यिर्मयाह 16

1 मुझे पुनः याहवेह का संदेश इस प्रकार प्राप्‍त हुआ:

2 “इस स्थान में न तो तुम पत्नी लाना और न ही पुत्र उत्पन्‍न करना और न ही पुत्रियां.”

not to take: marry to/for you woman: wife and not to be to/for you son: child and daughter in/on/with place [the] this

3 इस स्थान में उत्पन्‍न पुत्र-पुत्रियों के विषय में, उनकी माताओं एवं उन पिताओं के विषय में, जिन्होंने इन्हें पैदा किया है, याहवेह की यह पूर्ववाणी है.

for thus to say LORD upon [the] son: child and upon [the] daughter [the] born in/on/with place [the] this and upon mother their [the] to beget [obj] them and upon father their [the] to beget [obj] them in/on/with land: country/planet [the] this

4 “घातक व्याधियों से उनकी मृत्यु हो जाएगी. न उनके लिए विलाप किया जाएगा और न उन्हें गाड़ा जाएगा. उनकी मृत्यु तलवार एवं अकाल से हो जाएगी, वे भूमि पर गोबर सदृश पड़े रहेंगे, उनके शव आकाश के पक्षी एवं वन्य पशुओं का आहार हो जाएंगे.”

death disease to die not to mourn and not to bury to/for dung upon face: surface [the] land: soil to be and in/on/with sword and in/on/with famine to end: destroy and to be carcass their to/for food to/for bird [the] heaven and to/for animal [the] land: soil

5 याहवेह का आदेश यह है: “उस घर में प्रवेश न करना जिसमें विलाप हो रहा है; न वहां शोक प्रकट करने जाना और न सांत्वना देने, क्योंकि मैंने उन पर से अपनी आशीष, अपना प्रेम तथा अपनी दया हटा ली है,” यह याहवेह की वाणी है.

for thus to say LORD not to come (in): come house: home mourning and not to go: went to/for to mourn and not to wander to/for them for to gather [obj] peace my from with [the] people [the] this utterance LORD [obj] [the] kindness and [obj] [the] compassion

6 “इस देश में दोनों ही, सामान्य तथा विशिष्ट, मृत्यु की भेंट हो जाएंगे. उन्हें न गाड़ा जाएगा, न उनके लिए विलाप किया जाएगा और न कोई उनके शोक में अपने शरीर को निराश करेगा ओर न अपना सिर मुंड़ाएगा.

and to die great: large and small in/on/with land: country/planet [the] this not to bury and not to mourn to/for them and not to cut and not to make bald to/for them

7 कोई भी उनके सुविधा के लिये भोजन की पूर्ति नहीं करेगा जो शोक मृतकों के लिये शोक प्रकट करते हैं, न कोई किसी के पिता अथवा माता के लिए सांत्वना का एक प्याला ही प्रस्तुत करेगा.

8 “इसके सिवा तुममें से कोई भी ऐसे घर में जाकर न बैठ जाए जहां भोज आयोजित है, कि तुममें से वहां कोई भी भोज में सम्मिलित हो.

and house: home feast not to come (in): come to/for to dwell with them to/for to eat and to/for to drink

9 क्योंकि सेनाओं के याहवेह, इस्राएल के परमेश्वर का संदेश यह है: तुम यह देखोगे कि मैं इस स्थान से तुम्हारे देखते-देखते, तुम्हारे ही जीवनकाल में हर्षोल्लास का स्वर, आनंद की ध्वनि, वर तथा वधू के वार्तालाप की वाणी बंद करने पर हूं.

for thus to say LORD Hosts God Israel look! I to cease from [the] place [the] this to/for eye your and in/on/with day your voice rejoicing and voice joy voice son-in-law and voice daughter-in-law: bride

10 “ऐसा होगा कि जब तुम इन लोगों को यह संपूर्ण संदेश दोगे, तो वे तुमसे प्रश्न करेंगे, ‘याहवेह द्वारा हमारे ऊपर इस महा संकट की वाणी का कारण क्या है? क्या है हमारी अधार्मिकता अथवा हमसे क्या पाप हुआ है? हमसे, जो हम याहवेह हमारे परमेश्वर के विरुद्ध कर बैठे हैं?’

