2 דִּבְרֵי הַיָּמִים 4

1 וַיַּ֙עַשׂ֙ מִזְבַּ֣ח נְחֹ֔שֶׁת עֶשְׂרִ֤ים אַמָּה֙ אָרְכֹּ֔ו וְעֶשְׂרִ֥ים אַמָּ֖ה רָחְבֹּ֑ו וְעֶ֥שֶׂר אַמֹּ֖ות קֹומָתֹֽו׃ ס

And he made an altar of bronze [was] twenty cubit[s] length its and [was] twenty cubit[s] breadth its and [was] ten cubits height its.

2 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ אֶת־הַיָּ֖ם מוּצָ֑ק עֶ֣שֶׂר בָּֽ֠אַמָּה מִשְּׂפָתֹ֨ו אֶל־שְׂפָתֹ֜ו עָגֹ֣ול ׀ סָבִ֗יב וְחָמֵ֤שׁ בָּֽאַמָּה֙ קֹֽומָתֹ֔ו וְקָו֙ שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים בָּֽאַמָּ֔ה יָסֹ֥ב אֹתֹ֖ו סָבִֽיב׃

And he made the sea cast ten by the cubit from lip its to lip its round - all around and five by the cubit height its and a measuring-line thirty by the cubit it went round it all around.

3 וּדְמ֣וּת בְּקָרִים֩ תַּ֨חַת לֹ֜ו סָבִ֤יב ׀ סָבִיב֙ סֹובְבִ֣ים אֹתֹ֔ו עֶ֚שֶׂר בָּֽאַמָּ֔ה מַקִּיפִ֥ים אֶת־הַיָּ֖ם סָבִ֑יב שְׁנַ֤יִם טוּרִים֙ הַבָּקָ֔ר יְצוּקִ֖ים בְּמֻֽצַקְתֹּֽו׃

And [the] likeness of oxen [was] under it all around - all around going round it ten by the cubit surrounding the sea all around [were] two rows the cattle cast in casting its.

4 עֹומֵ֞ד עַל־שְׁנֵ֧ים עָשָׂ֣ר בָּקָ֗ר שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה פֹנִ֣ים ׀ צָפֹ֡ונָה וּשְׁלֹושָׁה֩ פֹנִ֨ים ׀ יָ֜מָּה וּשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה ׀ פֹּנִ֣ים נֶ֗גְבָּה וּשְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פֹּנִ֣ים מִזְרָ֔חָה וְהַיָּ֥ם עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְכָל־אֲחֹרֵיהֶ֖ם בָּֽיְתָה׃

[it was] standing On two [plus] ten cattle three [were] turning - north-ward and three [were] turning - west-ward and three - [were] turning south-ward and three [were] turning east-ward and the sea [was] on them from to above and all hindquarters their [were] inside towards.

5 וְעָבְיֹ֣ו טֶ֔פַח וּשְׂפָתֹו֙ כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה שְׂפַת־כֹּ֔וס פֶּ֖רַח שֹֽׁושַׁנָּ֑ה מַחֲזִ֣יק בַּתִּ֔ים שְׁלֹ֥שֶׁת אֲלָפִ֖ים יָכִֽיל׃ ס

And thickness its [was] a hand breadth and lip its [was] like [the] work of [the] lip of a cup [the] blossom of a lily holding baths three thousand it contained.

6 וַיַּ֣עַשׂ כִּיֹּורִים֮ עֲשָׂרָה֒ וַ֠יִּתֵּן חֲמִשָּׁ֨ה מִיָּמִ֜ין וַחֲמִשָּׁ֤ה מִשְּׂמֹאול֙ לְרָחְצָ֣ה בָהֶ֔ם אֶת־מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה הָעֹולָ֖ה יָדִ֣יחוּ בָ֑ם וְהַיָּ֕ם לְרָחְצָ֥ה לַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים בֹּֽו׃ ס

And he made lavers ten and he put five from [the] south and five from [the] left to wash in them [the] work of the burnt offering people rinsed in them and the sea to wash [was] for the priests in it.

