व्यवस्था विवरण 32

1 आकाशमंडल, यहां ध्यान दो, मुझे सम्भाषण का अवसर प्रदान करो; पृथ्वी मेरे मुख से मुखरित शब्द सुने.

Give ear O heavens so let me speak and it may hear the earth [the] words of mouth my.

2 मेरी शिक्षा वृष्टि-समान टपके, मेरा सम्भाषण कोमल घास पर लघु बूंदों के समान, वनस्पति पर वृष्टि फुहार समान और ओस की बूंदों समान पड़े.

May it drop like the rain teaching my may it distil like the dew speech my like showers of rain on grass and like copious showers on vegetation.

3 क्योंकि मेरी घोषणा है याहवेह के सम्मान; हमारे परमेश्वर की महानता की स्तुति करो!

For [the] name of Yahweh I will proclaim ascribe greatness to God our.

4 वह चट्टान! त्रुटिहीन है उनकी रचना, क्योंकि उनकी सारी युक्तियां नीतियुक्त ही हैं; विश्वासयोग्य परमेश्वर, अन्याय विहीन, न्यायपूर्ण और सत्यनिष्ठ हैं वह.

The rock [is] perfect work his for all ways his [are] justice a God of faithfulness and there not [is] injustice [is] righteous and upright he.

5 याहवेह के प्रति उनका पालन विकृत रहा है, उनके दोष पूरा होने के कारण वे उनकी संतान नहीं रह गए, परंतु अब वे हैं पतनोन्मुख और कुटिल पीढ़ी!

It has acted corruptly to him not children his blemish their a generation perverse and crooked.

6 ओ मूर्खो, और मन्दमति लोगो, क्या तुम यही प्रतिफल दे रहे हो याहवेह को? क्या वह तुम्हारे पिता नहीं, जो तुम्हें यहां तक ले आए हैं? तुम उन्हीं की कृति हो और उन्हीं के द्वारा तुम प्रतिष्ठित किए गए हो?

¿ To Yahweh do you repay this O people foolish and not wise ¿ not [is] he father your he created you he he made you and he established you.

7 अतीत के उन दिनों का स्मरण करो; सारी पीढ़ियों के सालों का विचार करो. अपने पिता से विवेचना करो, तो वह तुम्हें अवगत करा देंगे, तुम्हारे पुरनिए, और वे इसका उल्लेख करेंगे.

Remember [the] days of antiquity consider [the] years of a generation and a generation ask father your so he will tell you old [people] your so they may say to you.

8 जब सर्वोच्च ने राष्ट्रों में उनकी मीरास आवंटित की, जब उन्होंने आदम के वंशजों को वर्गीकृत किया, उन्होंने राष्ट्रों की सीमाएं इस्राएलियों की गिनती के आधार पर तब तय कर दीं.

For [the] portion of Yahweh [is] people his Jacob [is] [the] measured portion of inheritance his.

10 एक मरुभूमि में उनकी उससे भेंट हुई, वस्तुतः वह सांय-सांय करता निर्जन क्षेत्र था. उन्होंने उसके आस-पास बाड़ खड़ी कर दी, वह उसकी देखभाल करते रहे; यहां तक कि उन्होंने उसकी सुरक्षा अपनी आंख की पुतली-समान की,

He found it in a land of wilderness and in a wasteland of howling of a desolate place he surrounded it he took care of it he guarded it like [the] pupil of eye his.

11 उस गरुड़-समान, जो अपने नीड़ को हिला कर अपने बच्चों को जगाता, उनके ऊपर मंडराता रहता है, वह अपने डैने फैलाकर उन्हें उठा लेता है, और अपने डैनों पर ही ले जाता है.

Like an eagle [which] it stirs up nest its over young ones its it hovers it spreads out wings its it takes it it carries it on pinion its.

12 सिर्फ याहवेह ही उसके दिग्दर्शक थे; याहवेह को किसी परकीय देवता की ज़रूरत न थी.

