1 “‘जब तुम उत्तराधिकार के रूप में भूमि का विभाजन करो, तब तुम भूमि का एक भाग याहवेह को समर्पित करना, जो लगभग तेरह किलोमीटर लंबा और ग्यारह किलोमीटर चौड़ा हो; यह पूरा क्षेत्र पवित्र होगा.

2 इसी भूभाग में लगभग दो सौ बासठ मीटर का एक वर्गाकार भाग पवित्र स्थान के लिए हो, और इसके चारों ओर लगभग छब्बीस मीटर खुली भूमि हो.

3 इस पवित्र भूभाग में लगभग तेरह किलोमीटर लंबा और लगभग पांच किलोमीटर चौड़ा क्षेत्र नाप लेना. इसमें पवित्र स्थान अर्थात् परम पवित्र स्थान होगा.

4 यह उन पुरोहितों के लिये भूमि का पवित्र भाग होगा, जो पवित्र स्थान में सेवा करते हैं और जो याहवेह के सामने उनकी सेवा के लिये आते हैं. यह वह जगह है, जहां पुरोहितों के आवास होंगे और साथ ही साथ वहां एक पवित्र जगह पवित्र स्थान के लिये होगी.

5 यह लगभग तेरह किलोमीटर लंबा तथा लगभग पांच किलोमीटर चौड़ा भूभाग उन लेवियों के लिए होगा, जो मंदिर में सेवा करते हैं, इस पर उनका स्वामित्व होगा, जिसमें उनके रहने के लिये नगर होंगे.

6 “‘तुम इसकी संपत्ति के रूप में पवित्र भाग से लगा हुआ लगभग तेरह किलोमीटर लंबा और ढाई किलोमीटर चौड़ा क्षेत्र शहर के लिये देना; यह क्षेत्र पूरे इस्राएल का होगा.

7 “‘राजकुमार की भूमि पवित्र भाग के क्षेत्र और शहर के क्षेत्र की सीमा से लगी होगी. इसका विस्तार पश्चिम में पश्चिम की ओर तथा पूर्व में पूर्व की ओर होगा, जो लंबाई में पश्चिम से लेकर पूर्वी सीमा तक जाती भागों में से एक के समानांतर होगी.

8 इस्राएल में इस भूमि पर उसका स्वामित्व होगा. और मेरे राजकुमार मेरे लोगों को फिर नहीं सताएंगे, पर वे इस्राएल के लोगों को उनके गोत्र के अनुसार भूमि को उनके अधिकार में देंगे.

9 “‘परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: हे इस्राएल के राजकुमारो, तुम बहुत दूर जा चुके हो! हिंसा और सतावा को छोड़ दो और वही करो, जो न्याय और सही है. मेरे लोगों को बेदखल करना बंद करो, परम प्रधान याहवेह की घोषणा है.

12 एक शेकेल में बीस गेराह आता हो. बीस शेकेल और पच्चीस शेकेल और पन्द्रह शेकेल बराबर एक मीना हो.

13 “‘यह विशेष भेंट है, जिसे तुम्हें चढ़ाना है: गेहूं के हर होमेर में से एक एफाह का छठवां अंश और जौ के हर होमेर में से एक एफाह का छठवां अंश.

15 इस्राएल के अच्छे पानी वाले चरागाह से हर दो सौ भेड़ों वाले झुंड से एक-एक भेड़ ली जाए. इनका उपयोग लोगों के प्रायश्चित करने हेतु अन्‍नबलि, होमबलिदान और मेल बलिदान के रूप में किया जाए, परम प्रधान याहवेह की घोषणा है.

16 देश के सब लोग इस्राएल में राजकुमार को यह विशेष भेंट देंगे.

17 यह राजकुमार का कर्तव्य होगा कि वह त्योहारों, नये चांद के दिनों और विश्राम दिनों होमबलिदान, अन्‍नबलि और पेय बलिदान दे—अर्थात् इस्राएल के ठहराए सब त्योहारों पर. वह इस्राएलियों के लिये पश्चात्ताप करने हेतु पाप बलिदान, अन्‍नबलि, होमबलिदान और मेल बलिदान देगा.

18 “‘परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: पहले माह के पहले दिन तुम एक निर्दोष बछड़ा लेना और पवित्र स्थान को शुद्ध करना.

19 पुरोहित पाप बलिदान में से कुछ खून ले और उसे मंदिर के दरवाजों के चौखटों पर, वेदी के ऊपरी निकले हुए भाग के चारों कोनों पर और भीतरी आंगन के द्वार के चौखटों पर लगाए.

20 तुम्हें महीने के सातवें दिन हर उस व्यक्ति के लिये ऐसा ही करना है, जो अनजाने में या अज्ञानता में पाप करता है; इस प्रकार तुम्हें मंदिर के लिये प्रायश्चित करना है.

21 “‘पहले माह के चौदहवें दिन फ़सह का उत्सव हो, यह त्योहार सात दिनों का हो, और इस दौरान खमीर रहित रोटी खाई जाए.

22 उस दिन राजकुमार अपने लिये और देश के सब लोगों के लिये पाप बलिदान के रूप में एक बछड़ा दे.

23 त्योहार के उन सात दिनों के दौरान प्रतिदिन वह याहवेह को होमबलिदान के रूप में सात निर्दोष बछड़े और सात निर्दोष मेढ़े दे, और पाप बलिदान के लिये प्रतिदिन एक-एक बकरा दे.

24 वह हर बछड़े के लिए अन्‍नबलि के रूप में एक एफाह और हर मेढ़े के लिये एक एफाह दे, साथ में हर एफाह के लिये एक हीन जैतून तेल भी दे.

and offering ephah to/for bullock and ephah to/for ram to make: offer and oil hin to/for ephah

25 “‘त्योहार के सात दिनों के दौरान, जो सातवें माह के पन्द्रहवें दिन शुरू होता है, हर दिन वह पाप बलिदान, होमबलिदान, अन्‍नबलि और तेल का ऐसा ही प्रबंध करे.
