תהילים 145

1 תְּהִלָּה לְדָוִד אֲרוֹמִמְךָ אֱלוֹהַי הַמֶּלֶךְ וַאֲבָרֲכָה שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃

I will extol thee, my God, O King, and I will bless thy name forever and ever.

2 בְּכָל־יוֹם אֲבָרֲכֶךָּ וַאֲהַלְלָה שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃

Every day I will bless thee, and I will praise thy name forever and ever.

3 גָּדוֹל יְהוָה וּמְהֻלָּל מְאֹד וְלִגְדֻלָּתוֹ אֵין חֵֽקֶר׃

Great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.

4 דּוֹר לְדוֹר יְשַׁבַּח מַעֲשֶׂיךָ וּגְבוּרֹתֶיךָ יַגִּֽידוּ׃

One generation shall laud thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

5 הֲדַר כְּבוֹד הוֹדֶךָ וְדִבְרֵי נִפְלְאוֹתֶיךָ אָשִֽׂיחָה׃

I will meditate on the glorious majesty of thine honor, and of thy wondrous works.

6 וֶעֱזוּז נוֹרְאֹתֶיךָ יֹאמֵרוּ וגדולתיך וּגְדוּלָּתְךָ אֲסַפְּרֶֽנָּה׃

And men shall speak of the might of thy fearful acts, and I will declare thy greatness.

7 זֵכֶר רַב־טוּבְךָ יַבִּיעוּ וְצִדְקָתְךָ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃

They shall utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.

8 חַנּוּן וְרַחוּם יְהוָה אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וּגְדָל־חָֽסֶד׃

Jehovah is gracious, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great loving kindness.

9 טוֹב־יְהוָה לַכֹּל וְרַחֲמָיו עַל־כָּל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃

Jehovah is good to all, and his tender mercies are over all his works.

10 יוֹדוּךָ יְהוָה כָּל־מַעֲשֶׂיךָ וַחֲסִידֶיךָ יְבָרֲכֽוּכָה׃

All thy works shall give thanks to thee, O Jehovah, and thy sanctified shall bless thee.

11 כְּבוֹד מַלְכוּתְךָ יֹאמֵרוּ וּגְבוּרָתְךָ יְדַבֵּֽרוּ׃

They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power,

12 לְהוֹדִיעַ ׀ לִבְנֵי הָאָדָם גְּבוּרֹתָיו וּכְבוֹד הֲדַר מַלְכוּתֽוֹ׃

to make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glory of the majesty of his kingdom.

13 מַֽלְכוּתְךָ מַלְכוּת כָּל־עֹֽלָמִים וּמֶֽמְשֶׁלְתְּךָ בְּכָל־דּוֹר וָדֽוֹר׃

Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion is throughout all generations.

14 סוֹמֵךְ יְהוָה לְכָל־הַנֹּפְלִים וְזוֹקֵף לְכָל־הַכְּפוּפִֽים׃

Jehovah upholds all who fall, and raises up all those who are bowed down.

15 עֵֽינֵי־כֹל אֵלֶיךָ יְשַׂבֵּרוּ וְאַתָּה נֽוֹתֵן־לָהֶם אֶת־אָכְלָם בְּעִתּֽוֹ׃

The eyes of all wait for thee, and thou give them their food in due season.

16 פּוֹתֵחַ אֶת־יָדֶךָ וּמַשְׂבִּיעַ לְכָל־חַי רָצֽוֹן׃

Thou open thy hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.

17 צַדִּיק יְהוָה בְּכָל־דְּרָכָיו וְחָסִיד בְּכָל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃

Jehovah is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works.

18 קָרוֹב יְהוָה לְכָל־קֹרְאָיו לְכֹל אֲשֶׁר יִקְרָאֻהוּ בֶאֱמֶֽת׃

Jehovah is near to all those who call upon him, to all who call upon him in truth.

19 רְצוֹן־יְרֵאָיו יַעֲשֶׂה וְֽאֶת־שַׁוְעָתָם יִשְׁמַע וְיוֹשִׁיעֵֽם׃

He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry and will save them.

20 שׁוֹמֵר יְהוָה אֶת־כָּל־אֹהֲבָיו וְאֵת כָּל־הָרְשָׁעִים יַשְׁמִֽיד׃

Jehovah preserves all those who love him, but he will destroy all the wicked.

21 תְּהִלַּת יְהוָה יְֽדַבֶּר־פִּי וִיבָרֵךְ כָּל־בָּשָׂר שֵׁם קָדְשׁוֹ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃

My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah. And let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.