Yahweh alone he guided it and there not with him [was] a god of foreignness.

13 याहवेह ने उसे अपने देश के ऊंचे क्षेत्रों में विचरण करने योग्य बना दिया था. उसके उपयोग के लिए भूमि की उपज उपलब्ध थी. याहवेह ने उसके लिए चट्टान में से मधु परोस दी, और वज्र चट्टान में से तेल भी!

He caused to ride it on ([the] high places of *Q(k)*) [the] land and it ate fruits of [the] field and he suckled him honey from a rock and oil from flint of rock.

14 गाय-दुग्ध-दही, भेड़-बकरियों का दूध, और मेमनों और बाशान प्रजाति के मेढ़ों, और बकरों का वसा, इसके अलावा सर्वोत्कृष्ट गेहूं! और तुमने लाल रंग के बेहतरीन दाखमधु का सेवन किया.

Curd of [the] herd and milk of [the] flock with fat of lambs and rams [the] sons of Bashan and goats with [the] fat of [the] kidneys of wheat and blood of grape[s] you drank wine.

15 मगर यशुरून स्वस्थ होकर उद्दंड हो गया; तुम तो हृष्ट-पुष्ट और आकर्षक हो गए थे. तब उसने अपने सृष्टिकर्ता परमेश्वर ही का परित्याग कर दिया, उसे अपने उद्धार की चट्टान से ही घृणा हो गई.

And he grew fat Jeshurun and he kicked you have grown fat you have become bloated you have become gorged and he abandoned God [who] he made him and he treated with contempt [the] rock of salvation his.

16 विदेशी देवताओं के द्वारा उन्होंने याहवेह को ईर्ष्यालु बना दिया, घृणित मूर्तियों के द्वारा उन्होंने याहवेह के कोप को उद्दीप्‍त कर दिया.

They made jealous him by strange [gods] by abominations they provoked to anger him.

17 उन्होंने प्रेत आत्माओं को बलि अर्पित की, जो परमेश्वर ही नहीं होती. उन परकीय देवताओं को, जो उनके लिए अज्ञात ही हैं, नए देवता, जिनका अस्तित्व हाल ही में प्रकट हुआ है, जिन्हें तुम्हारे पूर्वज जानते भी न थे.

They sacrificed to the demons [which] not [are] God gods [which] not they had known them new [gods] [which] from near they had come [which] not they had known about them ancestors your.

18 तुमने उस चट्टान की उपेक्षा की, जिसने तुम्हें पाला पोसा.

[the] rock [which] he fathered You you forgot and you forgot God [who] gave birth to you.

19 यह सब याहवेह की दृष्टि में आ गया और उन्हें उनसे घृणा हो गई, क्योंकि यह उत्तेजना उन्हीं के पुत्र-पुत्रियों द्वारा की गई थी.

And he saw Yahweh and he spurned from [the] provocation of sons his and daughters his.

20 तब याहवेह ने कहा, “मैं उनसे अपना मुख छिपा लूंगा, मैं देखना चाहूंगा कि कैसा होता है, उनका अंत; क्योंकि वे विकृत पीढ़ी हैं; ऐसी सन्तति हैं, जो विश्वासयोग्य हैं ही नहीं.

And he said I will hide face my from them I will see what? [will be] end their for [are] a generation of perversiti they children [whom] not faithfulness [is] in them.

21 उन्होंने मुझे उसके द्वारा ईर्ष्यालु बना दिया, जो ईश्वर है ही नहीं; उन्होंने अपनी मूर्तियों द्वारा मुझे उत्तेजित किया है. तब अब मैं उन्हें उनके द्वारा ईर्ष्या पैदा करूंगा जिन्हें राष्ट्र ही नहीं माना जा सकता; एक मूर्ख राष्ट्र के द्वारा मैं उन्हें क्रोध के लिए उकसाऊंगा.

