1 इस्साखार के पुत्र: तोला, पुआह, याशूब और शिम्रोन—चार पुत्र.
And, to the sons of Issachar, belonged, Tola and Push, Jashib and Shimron, four.
2 तोला के पुत्र: उज्जी, रेफ़ाइयाह, येरिएल, याहमाई, इबसाम और शमुएल ये अपने पूर्वजों के परिवारों के प्रधान थे. तोला के पुत्र अपनी पीढ़ी में वीर योद्धाओं के रूप में मशहूर थे. दावीद के शासनकाल में इनकी संख्या 22,600 आंकी गई थी.
And, the sons of Tola, were Uzzi and Rephaiah and Jeriel and Jahmai and Ibsam and Shemuel, chiefs of their ancestral house, pertaining to Tola, heroes of valour, in their generations, —their number, in the days of David, twenty-two thousand and six hundred.
3 उज्जी का पुत्र: यिज़राहियाह था. यिज़राहियाह के पुत्र: मिखाएल, ओबदिया, योएल, इश्शियाह; ये पांचों ही प्रधान थे.
And, the sons of Uzzi, Izrahiah, —and, the sons of Izrahiah, Michael and Obadiah and Joel, Isshiah—five, chiefs, all of them;
4 उस पीढ़ी में उनके साथ उनके पूर्वजों के गोत्र के अनुसार युद्ध के लिए सेना की टुकड़िया तैयार थी, जिनकी संख्या 36,000 थी. इस संख्या का कारण था उनकी अनेक पत्नियां और उनसे पैदा अनेक पुत्र.
and, with them by their generations, pertaining to their ancestral house, were bands of a host for war, thirty-six thousand, —for they had many wives and sons;
5 इस्साखार के सभी परिवारों में सभी संबंधी वीर योद्धा थे. उनका लेखा वंशावली में रखा गया है. ये कुल 87,000 योद्धा थे.
and, their brethren, of all the families of Issachar, heroes of great valour, were eighty-seven thousand, when they had, all, registered themselves.
6 बिन्यामिन के तीन पुत्र: बेला, बेकेर और येदिआएल.
Benjamin, Bela and Becher and Jediael, three.
7 बेला के पांच पुत्र: एज़बोन, उज्जी, उज्ज़िएल, येरीमोथ और ईरी: ये अपने पिता के परिवार के प्रमुख थे. वंशावली लेखा के अनुसार ये 22,034 सभी वीर योद्धा थे.
And, the sons of Bela, Ezbon and Uzzi and Uzziel and Jerimoth and Iri, five, chiefs of the ancestral house, heroes of great valour, —who, when they had registered themselves, were twenty-two thousand and thirty-four,
8 बेकेर के पुत्र: ज़ेमिराह, योआश, एलिएज़र, एलिओएनाइ, ओमरी, येरेमोथ, अबीयाह, अनाथोथ और अलेमेथ. ये सभी बेकेर के पुत्र थे.
And, the sons of Becher, Zemirah and Joash and Eliezer and Elioenai and Omri, and Jeremoth and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these, were sons of Becher.
9 इनका नामांकन इनकी पीढ़ी के अनुसार वंशावली में किया गया है. ये अपने पूर्वजों के परिवार में नायक रहे. इन वीर योद्धाओं की संख्या 20,200 थी.
And, when they had registered themselves by their generations, the chiefs of their ancestral house, the heroes of valour, were twenty thousand and two hundred.
10 येदिआएल का पुत्र: बिलहान. बिलहान के पुत्र: येऊश, बिन्यामिन, एहूद, केनानाह, ज़ेथान, तरशीश और अहीशाहार.
And, the sons of Jediael, Bilhan, —and, the sons of Bilhan, Jeish and Benjamin and Ehud and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahah.
11 उनके पिता के परिवार के प्रमुखों के अनुसार ये येदिआएल के पुत्र हुए. ये सभी शूर योद्धा थे, संख्या में 17,200. ये सभी युद्ध के लिए निपुण थे.
