יחזקאל 23
| וַיְהִי דְבַר־יְהוָה אֵלַי לֵאמֹֽר׃ | 1 |

| בֶּן־אָדָם שְׁתַּיִם נָשִׁים בְּנוֹת אֵם־אַחַת הָיֽוּ׃ | 2 |
son: child man two woman daughter mother one to be
| וַתִּזְנֶינָה בְמִצְרַיִם בִּנְעוּרֵיהֶן זָנוּ שָׁמָּה מֹעֲכוּ שְׁדֵיהֶן וְשָׁם עִשּׂוּ דַּדֵּי בְּתוּלֵיהֶֽן׃ | 3 |
and to fornicate in/on/with Egypt in/on/with youth their to fornicate there [to] to bruise breast their and there to press breast virginity their
| וּשְׁמוֹתָן אָהֳלָה הַגְּדוֹלָה וְאָהֳלִיבָה אֲחוֹתָהּ וַתִּֽהְיֶינָה לִי וַתֵּלַדְנָה בָּנִים וּבָנוֹת וּשְׁמוֹתָן שֹׁמְרוֹן אָהֳלָה וִירוּשָׁלַ͏ִם אָהֳלִיבָֽה׃ | 4 |
and name their Oholah [the] great: old and Oholibah sister her and to be to/for me and to beget son: child and daughter and name their Samaria Oholah and Jerusalem Oholibah
| וַתִּזֶן אָהֳלָה תַּחְתָּי וַתַּעְגַּב עַֽל־מְאַהֲבֶיהָ אֶל־אַשּׁוּר קְרוֹבִֽים׃ | 5 |
and to fornicate Oholah underneath: under me and to lust upon to love: lover her to(wards) Assyria near
| לְבֻשֵׁי תְכֵלֶת פַּחוֹת וּסְגָנִים בַּחוּרֵי חֶמֶד כֻּלָּם פָּרָשִׁים רֹכְבֵי סוּסִֽים׃ | 6 |
to clothe blue governor and ruler youth delight all their horseman to ride horse
| וַתִּתֵּן תַּזְנוּתֶיהָ עֲלֵיהֶם מִבְחַר בְּנֵֽי־אַשּׁוּר כֻּלָּם וּבְכֹל אֲשֶׁר־עֽ͏ָגְבָה בְּכָל־גִּלּוּלֵיהֶם נִטְמָֽאָה׃ | 7 |
and to give: give fornication her upon them best son: descendant/people Assyria all their and in/on/with all which to lust in/on/with all idol their to defile
| וְאֶת־תַּזְנוּתֶיהָ מִמִּצְרַיִם לֹא עָזָבָה כִּי אוֹתָהּ שָׁכְבוּ בִנְעוּרֶיהָ וְהֵמָּה עִשּׂוּ דַּדֵּי בְתוּלֶיהָ וַיִּשְׁפְּכוּ תַזְנוּתָם עָלֶֽיהָ׃ | 8 |

| לָכֵן נְתַתִּיהָ בְּיַד־מְאַֽהֲבֶיהָ בְּיַד בְּנֵי אַשּׁוּר אֲשֶׁר עָגְבָה עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ | 9 |
to/for so to give: give her in/on/with hand: power to love: lover her in/on/with hand: power son: descendant/people Assyria which to lust upon them
| הֵמָּה גִּלּוּ עֶרְוָתָהּ בָּנֶיהָ וּבְנוֹתֶיהָ לָקָחוּ וְאוֹתָהּ בַּחֶרֶב הָרָגוּ וַתְּהִי־שֵׁם לַנָּשִׁים וּשְׁפוּטִים עָשׂוּ בָֽהּ׃ | 10 |

| וַתֵּרֶא אֲחוֹתָהּ אָהֳלִיבָה וַתַּשְׁחֵת עַגְבָתָהּ מִמֶּנָּה וְאֶת־תַּזְנוּתֶיהָ מִזְּנוּנֵי אֲחוֹתָֽהּ׃ | 11 |
and to see: see sister her Oholibah and to ruin lust her from her and [obj] fornication her from fornication sister her
| אֶל־בְּנֵי אַשּׁוּר עָגָבָה פַּחוֹת וּסְגָנִים קְרֹבִים לְבֻשֵׁי מִכְלוֹל פָּרָשִׁים רֹכְבֵי סוּסִים בַּחוּרֵי חֶמֶד כֻּלָּֽם׃ | 12 |
to(wards) son: descendant/people Assyria to lust governor and ruler near to clothe perfection horseman to ride horse youth delight all their
| וָאֵרֶא כִּי נִטְמָאָה דֶּרֶךְ אֶחָד לִשְׁתֵּיהֶֽן׃ | 13 |

