תהילים 145

1 תְּהִלָּה לְדָוִד אֲרוֹמִמְךָ אֱלוֹהַי הַמֶּלֶךְ וַאֲבָרְכָה שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃

A song of praise. Of David. I will exalt you, my God, O king: I will praise your name for ever and ever.

2 בְּכׇל־יוֹם אֲבָֽרְכֶךָּ וַאֲהַֽלְלָה שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃

I will bless you every day: I will praise your name for ever and ever.

3 גָּדוֹל יְהֹוָה וּמְהֻלָּל מְאֹד וְלִגְדֻלָּתוֹ אֵין חֵֽקֶר׃

Great is the Lord and worthy all praise, his greatness is unsearchable.

4 דּוֹר לְדוֹר יְשַׁבַּח מַעֲשֶׂיךָ וּגְבוּרֹתֶיךָ יַגִּֽידוּ׃

One age to another shall praise your deeds, declaring the mighty things you have done.

5 הֲדַר כְּבוֹד הוֹדֶךָ וְדִבְרֵי נִפְלְאֹתֶיךָ אָשִֽׂיחָה׃

Of your glorious majesty they shall tell, and I will muse of your many wonders.

6 וֶעֱזוּז נֽוֹרְאֹתֶיךָ יֹאמֵרוּ (וגדלותיך) [וּגְדֻלָּתְךָ] אֲסַפְּרֶֽנָּה׃

Of the might of your terrible acts they shall speak, and the tale of your great deeds I will tell.

7 זֵכֶר רַב־טוּבְךָ יַבִּיעוּ וְצִדְקָתְךָ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃

The fame of your abundant goodness and righteousness they shall pour forth in song.

8 חַנּוּן וְרַחוּם יְהֹוָה אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וּגְדׇל־חָֽסֶד׃

The Lord is full of grace and pity, patient and rich in loving-kindness.

9 טוֹב־יְהֹוָה לַכֹּל וְרַחֲמָיו עַל־כׇּל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃

The Lord is good to all the world, and his pity is over all things that he made.

10 יוֹדוּךָ יְהֹוָה כׇּל־מַעֲשֶׂיךָ וַחֲסִידֶיךָ יְבָרְכֽוּכָה׃

All your works give you thanks, O Lord, and you are blessed of those who love you.

11 כְּבוֹד מַלְכוּתְךָ יֹאמֵרוּ וּגְבוּרָתְךָ יְדַבֵּֽרוּ׃

They shall speak of your glorious kingdom, and of your might shall they discourse,

12 לְהוֹדִיעַ ׀ לִבְנֵי הָאָדָם גְּבוּרֹתָיו וּכְבוֹד הֲדַר מַלְכוּתֽוֹ׃

making known to all his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.

13 מַֽלְכוּתְךָ מַלְכוּת כׇּל־עֹלָמִים וּמֶֽמְשַׁלְתְּךָ בְּכׇל־דּוֹר וָדֹֽר׃

Yours is a kingdom that lives through all ages: through all generations extends your dominion.

14 סוֹמֵךְ יְהֹוָה לְכׇל־הַנֹּפְלִים וְזוֹקֵף לְכׇל־הַכְּפוּפִֽים׃

The Lord upholds all who fall; he lifts up all who are bowed down.

15 עֵֽינֵי־כֹל אֵלֶיךָ יְשַׂבֵּרוּ וְאַתָּה נֽוֹתֵן־לָהֶם אֶת־אׇכְלָם בְּעִתּֽוֹ׃

The eyes of all look in hope to you, and you give them their food in due season.

16 פּוֹתֵחַ אֶת־יָדֶךָ וּמַשְׂבִּיעַ לְכׇל־חַי רָצֽוֹן׃

You yourself open your hand, and fill with your favor all things that live.

17 צַדִּיק יְהֹוָה בְּכׇל־דְּרָכָיו וְחָסִיד בְּכׇל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃

The Lord is righteous in all his ways, gracious is he in all that he does.

18 קָרוֹב יְהֹוָה לְכׇל־קֹרְאָיו לְכֹל אֲשֶׁר יִקְרָאֻהוּ בֶֽאֱמֶֽת׃

The Lord is near to all who call him, to all who call upon him in truth.

19 רְצוֹן־יְרֵאָיו יַעֲשֶׂה וְֽאֶת־שַׁוְעָתָם יִשְׁמַע וְיוֹשִׁיעֵֽם׃

He will fulfil the desires of those who fear him; he will hear their cry for help and save them.

20 שׁוֹמֵר יְהֹוָה אֶת־כׇּל־אֹהֲבָיו וְאֵת כׇּל־הָרְשָׁעִים יַשְׁמִֽיד׃

The Lord is the keeper of all who love him, but all the wicked will he destroy.

21 תְּהִלַּת יְהֹוָה יְֽדַבֶּר ־ פִּי וִיבָרֵךְ כׇּל־בָּשָׂר שֵׁם קׇדְשׁוֹ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃

My mouth will utter the praise of the Lord, and all life will bless his holy name for ever and ever.
