2 थिस्सलुनीकियों 3
1 अंत में, प्रिय भाई बहनो, हमारे लिए प्रार्थना करो कि प्रभु का संदेश तेज गति से हर जगह फैलता जाए और उसे महिमा प्राप्त हो, ठीक जैसी तुम्हारे बीच.
Furthermore, brethren, pray for vs, that the worde of the Lord may haue free passage and be glorified, euen as it is with you,
2 और यह भी कि हम टेढ़े मनवाले व्यक्तियों तथा दुष्ट मनुष्यों से सुरक्षित रहें क्योंकि विश्वास का वरदान सभी ने प्राप्त नहीं किया है.
And that we may be deliuered from vnreasonable and euill men: for all men haue not fayth.
3 किंतु प्रभु विश्वासयोग्य हैं. वही तुम्हें स्थिर करेंगे और उस दुष्ट से तुम्हारी रक्षा करेंगे.
But the Lord is faithfull, which wil stablish you, and keepe you from euill.
4 प्रभु में हमें तुम्हारे विषय में पूरा निश्चय है कि तुम हमारे आदेशानुसार ही स्वभाव कर रहे हो और ऐसा ही करते रहोगे.
And we are perswaded of you through the Lord, that ye both doe, and will doe the things which we warne you of.
5 प्रभु तुम्हारे हृदयों को परमेश्वर के प्रेम तथा मसीह येशु के धीरज की ओर अगुवाई करें.
And the Lord guide your hearts to the loue of God, and the waiting for of Christ.
6 प्रिय भाई बहनो, प्रभु येशु मसीह के नाम में हम तुम्हें यह आज्ञा देते हैं कि तुम ऐसे हर एक व्यक्ति से दूर रहो, जो अनुचित चाल चलता है, जो हमारे द्वारा दी गई शिक्षाओं का पालन नहीं करता.
We warne you, brethren, in the Name of our Lord Iesus Christ, that ye withdrawe your selues from euery brother that walketh inordinately, and not after the instruction, which hee receiued of vs.
7 यह तुम्हें मालूम है कि तुम्हारे लिए हमारे जैसी चाल चलना सही है क्योंकि तुम्हारे बीच रहते हुए हम निकम्मे नहीं रहे.
For ye your selues know, how ye ought to follow vs: for we behaued not our selues inordinately among you,
8 इतना ही नहीं, हमने किसी के यहां दाम चुकाए बिना भोजन नहीं किया परंतु हमने दिन-रात परिश्रम किया और काम करते रहे कि हम तुममें से किसी के लिए भी बोझ न बनें.
Neither tooke we bread of any man for nought: but we wrought with labour and trauaile night and day, because we would not be chargeable to any of you.
9 यह इसलिये नहीं कि तुमसे सहायता पाना हमारा अधिकार नहीं है परंतु इसलिये कि हम स्वयं को तुम्हारे सामने आदर्श स्वभाव प्रस्तुत करें और तुम हमारी सी चाल चलो.
Not because we haue not authoritie, but that we might make our selues an ensample vnto you to follow vs.
10 यहां तक कि जब हम तुम्हारे बीच में थे, हम तुम्हें यह आज्ञा दिया करते थे: “किसी आलसी को भोजन न दिया जाए.”
For euen when we were with you, this we warned you of, that if there were any, which would not worke, that he should not eate.
11 सुनने में यह आया है कि तुममें से कुछ की जीवनशैली आलस भरी हो गई है. वे कोई भी काम नहीं कर रहे; वस्तुतः वे अन्यों के लिए बाधा बन गए हैं.
For we heare, that there are some which walke among you inordinately, and worke not at all, but are busie bodies.
12 ऐसे व्यक्तियों के लिए प्रभु येशु मसीह में हमारी विनती भरी आज्ञा है कि वे गंभीरता पूर्वक काम पर लग जाएं तथा वे अपने ही परिश्रम से कमाया हुआ भोजन करें.
Therefore them that are such, we warne and exhort by our Lord Iesus Christ, that they worke with quietnes, and eate their owne bread.
13 किंतु, प्रिय भाई बहनो, तुम स्वयं वह करने में पीछे न हटना, जो सही और भला है.
And ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.
14 यदि कोई व्यक्ति हमारे इस पत्र के आदेशों को नहीं मानता है, उस पर विशेष ध्यान दो. उसका साथ न दो कि वह लज्जित हो.
If any man obey not this our saying in this letter, note him, and haue no company with him, that he may be ashamed:
15 इतना सब होने पर भी उसे शत्रु न मानो परंतु एक भाई समझकर उसे समझाओ.
Yet count him not as an enemie, but admonish him as a brother.
16 शांति के परमेश्वर स्वयं तुम्हें हर एक परिस्थिति में निरंतर शांति प्रदान करते रहें. प्रभु तुम सबके साथ हों.
Now the Lord himselfe of peace giue you peace alwayes by all meanes. The Lord be with you all.
17 मैं, पौलॉस, अपने हाथों से नमस्कार लिख रहा हूं. मेरे हर एक पत्र का पहचान चिह्न यही है. यही मेरे लिखने का तरीका है.
The salutation of me Paul, with mine owne hand, which is ye token in euery Epistle: so I write,
18 हमारे प्रभु येशु मसीह का अनुग्रह तुम सब पर बना रहे.
The grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with you all, Amen. ‘The second Epistle to the Thessalonians, written from Athens.’