| וַתּוֹסֶף אֶל־תַּזְנוּתֶיהָ וַתֵּרֶא אַנְשֵׁי מְחֻקֶּה עַל־הַקִּיר צַלְמֵי כשדיים כַשְׂדִּים חֲקֻקִים בַּשָּׁשַֽׁר׃ | 14 |
and to add: again to(wards) fornication her and to see: see human to engrave upon [the] wall image (Chaldea *Q(k)*) to decree in/on/with vermilion
| חֲגוֹרֵי אֵזוֹר בְּמָתְנֵיהֶם סְרוּחֵי טְבוּלִים בְּרָאשֵׁיהֶם מַרְאֵה שָׁלִשִׁים כֻּלָּם דְּמוּת בְּנֵֽי־בָבֶל כַּשְׂדִּים אֶרֶץ מוֹלַדְתָּֽם׃ | 15 |

| ותעגב וַתַּעְגְּבָה עֲלֵיהֶם לְמַרְאֵה עֵינֶיהָ וַתִּשְׁלַח מַלְאָכִים אֲלֵיהֶם כַּשְׂדִּֽימָה׃ | 16 |

| וַתְּגַל תַּזְנוּתֶיהָ וַתְּגַל אֶת־עֶרְוָתָהּ וַתֵּקַע נַפְשִׁי מֵֽעָלֶיהָ כַּאֲשֶׁר נָקְעָה נַפְשִׁי מֵעַל אֲחוֹתָֽהּ׃ | 18 |
and to reveal: uncover fornication her and to reveal: uncover [obj] nakedness her and to dislocate/hang soul: myself my from upon her like/as as which be alienated soul: myself my from upon sister her
| וַתַּרְבֶּה אֶת־תַּזְנוּתֶיהָ לִזְכֹּר אֶת־יְמֵי נְעוּרֶיהָ אֲשֶׁר זָנְתָה בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ | 19 |
and to multiply [obj] fornication her to/for to remember [obj] day youth her which to fornicate in/on/with land: country/planet Egypt
| וַֽתַּעְגְּבָה עַל פִּֽלַגְשֵׁיהֶם אֲשֶׁר בְּשַׂר־חֲמוֹרִים בְּשָׂרָם וְזִרְמַת סוּסִים זִרְמָתָֽם׃ | 20 |

| לָכֵן אָהֳלִיבָה כֹּֽה־אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה הִנְנִי מֵעִיר אֶת־מְאַהֲבַיִךְ עָלַיִךְ אֵת אֲשֶׁר־נָקְעָה נַפְשֵׁךְ מֵהֶם וַהֲבֵאתִים עָלַיִךְ מִסָּבִֽיב׃ | 22 |

| בְּנֵי בָבֶל וְכָל־כַּשְׂדִּים פְּקוֹד וְשׁוֹעַ וְקוֹעַ כָּל־בְּנֵי אַשּׁוּר אוֹתָם בַּחוּרֵי חֶמֶד פַּחוֹת וּסְגָנִים כֻּלָּם שָֽׁלִשִׁים וּקְרוּאִים רֹכְבֵי סוּסִים כֻּלָּֽם׃ | 23 |

| וּבָאוּ עָלַיִךְ הֹצֶן רֶכֶב וְגַלְגַּל וּבִקְהַל עַמִּים צִנָּה וּמָגֵן וְקוֹבַע יָשִׂימוּ עָלַיִךְ סָבִיב וְנָתַתִּי לִפְנֵיהֶם מִשְׁפָּט וּשְׁפָטוּךְ בְּמִשְׁפְּטֵיהֶֽם׃ | 24 |

