תהילים 95

1 לכו נרננה ליהוה נריעה לצור ישענו׃

Come, let us make a joyful noise to Yahweh, Let us shout in triumph, to the rock of our salvation!

2 נקדמה פניו בתודה בזמרות נריע לו׃

O let us come before his face with thanksgiving, With the sounds of strings, let us shout aloud to him.

3 כי אל גדול יהוה ומלך גדול על כל אלהים׃

For, a great GOD, is Yahweh, And a great king, above all gods.

4 אשר בידו מחקרי ארץ ותועפות הרים לו׃

In whose hand, are the hidden recesses of the earth, And, the peaks of the mountains, are his;

5 אשר לו הים והוא עשהו ויבשת ידיו יצרו׃

Whose, is the sea, for, he, made it, And, the dry land, his hands, did form.

6 באו נשתחוה ונכרעה נברכה לפני יהוה עשנו׃

Enter! let us bow down, and bend low, Let us kneel, before Yahweh our maker;

7 כי הוא אלהינו ואנחנו עם מרעיתו וצאן ידו היום אם בקלו תשמעו׃

For, he, is our God, And, we, are the people of his pasture, and the flock of his hand? To-day, if, to his voice, ye will hearken,

8 אל תקשו לבבכם כמריבה כיום מסה במדבר׃

Do not harden your heart as at Meribah, As on the day of Massah, in the desert;

9 אשר נסוני אבותיכם בחנוני גם ראו פעלי׃

When your fathers, tested me, They proved me, yea they also saw what I could do.

10 ארבעים שנה אקוט בדור ואמר עם תעי לבב הם והם לא ידעו דרכי׃

Forty years, loathed I that generation, So I said—A people going astray in heart, they are, Even they, have not known my ways!

11 אשר נשבעתי באפי אם יבאון אל מנוחתי׃

And I sware in mine anger, —Verily they shall not enter into my rest.