They they have made jealous me by not a god they have provoked to anger me by vanities their and I I will make jealous them by not a people by a nation foolish I will provoke to anger them.

22 क्योंकि मेरी क्रोध की अग्नि प्रज्वलित हो चुकी है, वह अधोलोक के निम्नतम स्तर तक प्रज्वलित है. पृथ्वी की उपज इसने भस्म कर दी है, और पर्वतों की नींव तक इसने ज्वलित कर दी है. (Sheol h7585)

For a fire it has been kindled by anger my and it has burned to Sheol lowest and it has consumed [the] earth and produce its and it has set ablaze [the] foundations of [the] mountains. (Sheol h7585)

23 “उन पर तो मैं विपत्तियों के ढेर लगा दूंगा उन पर मैं अपने बाणों का प्रहार करूंगा.

I will catch up on them calamities arrows my I will use up on them.

24 वे दुर्भिक्ष के प्रभाव से नाश हो जाएंगे, महामारी उन्हें चट कर जाएगी और बड़ा दयनीय होगा उनका विनाश; मैं उन पर वन्य पशुओं के दांत प्रभावी कर दूंगा, धूलि में रेंगते जंतुओं का विष भी.

[people] weakened of Famine and [people] consumed of plague and destruction bitter and tooth of animals I will send on them with [the] venom of [things which] crawl of [the] dust.

25 घर के बाहर तलवार द्वारा निर्वंश किए जाएंगे; वे घर के भीतर भयाक्रान्त होंगे. युवक और युवतियां, दूध पीते शिशु और वृद्ध.

From outside it will make childless a sword and [will be] from inner rooms terror both young man as well as young woman a suckling-child with a person of gray hair.

26 मैं कह सकता था, मैं उन्हें काटकर टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर दूंगा, मैं मनुष्यों के बीच से उनकी स्मृति ही मिटा दूंगा,

I said I will cut in pieces them I will make cease from humankind memory their.

27 यदि मुझे शत्रु की ओर से उत्तेजना का भय न होता, कि उनके विरोधी गलत अनुमान लगाकर यह कहें, ‘विजय तो हमारे बाहुबल का परिणाम है; इसमें याहवेह का कोई योग नहीं था.’”

If not [the] provocation of an enemy I was afraid lest they should misconstrue opponents their lest they should say hands our it was raised and not Yahweh he did all this.

28 क्योंकि वे ऐसे राष्ट्र हैं, जिसमें बुद्धि का नितांत अभाव है, कुछ भी समझ नहीं है उनमें.

For [are] a nation perishing of counsel they and there not in them [is] understanding.

29 यदि उनमें बुद्धिमता होती वे यह समझ लेते, उन्हें अपने अंत का अंतर्बोध हो जाता!

If they were wise they will comprehend this they will understand end their.

30 भला यह कैसे संभव हो सकता है, कि सिर्फ एक व्यक्ति एक सहस्र को खदेड़ दे, और दो व्यक्ति दस सहस्र को, यदि उनकी उस चट्टान ने अपने हाथ उन्हें न सौंपे होते, और याहवेह ने उन्हें उनके अधीन न किया होता?

How? will he pursue one [person] a thousand and two [people] will they put to flight? ten thousand if in-deed rock their he had sold them and Yahweh he had delivered up them.

31 बात यह है कि उनकी चट्टान हमारी चट्टान के तुल्य नहीं है, यहां तक कि हमारे शत्रु तक यह मानते हैं.

For not [is] like rock our rock their and enemies our assessments.

32 उनकी द्राक्षालता का मूल है सोदोम की द्राक्षालता और अमोराह के खेत. उनके द्राक्षा विषैली कोटि के द्राक्षा हैं, द्राक्षा पुंज कड़वे हैं.

For [is] from [the] vine of Sodom vine their and from [the] terraced fields of Gomorrah grapes their [are] grapes of poison clusters [are] bitter of them.