| וְנָתַתִּי קִנְאָתִי בָּךְ וְעָשׂוּ אוֹתָךְ בְּחֵמָה אַפֵּךְ וְאָזְנַיִךְ יָסִירוּ וְאַחֲרִיתֵךְ בַּחֶרֶב תִּפּוֹל הֵמָּה בָּנַיִךְ וּבְנוֹתַיִךְ יִקָּחוּ וְאַחֲרִיתֵךְ תֵּאָכֵל בָּאֵֽשׁ׃ | 25 |
and to give: give jealousy my in/on/with you and to make: do with you in/on/with rage face: nose your and ear your to turn aside: remove and end your in/on/with sword to fall: kill they(masc.) son: child your and daughter your to take: take and end your to eat in/on/with fire
| וְהִפְשִׁיטוּךְ אֶת־בְּגָדָיִךְ וְלָקְחוּ כְּלֵי תִפְאַרְתֵּֽךְ׃ | 26 |
and to strip you [obj] garment your and to take: take article/utensil beauty your
| וְהִשְׁבַּתִּי זִמָּתֵךְ מִמֵּךְ וְאֶת־זְנוּתֵךְ מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם וְלֹֽא־תִשְׂאִי עֵינַיִךְ אֲלֵיהֶם וּמִצְרַיִם לֹא תִזְכְּרִי־עֽוֹד׃ | 27 |
and to cease wickedness your from you and [obj] fornication your from land: country/planet Egypt and not to lift: look eye your to(wards) them and Egypt not to remember still
| כִּי כֹה אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה הִנְנִי נֹֽתְנָךְ בְּיַד אֲשֶׁר שָׂנֵאת בְּיַד אֲשֶׁר־נָקְעָה נַפְשֵׁךְ מֵהֶֽם׃ | 28 |

| וְעָשׂוּ אוֹתָךְ בְּשִׂנְאָה וְלָקְחוּ כָּל־יְגִיעֵךְ וַעֲזָבוּךְ עֵירֹם וְעֶרְיָה וְנִגְלָה עֶרְוַת זְנוּנַיִךְ וְזִמָּתֵךְ וְתַזְנוּתָֽיִךְ׃ | 29 |
and to make: do with you in/on/with hating and to take: take all toil your and to leave: forsake you naked and nakedness and to reveal: uncover nakedness fornication your and wickedness your and fornication your
| עָשֹׂה אֵלֶּה לָךְ בִּזְנוֹתֵךְ אַחֲרֵי גוֹיִם עַל אֲשֶׁר־נִטְמֵאת בְּגִלּוּלֵיהֶֽם׃ | 30 |

| בְּדֶרֶךְ אֲחוֹתֵךְ הָלָכְתְּ וְנָתַתִּי כוֹסָהּ בְּיָדֵֽךְ׃ | 31 |

| שִׁכָּרוֹן וְיָגוֹן תִּמָּלֵאִי כּוֹס שַׁמָּה וּשְׁמָמָה כּוֹס אֲחוֹתֵךְ שֹׁמְרֽוֹן׃ | 33 |
drunkenness and sorrow to fill cup horror: appalled and devastation cup sister your Samaria
| וְשָׁתִית אוֹתָהּ וּמָצִית וְאֶת־חֲרָשֶׂיהָ תְּגָרֵמִי וְשָׁדַיִךְ תְּנַתֵּקִי כִּי אֲנִי דִבַּרְתִּי נְאֻם אֲדֹנָי יְהוִֽה׃ | 34 |

| לָכֵן כֹּה אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה יַעַן שָׁכַחַתְּ אוֹתִי וַתַּשְׁלִיכִי אוֹתִי אַחֲרֵי גַוֵּךְ וְגַם־אַתְּ שְׂאִי זִמָּתֵךְ וְאֶת־תַּזְנוּתָֽיִךְ׃ | 35 |

| וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֵלַי בֶּן־אָדָם הֲתִשְׁפּוֹט אֶֽת־אָהֳלָה וְאֶת־אָהֳלִיבָה וְהַגֵּד לָהֶן אֵת תוֹעֲבוֹתֵיהֶֽן׃ | 36 |
and to say LORD to(wards) me son: child man to judge [obj] Oholah and [obj] Oholibah and to tell to/for them [obj] abomination their
| כִּי נִאֵפוּ וְדָם בִּֽידֵיהֶן וְאֶת־גִּלּֽוּלֵיהֶן נִאֵפוּ וְגַם אֶת־בְּנֵיהֶן אֲשֶׁר יָֽלְדוּ־לִי הֶעֱבִירוּ לָהֶם לְאָכְלָֽה׃ | 37 |

| עוֹד זֹאת עָשׂוּ לִי טִמְּאוּ אֶת־מִקְדָּשִׁי בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא וְאֶת־שַׁבְּתוֹתַי חִלֵּֽלוּ׃ | 38 |

| וּֽבְשַׁחֲטָם אֶת־בְּנֵיהֶם לְגִלּוּלֵיהֶם וַיָּבֹאוּ אֶל־מִקְדָּשִׁי בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא לְחַלְּלוֹ וְהִנֵּה־כֹה עָשׂוּ בְּתוֹךְ בֵּיתִֽי׃ | 39 |

