मरकुस 16
1 शब्बाथ समाप्त होते ही मगदालावासी मरियम, याकोब की माता मरियम तथा शालोमे ने मसीह येशु के शरीर को तेल से अभिषेक के उद्देश्य से सुगंध द्रव्य मोल लिए.
When the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James, and Salome brought spices in order to go and anoint him.
2 सप्ताह के पहले दिन भोर के समय जब सूर्य उदय हो ही रहा था, वे कब्र की गुफ़ा पर आ गईं.
And very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb as the sun was rising;
3 वे आपस में यह विचार कर रही थी, “कब्र के द्वार पर से हमारे लिए पत्थर कौन हटाएगा?”
and they kept saying to one another, "Who will roll away the stone for us from the door of the tomb?"
4 किंतु जब उन्होंने कब्र की ओर दृष्टि की तो पाया कि कब्र द्वार पर से पत्थर लुढ़का हुआ था, जबकि वह बहुत बड़ा था.
But then as they looked up they saw that the stone, which was a very large one, was already rolled away;
5 कब्र में प्रवेश करने पर उन्होंने दायीं ओर एक युवा व्यक्ति को बैठे हुए देखा, जो उज्जवल, सफ़ेद वस्त्रों में था. वे हैरान रह गईं.
and upon entering the tomb they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a white robe.
6 उस व्यक्ति ने उन्हें बुलाकर कहा, “आश्चर्य मत कीजिए. आप यहां नाज़रेथवासी येशु को, जिन्हें क्रूस पर चढ़ाया गया था, खोज रही हैं. वह मरे हुओं में से जीवित हो गए हैं. वह यहां नहीं है. यह देखिए, यही है वह जगह, जहां उन्हें रखा गया था.
They were terrified, but he said to them. "Do not be terrified! You are seeking Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified? He is risen; he is not here. See, the place where they laid him!
7 मगर अब उनके शिष्यों और पेतरॉस को यह सूचना दे दीजिए कि वह उनके पहले ही गलील प्रदेश पहुंच जाएंगे. उनसे आपकी भेंट वहीं होगी—ठीक वैसा ही जैसा उन्होंने कहा था.”
But go, tell his disciples and Peter, "‘He is going before you into Galilee, where you will see him, as he told you.’"
8 कांपते हुए तथा भौंचक्का वे बाहर आईं और कब्र की गुफ़ा से भागीं. डर के कारण उन्होंने किसी से कुछ न कहा.
So they went out, and ran from the tomb, for they were trembling and amazed; and they said nothing to any one, for they were afraid -
9 (note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) जब सप्ताह के पहले दिन तड़के मसीह येशु जीवित हुए, उन्होंने सबसे पहले स्वयं को मगदालावासी मरियम पर प्रकट किया, जिसमें से उन्होंने सात दुष्टात्माओं को निकाला था.
(note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Now after his resurrection, early on the first day of the week he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had driven out seven demons.
10 उसने जाकर विलाप तथा रोते हुए अपने साथियों को इसका समाचार दिया.
She went and told those who had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
11 उन्होंने इस पर विश्वास नहीं किया कि मसीह येशु अब जीवित हैं तथा मरियम ने उन्हें देखा है.
But they, although they heard that he was living and had been seen by her did not believe it.
12 इसके बाद मसीह येशु दो अन्यों पर भी, जब वे अपने गांव की ओर जा रहे थे, प्रकट हुए.
After this he appeared in another form to two of them as they were walking on their way into the country.
13 इन्होंने जाकर अन्यों को भी इस विषय में बताया किंतु उन्होंने भी इस पर विश्वास न किया.
They too went, and told the others; but they did not believe them, either.
14 तब वह ग्यारह शिष्यों पर भी प्रकट हुए. वे सब चौकी पर बैठे हुए थे. उन्होंने शिष्यों के अविश्वास तथा मन की कठोरता की उल्लाहना की क्योंकि उन्होंने उनके जीवित होने के बाद देखनेवालों का विश्वास नहीं किया था.
Afterward he appeared to the Eleven themselves, as they were eating, and reproached them for their lack of faith, and stubborn hearts, because they disbelieved those who had seen him risen.
15 मसीह येशु ने उन्हें आदेश दिया, “सारे जगत में जाकर सारी सृष्टि में सुसमाचार का प्रचार करो.
And he said to them. "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation.
16 वह, जिसने विश्वास किया है तथा जिसका बपतिस्मा हो चुका है, बचा रहेगा; किंतु वह, जिसने विश्वास नहीं किया है, दंडित होगा.
He who believes and is baptized shall be saved, but he who disbelieves shall be condemned.
17 जिन्होंने विश्वास किया है, उन्हें ये अद्भुत चमत्कार चिह्न दिखाने की क्षमता प्रदान की जाएगी: मेरे नाम में वे दुष्टात्माओं को निकालेंगे, वे अन्य भाषाओं में बातें करेंगे,
Moreover these signs shall follow those who believe. They shall drive out demons in my name; they shall speak with new tongues in foreign languages;
18 वे सांपों को अपने हाथों में ले लेंगे, घातक विष पी लेने पर भी उनकी कोई हानि न होगी और वे रोगियों पर हाथ रखेंगे और वे स्वस्थ हो जाएंगे.”
they shall pick up serpents, and if they drink any poison it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover."
19 प्रभु येशु जब उनसे यह कह चुके, वह स्वर्ग में उठा लिए गए. वहां वह परमेश्वर की दायीं ओर बैठ गए.
So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
20 शिष्य लौट गए तथा सभी जगह इसकी घोषणा की. प्रभु उनके साथ सक्रिय थे तथा वह अपनी प्रतिज्ञा की सच्चाई अद्भुत चमत्कारों के द्वारा करते रहे.
But they went forth and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the message by the miracles which followed.