11 तब तुम्हें उनसे यह कहना होगा, ‘कारण यह है कि तुम्हारे पूर्वजों ने मेरा परित्याग कर दिया,’ यह याहवेह की वाणी है, ‘परकीय देवताओं का अनुसरण करना तथा उनकी उपासना करना, उनको नमन करना तुम्हारे पूर्वजों ने उपयुक्त समझा. किंतु मुझे भूलना उन्होंने पसंद किया और मेरे व्यवस्था-विधान का अनुकरण नहीं किया.

12 स्वयं तुमने भी तो वही किया है जो ठीक नहीं है, हां, अपने पूर्वजों से भी अधिक; क्योंकि ध्यान दो तुममें से हर एक अपने पतित हृदय के दुराग्रह में मेरी अवज्ञा कर रहा है.

13 इसलिये मैं तुम्हें इस देश में से एक ऐसे देश में प्रक्षेपित कर दूंगा, जिस देश को तुम जानते भी नहीं हो, न तुम, न तुम्हारे पूर्वज; तब तुम वहां दिन-रात परकीय देवताओं की उपासना करते रहोगे, क्योंकि मैं तुम पर किसी भी रीति से कोई कृपा न करूंगा.’

14 “यद्यपि इस बात को स्मरण रखना: वे दिन बड़े हैं,” यह याहवेह की वाणी है, “जब यह सूक्ति फिर कभी सुनी न जाएगी, ‘जीवित याहवेह की शपथ, जिन्होंने इस्राएल वंशजों को मिस्र देश से निकाल लाया था,’

15 किंतु यह, ‘जीवित याहवेह की शपथ, जो इस्राएल वंशजों को उत्तर दिशा के देशों से तथा उन सभी देशों से निकालकर लाए हैं, जहां उन्हें बंदी किया गया था.’ क्योंकि मैं उन्हें उन्हीं के देश में पुनःस्थापित कर दूंगा, जिसे मैंने उनके पूर्वजों को दिया था.

16 “तुम देखोगे कि मैं अनेक मछुवारे बुलवाऊंगा,” यह याहवेह की वाणी है, “ये मछुवारे उन्हें पकड़ लेंगे. तत्पश्चात मैं अनेक शिकारियों को बुलवाऊंगा, वे हर एक पर्वत, हर एक पहाड़ी तथा चट्टानों के दरार में से उनको निकाल डालेंगे.

look! I to send: depart (to/for fisher *Q(K)*) many utterance LORD and to fish them and after so to send: depart to/for many hunter and to hunt them from upon all mountain: mount and from upon all hill and from cleft [the] crag

17 उनकी सारी गतिविधियों पर मेरी दृष्टि बनी हुई है; वे मेरे नेत्रों की ओट में नहीं हैं और न उनकी पापिष्ठता मेरी दृष्टि से छिप सकी है.

18 मैं उनकी अधर्मिता तथा पापिष्ठता का दूना दंड उन्हें दूंगा, क्योंकि उन्होंने मेरे देश को अशुद्ध कर छोड़ा है; मेरे इस निज भाग को उन्होंने उनकी घृणास्पद प्रतिमाओं के शवों एवं उनकी तिरस्कार कृतियों से भर रखा है.”

19 याहवेह, मेरे बल तथा मेरे अजेयगढ़, संकट की स्थिति में मेरे आश्रय, पृथ्वी के चारों ओर से चलकर राष्ट्र आपके निकट आकर यह स्वीकार करेंगे, “हमारे पूर्वजों ने इस निज भाग में असत्य, व्यर्थ तथा निरर्थकता के सिवा और कुछ भी प्राप्‍त नहीं किया है.

LORD strength my and security my and refuge my in/on/with day distress to(wards) you nation to come (in): come from end land: country/planet and to say surely deception to inherit father our vanity and nothing in/on/with them to gain

20 क्या मनुष्य के लिए यह संभव है कि वह अपने लिए देवताओं को निर्माण कर ले? फिर भी ये देवता नहीं होते!”

21 “इसलिये यह देख लेना मैं उन्हें यह बोध करा ही दूंगा, अब तो वे अवश्य ही मेरे अधिकार एवं सामर्थ्य से परिचित हो जाएंगे. तब उन्हें यह ज्ञात हो जाएगा कि मेरा ही नाम याहवेह है.