| וְאַף כִּי תִשְׁלַחְנָה לַֽאֲנָשִׁים בָּאִים מִמֶּרְחָק אֲשֶׁר מַלְאָךְ שָׁלוּחַ אֲלֵיהֶם וְהִנֵּה־בָאוּ לַאֲשֶׁר רָחַצְתְּ כָּחַלְתְּ עֵינַיִךְ וְעָדִית עֶֽדִי׃ | 40 |
and also for to send: depart to/for human to come (in): come from distance which messenger to send: depart to(wards) them and behold to come (in): come to/for which to wash: wash to paint eye your and to adorn ornament
| וְיָשַׁבְתְּ עַל־מִטָּה כְבוּדָּה וְשֻׁלְחָן עָרוּךְ לְפָנֶיהָ וּקְטָרְתִּי וְשַׁמְנִי שַׂמְתְּ עָלֶֽיהָ׃ | 41 |
and to dwell upon bed glorious and table to arrange to/for face: before her and incense my and oil my to set: put upon her
| וְקוֹל הָמוֹן שָׁלֵו בָהּ וְאֶל־אֲנָשִׁים מֵרֹב אָדָם מוּבָאִים סובאים סָבָאִים מִמִּדְבָּר וַֽיִּתְּנוּ צְמִידִים אֶל־יְדֵיהֶן וַעֲטֶרֶת תִּפְאֶרֶת עַל־רָאשֵׁיהֶֽן׃ | 42 |

| וָאֹמַר לַבָּלָה נִֽאוּפִים עת עַתָּה יזנה יִזְנוּ תַזְנוּתֶהָ וָהִֽיא׃ | 43 |

| וַיָּבוֹא אֵלֶיהָ כְּבוֹא אֶל־אִשָּׁה זוֹנָה כֵּן בָּאוּ אֶֽל־אָֽהֳלָה וְאֶל־אָהֳלִיבָה אִשֹּׁת הַזִּמָּֽה׃ | 44 |
and to come (in): come to(wards) her like/as to come (in): come to(wards) woman to fornicate so to come (in): come to(wards) Oholah and to(wards) Oholibah woman [the] wickedness
| וַאֲנָשִׁים צַדִּיקִם הֵמָּה יִשְׁפְּטוּ אֽוֹתְהֶם מִשְׁפַּט נֹֽאֲפוֹת וּמִשְׁפַּט שֹׁפְכוֹת דָּם כִּי נֹֽאֲפֹת הֵנָּה וְדָם בִּֽידֵיהֶֽן׃ | 45 |
and human righteous they(masc.) to judge [obj] them justice: judgement to commit adultery and justice: judgement to pour: kill blood for to commit adultery they(fem.) and blood in/on/with hand their
| כִּי כֹּה אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה הַעֲלֵה עֲלֵיהֶם קָהָל וְנָתֹן אֶתְהֶן לְזַעֲוָה וְלָבַֽז׃ | 46 |
for thus to say Lord YHWH/God to ascend: attack upon them assembly and to give: make [obj] them to/for horror and to/for plunder
| וְרָגְמוּ עֲלֵיהֶן אֶבֶן קָהָל וּבָרֵא אוֹתְהֶן בְּחַרְבוֹתָם בְּנֵיהֶם וּבְנֽוֹתֵיהֶם יַהֲרֹגוּ וּבָתֵּיהֶן בָּאֵשׁ יִשְׂרֹֽפוּ׃ | 47 |
and to stone upon them stone assembly and to create [obj] them in/on/with sword their son: child their and daughter their to kill and house: home their in/on/with fire to burn
| וְהִשְׁבַּתִּי זִמָּה מִן־הָאָרֶץ וְנִֽוַּסְּרוּ כָּל־הַנָּשִׁים וְלֹא תַעֲשֶׂינָה כְּזִמַּתְכֶֽנָה׃ | 48 |
and to cease wickedness from [the] land: country/planet and to discipline all [the] woman and not to make like/as wickedness your
| וְנָתְנוּ זִמַּתְכֶנָה עֲלֵיכֶן וַחֲטָאֵי גִלּוּלֵיכֶן תִּשֶּׂאינָה וִידַעְתֶּם כִּי אֲנִי אֲדֹנָי יְהוִֽה׃ | 49 |
and to give: pay wickedness your upon you and sin idol your to lift: guilt and to know for I Lord YHWH/God