7 וַ֠יַּעַשׂ אֶת־מְנֹרֹ֧ות הַזָּהָ֛ב עֶ֖שֶׂר כְּמִשְׁפָּטָ֑ם וַיִּתֵּן֙ בַּֽהֵיכָ֔ל חָמֵ֥שׁ מִיָּמִ֖ין וְחָמֵ֥שׁ מִשְּׂמֹֽאול׃ ס

And he made [the] lampstands of gold ten according to ordinance their and he put [them] in the temple five from [the] south and five from [the] north.

8 וַיַּ֣עַשׂ שֻׁלְחָנֹות֮ עֲשָׂרָה֒ וַיַּנַּח֙ בַּֽהֵיכָ֔ל חֲמִשָּׁ֥ה מִיָּמִ֖ין וַחֲמִשָּׁ֣ה מִשְּׂמֹ֑אול וַיַּ֛עַשׂ מִזְרְקֵ֥י זָהָ֖ב מֵאָֽה׃

And he made tables ten and he placed [them] in the temple five from [the] south and five from [the] north and he made bowls of gold one hundred.

9 וַיַּ֙עַשׂ֙ חֲצַ֣ר הַכֹּהֲנִ֔ים וְהָעֲזָרָ֖ה הַגְּדֹולָ֑ה וּדְלָתֹ֧ות לָעֲזָרָ֛ה וְדַלְתֹותֵיהֶ֖ם צִפָּ֥ה נְחֹֽשֶׁת׃

And he made [the] court of the priests and the precinct great and doors for the precinct and doors their he overlaid bronze.

10 וְאֶת־הַיָּ֗ם נָתַ֞ן מִכֶּ֧תֶף הַיְמָנִ֛ית קֵ֖דְמָה מִמּ֥וּל נֶֽגְבָּה׃

And the sea he put from [the] side of south east-ward from in front of [the] south.

11 וַיַּ֣עַשׂ חוּרָ֔ם אֶת־הַ֨סִּירֹ֔ות וְאֶת־הַיָּעִ֖ים וְאֶת־הַמִּזְרָקֹ֑ות ס וַיְכַ֣ל חיּרָם (חוּרָ֗ם) לַעֲשֹׂות֙ אֶת־הַמְּלָאכָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשָׂ֛ה לַמֶּ֥לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה בְּבֵ֥ית הָאֱלֹהִֽים׃

And he made Huram the pots and the shovels and the bowls. And he finished (Huram *Q(K)*) to do the work which he did for the king Solomon on [the] house of God.

12 עַמּוּדִ֣ים שְׁנַ֔יִם וְהַגֻּלֹּ֧ות וְהַכֹּתָרֹ֛ות עַל־רֹ֥אשׁ הָעַמּוּדִ֖ים שְׁתָּ֑יִם וְהַשְּׂבָכֹ֣ות שְׁתַּ֔יִם לְכַסֹּ֗ות אֶת־שְׁתֵּי֙ גֻּלֹּ֣ות הַכֹּֽתָרֹ֔ות אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־רֹ֥אשׁ הָֽעַמּוּדִֽים׃

Pillars two and the bowls and the capitals on [the] top of the pillars two and the networks two to cover [the] two [the] bowls of the capitals which [were] on [the] top of the pillars.

13 וְאֶת־הָֽרִמֹּונִ֛ים אַרְבַּ֥ע מֵאֹ֖ות לִשְׁתֵּ֣י הַשְּׂבָכֹ֑ות שְׁנַ֨יִם טוּרִ֤ים רִמֹּונִים֙ לַשְּׂבָכָ֣ה הָאֶחָ֔ת לְכַסֹּ֗ות אֶת־שְׁתֵּי֙ גֻּלֹּ֣ות הַכֹּֽתָרֹ֔ות אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־פְּנֵ֥י הָעַמּוּדִֽים׃

And the pomegranates four hundred for [the] two the networks two rows pomegranates for the network one to cover [the] two [the] bowls of the capitals which [were] on [the] face of the pillars.