33 क्योंकि उनका द्राक्षारस सर्पों का विष है, नागों का घातक ज़हर.

[is the] venom of Serpents wine their and [the] poison of cobras cruel.

34 “क्या यह सब मेरे भंडार में संग्रहीत नहीं है; मेरे कोष में मोहर के द्वारा सुरक्षित?

¿ Not [is] that stored up with me sealed up in storehouses my.

35 प्रतिशोध मेरा दायित्व है; प्रतिदण्ड मैं दूंगा. वह अवसर आएगा, जब उनका पैर तो फिसलेगा ही; क्योंकि उनका विपदा दिवस आसन्‍न है, और द्रुत गति है उन पर आ रही नियति की.”

[belong] to Me vengeance and retribution to a time [when] it will slip foot their for [is] near [the] day of disaster their and it will make haste impending [things] to them.

36 क्योंकि जब याहवेह यह देखेंगे कि उनकी प्रजा की शक्ति का ह्रास हो चुका है, और दास अथवा स्वतंत्र कोई शेष न रहा है, याहवेह तब उनके सेवकों पर कृपा करेंगे और वह अपनी प्रजा का प्रतिशोध ज़रूर लेंगे.

For he will judge Yahweh people his and on servants his he will have compassion if he will see that it has been used up hand and there not [is] shut up and freed.

37 याहवेह प्रश्न करेंगे: “कहां हैं उनके देवता; वह चट्टान, जिसमें उन्होंने आश्रय लिया था?

And he will say where? [are] gods their [the] rock [which] they sought refuge in it.

38 वे देवता, जो उनकी बलियों की वसा का सेवन करते रहे थे, और उनकी भेंट से दाखमधु का पान किया था? वे तुम्हारी सहायता के लिए सक्रिय हो जाएं! हो जाएं वे तुम्हारा आश्रय-स्थल!

Which [the] fat of sacrifices their they ate they drank [the] wine drink-offering their let them arise and let them help you let it be over you a shelter.

39 “ध्यान से देख लो कि मैं ही याहवेह हूं, कोई भी मेरे अलावा नहीं है—ये देवता भी नहीं; मेरे ही आदेश पर मृत्यु होती है और जीवन का प्रदाता भी मैं ही हूं, घाव मेरे द्वारा किए गए हैं, और मैं ही घाव भर भी देता हूं! कोई भी ऐसा नहीं है, जो मेरे हाथों से कुछ छीन सके.

See - now that I I [am] he and there not [is] a god with me I I put to death and I may restore to life I wound and I I heal and there not from hand my [is] a deliverer.

40 मैं ही हूं, जो स्वर्ग की ओर अपना हाथ बढ़ाकर यह कहता हूं: शपथ मेरे जीवन की,

For I lift up to heaven hand my and I will say [am] living I for ever.

41 जब मैं अपने शत्रुओं से प्रतिशोध लूंगा, जब मैं अपने विरोधियों को उसका प्रतिफल दूंगा, मैं अपनी तलवार पर धार लगा उसे चमकाऊंगा और मेरा हाथ न्याय को पुष्ट करेगा.

If I sharpen [the] lightning of sword my so it may take hold on judgment hand my I will return vengeance to foes my and to [those who] hate me I will repay.

42 मैं अपने बाणों को रक्त से मदमस्त कर दूंगा, मेरी तलवार मारे गये लोगों और बंदियों के रक्त के साथ मांस को, शत्रुओं के लंबे-लंबे केशवाले अधिकारियों के सिरों को ग्रास लेगी.”

I will make drunk arrows my from blood and sword my it will devour flesh from [the] blood of [the] slain and [the] captive from [the] head of [the] leaders of [the] enemy.

43 राष्ट्रों, याहवेह की प्रजा के साथ उल्लास मनाओ, क्योंकि वह अपने सेवकों की हत्या का प्रतिशोध लेंगे; अपने शत्रुओं से वह प्रतिशोध लेंगे, इससे वह अपने देश और अपनी प्रजा के लिए प्रायश्चित पूरा कर देंगे.

