पूछा.
He answered them saying, “Who is my mother or my brothers?”
34 तब अपनी दृष्टि अपने आस-पास बैठे भीड़ पर डालते हुए उन्होंने कहा, “ये हैं मेरी माता तथा मेरे भाई!
And looking around at those seated in a circle around Him He said: “Behold my mother and my brothers!
35 जो कोई परमेश्वर की इच्छा को पूरी करता है, वही है मेरा भाई, मेरी बहन तथा मेरी माता.”
Because whoever does the will of God, the same is my brother, my sister, my mother.”
