यहेजकेल 30
1 याहवेह का वचन मेरे पास आया:
The word of Yhwh came again unto me, saying,
2 “हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, भविष्यवाणी करो और कहो: ‘परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: “‘विलाप करो और कहो, “हाय! उस दिन के लिये!”
Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord Yhwh; Howl ye, Woe worth the day!
3 क्योंकि वह दिन निकट है, याहवेह का दिन निकट है— बादलों का एक दिन होगा, जाति-जाति के लोगों के लिये दंड का दिन होगा.
For the day is near, even the day of Yhwh is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen.
4 मिस्र के विरुद्ध एक तलवार उठेगी, और कूश पर पीड़ा का समय आएगा. जब मिस्र में हत्यायें होंगी, तब उसकी धन-संपत्ति ले ली जाएगी, और उसकी नीवें ध्वस्त कर दी जाएंगी.
And the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down.
5 कूश और पूट, लूद और पूरा अरब, लिबिया और वाचा बांधे हुए देश के लोग मिस्र के साथ तलवार से मारे जाएंगे.
Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.
6 “‘याहवेह का यह कहना है: “‘मिस्र के मित्र देश नाश हो जाएंगे और उसका अहंकार से भरा बल चूर-चूर हो जाएगा. मिगदोल से लेकर सेवेनेह तक वे उसके अंदर ही तलवार से मारे जाएंगे, परम प्रधान याहवेह की घोषणा है.
Thus saith Yhwh; They also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: from the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord Yhwh.
7 वे निर्जन देशों के बीच निर्जन हो जाएंगे, और ध्वस्त शहरों के बीच उनके शहर ध्वस्त पड़े रहेंगे.
And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
8 जब मैं मिस्र में आग लगाऊंगा, और उसके सारे सहायक कुचले जाएंगे, तब वे जानेंगे कि मैं ही याहवेह हूं.
And they shall know that I am Yhwh, when I have set a fire in Egypt, and when all her helpers shall be destroyed.
9 “‘उस दिन संदेशवाहक अपने को सुरक्षित समझते हुए मेरे पास से कूश को डराने के लिये पानी जहाजों में जाएंगे. मिस्र के विनाश के दिन वे पीड़ा से भर जाएंगे, क्योंकि इसका होना निश्चित है.
In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh.
10 “‘परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: “‘मैं बाबेल के राजा नबूकदनेज्ज़र के द्वारा मिस्र के उपद्रवी लोगों का अंत कर दूंगा.
Thus saith the Lord Yhwh; I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.
11 नबूकदनेज्ज़र और उसकी सेना को, जो सारे राष्ट्रों में सबसे क्रूर हैं— देश को नाश करने के लिये लायी जाएगी. वे मिस्र पर तलवार चलाएंगे और देश को हत्या किए हुए लोगों से भर देंगे.
He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to destroy the land: and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain.
12 मैं नील नदी का पानी सुखा दूंगा और देश एक दुष्ट जाति के हाथ बेच दूंगा; विदेशियों के द्वारा मैं देश और इसमें की सब चीज़ों को उजाड़ दूंगा. मैं, याहवेह ने यह कहा है.
And I will make the rivers dry, and sell the land into the hand of the wicked: and I will make the land waste, and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers: I Yhwh have spoken it.
13 “‘परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: “‘मैं मूर्तियों को नष्ट कर दूंगा और मैमफिस की आकृतियां का अस्तित्व मिटा दूंगा. मिस्र देश में कोई भी राजकुमार न होगा, ओर मैं पूरे मिस्र में डर फैला दूंगा.
Thus saith the Lord Yhwh; I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause their images to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.
14 मैं ऊपरी मिस्र को उजाड़ दूंगा, ज़ोअन नगर को आग लगा दूंगा तथा थेबेस नगर को दंड दूंगा.
And I will make Pathros desolate, and will set fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments in No.
15 सिन पर, जो मिस्र का दृढ़ नगर है, मेरा कोप भड़केगा, और मैं थेबेस नगर के उपद्रवी लोगों को नष्ट कर दूंगा.
And I will pour my fury upon Sin, the strength of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No.
16 मैं मिस्र पर आग लगा दूंगा; सिन पीड़ा में तड़पेगा. थेबेस नगर आंधी में उड़ जाएगा; मैमफिस नगर लगातार कष्ट में रहेगा.
And I will set fire in Egypt: Sin shall have great pain, and No shall be rent asunder, and Noph shall have distresses daily.
17 ओन तथा पी-बेसेथ नगर के युवा तलवार से मारे जाएंगे, और ये शहर बंधुआई में चले जाएंगे.
The young men of Aven and of Pi–beseth shall fall by the sword: and these cities shall go into captivity.
18 जब मैं मिस्र के जूआ को तोड़ूंगा, तब ताहपनहेस नगर में दिन में ही अंधकार हो जाएगा; तब उसके घमंड से भरे बल का अंत हो जाएगा. वह बादलों से ढंक जाएगा, और उसके गांव बंधुआई में चले जाएंगे.
At Tehaphnehes also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt: and the pomp of her strength shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.
19 इस प्रकार मैं मिस्र को दंड दूंगा, और वे जानेंगे कि मैं याहवेह हूं.’”
Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am Yhwh.
20 ग्यारहवें वर्ष के, पहले माह के सातवें दिन, याहवेह का वचन मेरे पास आया:
And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of Yhwh came unto me, saying,
21 “हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, मैंने मिस्र के राजा फ़रोह की भुजा को तोड़ दिया है. उसके उपचार के लिए उसे बांधा नहीं गया है या उस पर पट्टी नहीं बांदी है कि वह मजबूत होकर तलवार पकड़ सके.
Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed, to put a roller to bind it, to make it strong to hold the sword.
22 इसलिये परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: मैं मिस्र के राजा फ़रोह के विरुद्ध हूं. मैं उसके दोनों भुजाओं को तोड़ दूंगा—अच्छी भुजा के साथ टूटी हुई भुजा भी, और उससे हाथ से तलवार को गिरा दूंगा.
Therefore thus saith the Lord Yhwh; Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.
23 मैं मिस्रियों को जनताओं के लोगों के बीच इधर-उधर फैला दूंगा और देश-देश में उन्हें तितर-बितर कर दूंगा.
And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
24 मैं बाबेल के राजा की भुजाओं को मजबूत करूंगा और अपनी तलवार उसके हाथ में दे दूंगा, पर मैं फ़रोह की भुजाओं को तोड़ डालूंगा, और वह बाबेल के राजा के सामने ऐसे कराहेगा, जैसे एक घायल मरनेवाला व्यक्ति कराहता है.
And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my sword in his hand: but I will break Pharaoh’s arms, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.
25 मैं बाबेल के राजा की भुजाओं को मजबूत करूंगा, किंतु फ़रोह की भुजाएं पंगु हो जाएंगी. तब वे जानेंगे कि मैं याहवेह हूं, जब मैं अपनी तलवार बाबेल के राजा के हाथ में दे दूंगा और वह इसका उपयोग मिस्र के विरुद्ध करेगा.
But I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am Yhwh, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt.
26 मैं मिस्रियों को जाति-जाति के लोगों के बीच फैला दूंगा और उन्हें देश-देश में तितर-बितर कर दूंगा. तब वे जानेंगे कि मैं याहवेह हूं.”
And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries; and they shall know that I am Yhwh.