Shout for joy O nations people his for [the] blood of servants his he will avenge and vengeance he will return to foes his and he will make atonement for land his people his.

44 इसके बाद मोशेह ने जाकर सारी इस्राएली प्रजा के सामने उन्हें सुनाते हुए इस गीत रचना का पठन किया; उन्होंने और उनके साथ नून के पुत्र होशिया (यहोशू) ने.

And he came Moses and he spoke all [the] words of the song this in [the] ears of the people he and Hoshea [the] son of Nun.

45 जब मोशेह सारी इस्राएलियों के सामने समग्र गीत का पाठन कर चुके,

And he finished Moses to speak all the words these to all Israel.

46 उन्होंने इस्राएलियों को आदेश दिया, “इन शब्दों को तुम हृदय में रख लो. ये मैं तुम्हें चेतावनी स्वरूप सौंप रहा हूं. तुम अपनी सन्तति को इन्हें सावधानीपूर्वक पालन करने का आदेश दोगे; इस विधान का पूरी तरह पालन करने का.

And he said to them set heart your to all the words which I [am] warning you this day that you will command them children your to take care to do all [the] words of the law this.

47 क्योंकि यह कोई निरर्थक वक्तव्य नहीं है. वस्तुतः यही तुम्हारे जीवन है. इसी के मर्म के द्वारा उस देश में तुम अपने जीवन के दिनों का आवर्धन करोगे, जिसमें तुम यरदन पार करके प्रवेश करने पर हो, जिसका तुम अधिग्रहण करोगे.”

For not [is] a word [too] empty it for you for it [is] lives your and by the word this you will prolong days on the land where you [are] about to pass over the Jordan there towards to take possession of it.

48 उसी दिन याहवेह ने मोशेह को यह आदेश दिया,

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses on [the] substance of the day this saying.

49 “अब तुम अबारिम के नेबो पर्वत पर चढ़ जाओ, जो येरीख़ो के सम्मुख मोआब देश में है. वहां जाकर तुम कनान देश पर दृष्टिपात करो, जो मैं अभिग्रहण के लिए इस्राएल को प्रदान कर रहा हूं.

Go up to [the] mountain of the Abarim this [the] mountain of Nebo which [is] in [the] land of Moab which [is] on [the] face of Jericho and see [the] land of Canaan which I [am] about to give to [the] people of Israel to a possession.

50 तब तुम जिस पर्वत पर चढ़ोगे, वहीं अपने प्राण विसर्जित कर देना और अपने पूर्वजों में सम्मिलित हो जाना, जिस प्रकार तुम्हारे भाई अहरोन ने होर पर्वत पर जा अपने प्राण विसर्जित किए थे, और वह अपने पूर्वजों में सम्मिलित हो गया.

And die on the mountain where you [are] about to go up there towards and be gathered to people your just as he died Aaron brother your on Hor the mountain and he was gathered to people his.

51 क्योंकि तुमने समस्त इस्राएलियों के बीच में मेरिबाह-कादेश के जल-स्रोतों पर ज़िन के निर्जन प्रदेश में मेरे साथ विश्वासघात किया, इस्राएलियों के बीच में मेरे लिए उपयुक्त पवित्रता का व्यवहार नहीं किया.

On that you acted unfaithfully against me in among [the] people of Israel at [the] waters of Meribah Kadesh [the] wilderness of Zin on that not you honored as holy me in among [the] people of Israel.

52 तुम दूर ही से उस देश का दर्शन कर सकोगे; मगर उसमें प्रवेश नहीं करोगे, उस देश में, जो मैं इस्राएलियों को प्रदान कर रहा हूं.”

For from before you will see the land and there towards not you will go into the land which I [am] about to give to [the] people Israel.
