यशायाह 32
1 देखो, राजा धर्म से शासन करेंगे और अधिकारी न्याय से शासन करेंगे.
Lo! the kyng schal regne in riytfulnesse, and princes schulen be souereyns in doom.
2 सब मानो आंधी से छिपने का स्थान और बौछार के लिये आड़ के समान होगा, मरुभूमि में झरने एक विशाल चट्टान की छाया के समान होंगे.
And a man schal be, as he that is hid fro wynd, and hidith hym silf fro tempest; as stremes of watris in thirst, and the schadewe of a stoon stondynge fer out in a desert lond.
3 तब जो देखते हैं, उनकी आंख कमजोर न होगी, और जो सुनते हैं वे सुनेंगे.
The iyen of profetis schulen not dasewe, and the eeris of heereris schulen herke diligentli;
4 उतावले लोगों के मन ज्ञान की बातें समझेंगे, और जो हकलाते हैं वे साफ़ बोलेंगे.
and the herte of foolis schal vndurstonde kunnyng, and the tunge of stuttynge men schal speke swiftli, and pleynli.
5 मूर्ख फिर उदार न कहलायेगा न कंजूस दानी कहलायेगा.
He that is vnwijs, schal no more be clepid prince, and a gileful man schal not be clepid the grettere.
6 क्योंकि एक मूर्ख मूढ़ता की बातें ही करता है, और उसका मन व्यर्थ बातों पर ही लगा रहता है: वह कपट और याहवेह के विषय में झूठ बोलता है जिससे वह भूखे को भूखा और प्यासे को प्यासा ही रख सके.
Forsothe a fool shal speke foli thingis, and his herte schal do wickidnesse, that he performe feynyng, and speke to the Lord gilefuli; and he schal make voide the soule of an hungry man, and schal take awei drynke fro a thirsti man.
7 दुष्ट गलत बात सोचता है, और सीधे लोगों को भी अपनी बातों में फंसा देता है.
The vessels of a gileful man ben worste; for he schal make redi thouytis to leese mylde men in the word of a leesyng, whanne a pore man spak doom.
8 किंतु सच्चा व्यक्ति तो अच्छा ही करता है, और अच्छाईयों पर स्थिर रहता है.
Forsothe a prince schal thenke tho thingis that ben worthi to a prince, and he schal stonde ouer duykis.
9 हे आलसी स्त्रियों तुम जो निश्चिंत हो, मेरी बात को सुनो; हे निश्चिंत पुत्रियो उठो, मेरे वचन पर ध्यान दो!
Riche wymmen, rise ye, and here my vois; douytris tristynge, perseyue ye with eeris my speche.
10 हे निश्चिंत पुत्रियो एक वर्ष और कुछ ही दिनों में तुम व्याकुल कर दी जाओगी; क्योंकि दाख का समय खत्म हो गया है, और फल एकत्र नहीं किए जाएंगे.
For whi aftir daies and a yeer, and ye that tristen schulen be disturblid; for whi vyndage is endid, gaderyng schal no more come.
11 हे निश्चिंत स्त्रियो, कांपो; कांपो, हे निश्चिंत पुत्रियो! अपने वस्त्र उतारकर अपनी कमर पर टाट बांध लो.
Ye riche wymmen, be astonyed; ye that tristen, be disturblid; vnclothe ye you, and be ye aschamed;
12 अच्छे खेतों के लिए और फलदार अंगूर के लिये रोओ,
girde youre leendis; weile ye on brestis, on desirable cuntrei, on the plenteuouse vyner.
13 क्योंकि मेरी प्रजा, जो बहुत खुश और आनंदित है, उनके खेत में झाड़ और कांटे उग रहे हैं.
Thornes and breris schulen stie on the erthe of my puple; hou myche more on alle the housis of ioie of the citee makynge ful out ioie?
14 क्योंकि राजमहल छोड़ दिया जायेगा, और नगर सुनसान हो जायेगा; पर्वत और उनके पहरेदारों के घर जहां है, वहां जंगली गधे मौज करेंगे, पालतू पशुओं की चराई बन जाएंगे.

15 जब तक हम पर ऊपर से आत्मा न उंडेला जाए, और मरुभूमि फलदायक खेत न बन जाए, और फलदायक खेत वन न बन जाए.
til the spirit be sched out on us fro an hiy, and the desert schal be in to Chermel, and Chermel schal be arettid in to a forest.
16 तब तक उस बंजर भूमि में याहवेह का न्याय रहेगा, और फलदायक खेत में धर्म रहेगा.
And doom schal dwelle in wildirnesse, and riytfulnesse schal sitte in Chermel;
17 धार्मिकता का फल है शांति, उसका परिणाम चैन; और हमेशा के लिए साहस!
and the werk of riytfulnesse schal be pees, and the tilthe of riytfulnesse schal be stilnesse and sikirnesse, `til in to with outen ende.
18 तब मेरे लोग शांति से, और सुरक्षित एवं स्थिर रहेंगे.
And my puple schal sitte in the fairnesse of pees, and in the tabernaclis of trist, and in riche reste.
19 और वन विनाश होगा और उस नगर का घमंड चूर-चूर किया जाएगा,
But hail schal be in the coming doun of the foreste, and bi lownesse the citee schal be maad low.
20 क्या ही धन्य हो तुम, जो जल के स्रोतों के पास बीज बोते हो, और गधे और बैल को आज़ादी से चराते हो.
Blessid ben ye, that sowen on alle watris, and putten yn the foot of an oxe and of an asse.