All these—sons of Jediael, by ancestral chiefs, heroes of great valour, were seventeen thousand and two hundred, ready to go forth as a host to war: —
12 ईर के पुत्र थे शुप्पिम और हुप्पिम. अहेर का पुत्र था हुषीम.
Shuppim also and Huppim, sons of Ir, Hushim sons of Aher.
13 नफताली के पुत्र: याहत्सिएल, गूनी, येसेर और शल्लूम ये सभी बिलहाह से उत्पन्न पुत्र थे.
the sons of Naphtali, Jahziel and Guni, and Jezer and Shallum, sons of Bilhah.
14 मनश्शेह के पुत्र: उसकी अरामी उप-पत्नी से पैदा पुत्र अस्रीएल. उसी से पैदा हुआ गिलआद का पिता माखीर.
The sons of Manasseh, Asriel, whom, [his wife] bare, —his concubine, the Syrian, bare Machir the father of Gilead;
15 माखीर ने हुप्पिम और शुप्पिम का विवाह कर दिया. उसकी बहन का नाम माकाह था और दूसरी बहन का नाम था ज़लोफेहाद. ज़लोफेहाद ने पुत्रियों को जन्म दिया.
and, Machir, took a wife pertaining to Huppim and Shuppim, and, the name of his sister, was Maacah, and, the name of the second, Zelophehad, —and, Zelophehad, had, daughters.
16 माखीर की पत्नी माकाह ने एक पुत्र को जन्म दिया, उसने जिसका नाम रखा, पेरेश. उसके भाई का नाम था शेरेष. पेरेश के पुत्र उलाम और रेकेम.
So then Maacah, wife of Machir, bare a son, and called his name Peresh, and, the name of his brother, was Sheresh, —and, his sons, were Ulam and Rakem;
17 उलाम का पुत्र था: बेदान. ये सभी गिलआद के पुत्र, माखीर के पोते और मनश्शेह के परपोते थे.
and, the sons of Ulam, Bedan. These, were the sons of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh.
18 माखीर की बहन हम्मोलेखेत ने इशहोद, अबीएज़ेर और महलाह को जन्म दिया.
And, his sister, Hammolecheth, bare Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.
19 शेमीदा के पुत्र थे: अहीयान, शेकेम, लीखी और आनियम.
And, the sons of Shemida, were Ahian and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.
20 एफ्राईम-वंशज: शूतेलाह, उसका पुत्र बेरेद, उसका पुत्र ताहाथ, उसका पुत्र एलियाद, उसका पुत्र ताहाथ,
And, the sons of Ephraim, Shuthelah, —and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eleadah his son, and Tahath his son;
21 उसका पुत्र ज़ाबाद, उसके पुत्र शूतेलाह. (एज़र और एलियाद. इन दोनों का वध गाथ के निवासियों द्वारा उस समय कर दिया गया था, जब ये दोनों उनके पशुओं की चोरी करते हुए पकड़े गए थे.
and Zabad his son and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer and Elead, —but the men of Gath who had been born in the land slew them, because they had come down to take away their cattle.
22 इनके लिए इनका पिता एफ्राईम लंबे समय तक दुःख में डूबा रहा. उसके संबंधी उसे सांत्वना देने उसके पास जाते रहे.
And Ephraim their father mourned many days, —and his brethren came to comfort him.
23 इसके बाद उसने अपनी पत्नी से संबंध बनाए. वह गर्भवती हुई और उसने एक पुत्र को जन्म दिया, जिसका नाम रखा गया बेरियाह यानी मुसीबत, क्योंकि उसके परिवार पर मुसीबत आई हुई थी.
And he went in unto his wife, and she conceived, and bare a son, —and he called his name, Beriah, because, in misfortune, was she in his house.
24 उसकी पुत्री का नाम था शीराह. उसने ऊपरवाले और नीचेवाले बेथ-होरोन नगरों और उज्जेन-शीराह नगर का निर्माण किया था.)
