यशायाह 15
1 एक ही रात में मोआब का: आर नगर उजाड़ दिया गया, और उसी रात में मोआब के, कीर नगर को नाश कर दिया गया!
The burden of Moab [From father]: for in a night, Ar of Moab [From father] is laid waste, and brought to nothing; for in a night Kir of Moab [From father] is laid waste, and brought to nothing.
2 दीबोन रोने के लिए अपने मंदिर में, हां उसकी ऊंची जगह में चढ़ गए; और मोआब के लोग नेबो और मेदेबा नगरों के लिये दुःखी होकर चिल्ला रहे हैं. वे दुःखी होकर अपने सिर और दाढ़ी मुंडवा रहे हैं.
They have gone up to Bayith, and to Dibon, to the high places, to weep. Moab [From father] wails over Nebo and over Medeba. Baldness is on all of their heads. Every beard is cut off.
3 और सड़कों में वे टाट ओढ़े हुए हैं; और अपने घरों की छतों और मैदानों में वे रो-रोकर, आंसू बहा रहे हैं.
In their streets, they clothe themselves in sackcloth. In their streets and on their housetops, everyone wails, weeping abundantly.
4 हेशबोन तथा एलिआलेह नगर चिल्ला रहे हैं, और उनकी चिल्लाहट याहज़ नगर तक सुनाई दे रही है. इसलिये मोआब के सैनिक चिल्ला रहे हैं, और मोआब कांप उठा है.
Heshbon cries out with Elealeh. Their voice is sh'ma ·heard obeyed· even to Jahaz. Therefore the armed men of Moab [From father] cry aloud. Their souls tremble within them.
5 मेरा हृदय मोआब के लिए दुःखी है; मोआब के लोग ज़ोअर, तथा एगलथ शलिशियाह के नगर में चले गए हैं. वे लूहीत की चढ़ाई, रोते हुए चढ़ रहे हैं; होरोनयिम की सड़क पर इस नाश के कारण रो रहे हैं.
My heart cries out for Moab [From father]! Her nobles flee to Zoar [Small], to Eglath Shelishiyah; for they go up by the ascent of Luhith with weeping; for on the way to Horonaim, they raise up a cry of destruction.
6 निमरीम नदी सूख गयी है, घास मुरझा गई है; हरियाली नहीं बची है.
For the waters of Nimrim will be desolate; for the grass has withered away, the tender grass fails, there is no green thing.
7 इस कारण जो धन उन्होंने अपने लिये बचाया था वे उसे अराबीम नाले के उस पार ले जा रहे हैं.
Therefore they will carry away the abundance they have gotten, and that which they have stored up, over the brook of the willows.
8 मोआब के देश में सब की चिल्लाहट सुनाई दे रही है; इसके रोने की आवाज एगलयिम, तथा बेर-एलीमा नगरों तक पहुंच गयी है.
For the cry has gone around the borders of Moab [From father]; its wailing to Eglaim, and its wailing to Beer Elim.
9 क्योंकि दीमोन के सोते खून से भरे हैं, फिर भी मैं दीमोन पर और अधिक विपत्ति डालूंगा— भागे हुए मोआबी लोग तथा उस देश के बचे हुए लोगों के विरुद्ध मैं एक सिंह भेजूंगा.
For the waters of Dimon are full of blood; for I will bring yet more on Dimon, a lion on those of Moab [From father] who escape, and on the remnant of the land.
