תהילים 126

1 שִׁיר הַֽמַּעֲלוֹת בְּשׁוּב יְהֹוָה אֶת־שִׁיבַת צִיּוֹן הָיִינוּ כְּחֹלְמִֽים׃

A Song of Degrees. When the Lord turned the captivity of Sion, we became as comforted ones.

2 אָז יִמָּלֵא שְׂחוֹק פִּינוּ וּלְשׁוֹנֵנוּ רִנָּה אָז יֹאמְרוּ בַגּוֹיִם הִגְדִּיל יְהֹוָה לַעֲשׂוֹת עִם־אֵֽלֶּה׃

Then was our mouth filled with joy, and our tongue with exultation: then would they say among the Gentiles,

3 הִגְדִּיל יְהֹוָה לַעֲשׂוֹת עִמָּנוּ הָיִינוּ שְׂמֵחִֽים׃

The Lord has done great things among them. The Lord has done great things for us, we became joyful.

4 שׁוּבָה יְהֹוָה אֶת־[שְׁבִיתֵנוּ] (שבותנו) כַּאֲפִיקִים בַּנֶּֽגֶב׃

Turn, O Lord, our captivity, as the steams in the south.

5 הַזֹּרְעִים בְּדִמְעָה בְּרִנָּה יִקְצֹֽרוּ׃

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

6 הָלוֹךְ יֵלֵךְ ׀ וּבָכֹה נֹשֵׂא מֶשֶׁךְ־הַזָּרַע בֹּא־יָבֹא בְרִנָּה נֹשֵׂא אֲלֻמֹּתָֽיו׃

They went on and wept as they cast their seeds; but they shall surely come with exultation, bringing their sheaves [with them].