14 וְאֶת־הַמְּכֹנֹ֖ות עָשָׂ֑ה וְאֶת־הַכִּיֹּרֹ֥ות עָשָׂ֖ה עַל־הַמְּכֹנֹֽות׃

And the stands he made and the lavers he made on the stands.

15 אֶת־הַיָּ֖ם אֶחָ֑ד וְאֶת־הַבָּקָ֥ר שְׁנֵים־עָשָׂ֖ר תַּחְתָּֽיו׃

The sea one and the cattle two [plus] ten under it.

16 וְאֶת־הַ֠סִּירֹות וְאֶת־הַיָּעִ֤ים וְאֶת־הַמִּזְלָגֹות֙ וְאֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵיהֶ֔ם עָשָׂ֞ה חוּרָ֥ם אָבִ֛יו לַמֶּ֥לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה לְבֵ֣ית יְהוָ֑ה נְחֹ֖שֶׁת מָרֽוּק׃

And the pots and the shovels and the forks and all articles their he made Huram Abi for the king Solomon for [the] house of Yahweh bronze polished.

17 בְּכִכַּ֤ר הַיַּרְדֵּן֙ יְצָקָ֣ם הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ בַּעֲבִ֖י הָאֲדָמָ֑ה בֵּ֥ין סֻכֹּ֖ות וּבֵ֥ין צְרֵדָֽתָה׃

In [the] valley of the Jordan he cast them the king in [the] thickness of the ground between Succoth and between Zeredah.

18 וַיַּ֧עַשׂ שְׁלֹמֹ֛ה כָּל־הַכֵּלִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה לָרֹ֣ב מְאֹ֑ד כִּ֛י לֹ֥א נֶחְקַ֖ר מִשְׁקַ֥ל הַנְּחֹֽשֶׁת׃ פ

And he made Solomon all the articles these to abundance exceedingly that not it was ascertained [the] weight of the bronze.

19 וַיַּ֣עַשׂ שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה אֵ֚ת כָּל־הַכֵּלִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר בֵּ֣ית הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים וְאֵת֙ מִזְבַּ֣ח הַזָּהָ֔ב וְאֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָנֹ֔ות וַעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם לֶ֥חֶם הַפָּנִֽים׃

And he made Solomon all the articles which [were] [the] house of God and [the] altar of gold and the tables and on them [the] bread of the presence.

20 וְאֶת־הַמְּנֹרֹ֞ות וְנֵרֹתֵיהֶ֗ם לְבַעֲרָ֧ם כַּמִּשְׁפָּ֛ט לִפְנֵ֥י הַדְּבִ֖יר זָהָ֥ב סָגֽוּר׃

And the lampstands and lamps their to burn they according to the ordinance before the innermost room gold pure gold.

21 וְהַפֶּ֧רַח וְהַנֵּרֹ֛ות וְהַמֶּלְקַחַ֖יִם זָהָ֑ב ה֖וּא מִכְלֹ֥ות זָהָֽב׃

And the blossom and the lamps and the tongs gold it [was] perfection of gold.

22 וְהַֽמְזַמְּרֹ֧ות וְהַמִּזְרָקֹ֛ות וְהַכַּפֹּ֥ות וְהַמַּחְתֹּ֖ות זָהָ֣ב סָג֑וּר וּפֶ֣תַח הַ֠בַּיִת דַּלְתֹותָ֨יו הַפְּנִימִיֹּ֜ות לְקֹ֣דֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁ֗ים וְדַלְתֵ֥י הַבַּ֛יִת לַהֵיכָ֖ל זָהָֽב׃

And the snuffers and the bowls and the pans and the fire-pans gold pure gold and [the] entrance of the house doors its inner to [the] holy place of the holy places and [the] doors of the house of the temple gold.