And, his daughter, was Sheerah, who built Beth-horon the nether and the upper, —and Uzzen-sheerah.
25 उसका पुत्र था रेफ़ाह, उसका पुत्र था रेशेफ़, उसका पुत्र तेलाह, उसका पुत्र तहान
And Rephah his son, and Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son, —
26 उसका पुत्र लादान, उसका पुत्र अम्मीहूद, उसका पुत्र एलीशामा,
Ladan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son, —
27 उसका पुत्र नून और उसका पुत्र यहोशू.
Non his son, Joshua his son.
28 इनका स्वामित्व और घर बेथेल, और उसके आस-पास के गांव, पूर्वी नआरन, पश्चिमी गेज़ेर और इसके नगरों, शेकेम और इसके नगरों में और अय्याह और इसके नगरों में था.
And, their possessions, and their dwellings, were Bethel, and the villages thereof; and, eastward, Naaran, and, westward, Gezer, and the villages thereof, and Shechem, and the villages thereof, —as far as Aiyah, and the villages thereof; —
29 मनश्शेह-वंशजों के अधिकार में बेथ-शान और इसके नगर, तानख और उसके नगर, मगिद्दो और उसके नगर, इन सभी नगरों में इस्राएल के पुत्र योसेफ़ के वंशज निवास करते थे.
and, on the sides of the sons of Manasseh, Beth-shean and the villages thereof, Taanach and the villages thereof, Megiddo and the villages thereof, Dor and the villages thereof. In these, dwelt the sons of Joseph, son of Israel.
30 आशेर के पुत्र: इमनाह, इशवाह, इशवी, बेरियाह और उनकी बहन सेराह.
The sons of Asher, Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi and Beriah, —and Serah their sister.
31 बेरियाह के पुत्र: हेबेर और मालखिएल, जो पिता था बिरत्साइथ का.
And, the sons of Beriah, Heber, and Malchiel, —the same, was the father of Birzaith.
32 हेबेर पिता था याफलेत, शोमर, होथाम और इनकी बहन शुआ का.
And, Heber, begat Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, —and, Shua, their sister.
33 याफलेत के पुत्र: पासाख, बिमहाल और अषवाथ. ये यफलेत के पुत्र थे.
And, the sons of Japhlet, Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath. These, were the sons of Japhlet.
34 उसके भाई शेमर के पुत्र: अही, रोहगाह, येहुब्बाह और अराम.
And, the sons of Shemer, Ahi, and Rohgah, Jahbah, and Aram.
35 उसके भाई हेलेम के पुत्र: ज़ोफ़ाह, इमना, शेलेश और आमाल.
And, the sons of Helem, his brother, Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh and Amal.
36 ज़ोफ़ाह के पुत्र: सुआह, हारनेफ़र, शुआल, बेरी, इमराह,
The sons of Zophah, Suah and Harnepher, and Shual and Beri, and Imrah, —
37 बेज़र, होद, शम्मा, शिलशाह, इथरान और बीअरा.
Bezer and Hod, and Shamma and Shilshah, and Ithran and Beera.
38 येथेर के पुत्र: येफुन्नेह, पिस्पा और आरा.
And, the sons of Jether, Jephunneh, and Pispa, and Ara.
39 उल्ला के पुत्र: आराह, हन्निएल और रिज़िया.
And, the sons of Ulla, Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.
40 ये सभी आशेर वंश के पुरुष थे, अपने गोत्रपिता के परिवारों के प्रमुख, प्रमाणित वीर योद्धा, प्रशासकों के प्रधान थे. उनकी संख्या वंशावली द्वारा गिनी गई थी कि वे युद्धकाल में जाकर युद्ध करें. ये संख्या में 26,000 पुरुष थे.
All these, were sons of Asher, chiefs of the ancestral house, choice men, heroes of great valour, chiefs of the leaders, —and, when they registered themselves, in host, for war, the number of the men, was twenty-six thousand.
