תהילים 111

1 הַלְלוּ יָהּ ׀ אוֹדֶה יְהוָה בְּכָל־לֵבָב בְּסוֹד יְשָׁרִים וְעֵדָֽה׃

א Halleluyah ·praise Yah·! I will yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to Adonai with my whole heart, בּ in the council of the upright, and in the congregation.

2 גְּדֹלִים מַעֲשֵׂי יְהוָה דְּרוּשִׁים לְכָל־חֶפְצֵיהֶֽם׃

גּ Adonai’s works are great, דּ pondered by all those who delight in them.

3 הוֹד־וְהָדָר פָּֽעֳלוֹ וְצִדְקָתוֹ עֹמֶדֶת לָעַֽד׃

ה His work is honor and majesty. ו His righteousness endures forever.

4 זֵכֶר עָשָׂה לְנִפְלְאֹתָיו חַנּוּן וְרַחוּם יְהוָֽה׃

ז He has caused his wonderful works to be remembered. ח Adonai is gracious and merciful.

5 טֶרֶף נָתַן לִֽירֵאָיו יִזְכֹּר לְעוֹלָם בְּרִיתֽוֹ׃

ט He has given food to those who fear him. י He always remembers his covenant ·binding contract between two or more parties·.

6 כֹּחַ מַעֲשָׂיו הִגִּיד לְעַמּוֹ לָתֵת לָהֶם נַחֲלַת גּוֹיִֽם׃

כּ He has shown his people the power of his works, ל in giving them the heritage of the nations.

7 מַעֲשֵׂי יָדָיו אֱמֶת וּמִשְׁפָּט נֶאֱמָנִים כָּל־פִּקּוּדָֽיו׃

מ The works of his hands are truth and mishpat ·justice·. נ All his precepts are sure.

8 סְמוּכִים לָעַד לְעוֹלָם עֲשׂוּיִם בֶּאֱמֶת וְיָשָֽׁר׃

ס They are established forever and ever. ע They are done in truth and uprightness.

9 פְּדוּת ׀ שָׁלַח לְעַמּוֹ צִוָּֽה־לְעוֹלָם בְּרִיתוֹ קָדוֹשׁ וְנוֹרָא שְׁמֽוֹ׃

פּ He has sent redemption to his people. צ He has enjoined his covenant forever. ק His name is holy and awesome!

10 רֵאשִׁית חָכְמָה ׀ יִרְאַת יְהוָה שֵׂכֶל טוֹב לְכָל־עֹשֵׂיהֶם תְּהִלָּתוֹ עֹמֶדֶת לָעַֽד׃

ר The fear of Adonai is the beginning of wisdom. שׂ All those who do his work have a good understanding. תּ His tehilah ·praise song· endures forever!
