לַמְנַצֵּחַ ׀ לִבְנֵי־קֹרַח מִזְמֽוֹר׃ כׇּֽל־הָעַמִּים תִּקְעוּ־כָף הָרִיעוּ לֵאלֹהִים בְּקוֹל רִנָּֽה׃ | 1 |
[For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by the sons of Korah.] Oh clap your hands, all you nations. Shout to God with the voice of triumph.
כִּֽי־יְהֹוָה עֶלְיוֹן נוֹרָא מֶלֶךְ גָּדוֹל עַל־כׇּל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ | 2 |
For the LORD Most High is awesome. He is a great King over all the earth.
יַדְבֵּר עַמִּים תַּחְתֵּינוּ וּלְאֻמִּים תַּחַת רַגְלֵֽינוּ׃ | 3 |
He subdues nations under us, and peoples under our feet.
יִבְחַר־לָנוּ אֶת־נַחֲלָתֵנוּ אֶת ־ גְּאוֹן יַעֲקֹב אֲשֶׁר־אָהֵב סֶֽלָה׃ | 4 |
He chooses our inheritance for us, the glory of Jacob whom he loved. (Selah)
עָלָה אֱלֹהִים בִּתְרוּעָה יְהֹוָה בְּקוֹל שׁוֹפָֽר׃ | 5 |
God has gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
זַמְּרוּ אֱלֹהִים זַמֵּרוּ זַמְּרוּ לְמַלְכֵּנוּ זַמֵּֽרוּ׃ | 6 |
Sing praise to God, sing praises. Sing praises to our King, sing praises.
כִּי מֶלֶךְ כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ אֱלֹהִים זַמְּרוּ מַשְׂכִּֽיל׃ | 7 |
For God is the King of all the earth. Sing praises with understanding.
מָלַךְ אֱלֹהִים עַל־גּוֹיִם אֱלֹהִים יָשַׁב ׀ עַל־כִּסֵּא קׇדְשֽׁוֹ׃ | 8 |
God reigns over the nations. God sits on his holy throne.
נְדִיבֵי עַמִּים ׀ נֶאֱסָפוּ עַם אֱלֹהֵי אַבְרָהָם כִּי לֵאלֹהִים מָֽגִנֵּי־אֶרֶץ מְאֹד נַֽעֲלָֽה׃ | 9 |
The princes of the peoples are gathered together, the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the earth belong to God. He is greatly exalted.
