ישעה 18

1 הוֹי אֶרֶץ צִלְצַל כְּנָפָיִם אֲשֶׁר מֵעֵבֶר לְנַהֲרֵי־כֽוּשׁ׃

woe! land: country/planet buzzing wing which from side: beyond to/for river Cush

2 הַשֹּׁלֵחַ בַּיָּם צִירִים וּבִכְלֵי־גֹמֶא עַל־פְּנֵי־מַיִם לְכוּ ׀ מַלְאָכִים קַלִּים אֶל־גּוֹי מְמֻשָּׁךְ וּמוֹרָט אֶל־עַם נוֹרָא מִן־הוּא וָהָלְאָה גּוֹי קַו־קָו וּמְבוּסָה אֲשֶׁר־בָּזְאוּ נְהָרִים אַרְצֽוֹ׃

3 כׇּל־יֹשְׁבֵי תֵבֵל וְשֹׁכְנֵי אָרֶץ כִּנְשֹׂא־נֵס הָרִים תִּרְאוּ וְכִתְקֹעַ שׁוֹפָר תִּשְׁמָֽעוּ׃

all to dwell world and to dwell land: country/planet like/as to lift: raise ensign mountain: mount to see: see and like/as to blow trumpet to hear: hear

4 כִּי כֹה אָמַר יְהֹוָה אֵלַי (אשקוטה) [אֶשְׁקֳטָה] וְאַבִּיטָה בִמְכוֹנִי כְּחֹם צַח עֲלֵי־אוֹר כְּעָב טַל בְּחֹם קָצִֽיר׃

for thus to say LORD to(wards) me (to quiet *Q(k)*) and to look in/on/with foundation my like/as heat dazzling upon light like/as cloud dew in/on/with heat harvest

5 כִּֽי־לִפְנֵי קָצִיר כְּתׇם־פֶּרַח וּבֹסֶר גֹּמֵל יִֽהְיֶה נִצָּהֿ וְכָרַת הַזַּלְזַלִּים בַּמַּזְמֵרוֹת וְאֶת־הַנְּטִישׁוֹת הֵסִיר הֵתַֽז׃

for to/for face: before harvest like/as to finish flower and unripe grape to wean to be flower and to cut: cut [the] tendril in/on/with pruner and [obj] [the] tendril to turn aside: remove to strike away

6 יֵעָזְבוּ יַחְדָּו לְעֵיט הָרִים וּֽלְבֶהֱמַת הָאָרֶץ וְקָץ עָלָיו הָעַיִט וְכׇל־בֶּהֱמַת הָאָרֶץ עָלָיו תֶּחֱרָֽף׃

to leave: forsake together to/for bird of prey mountain: mount and to/for animal [the] land: country/planet and to summer upon him [the] bird of prey and all animal [the] land: country/planet upon him to winter

7 בָּעֵת הַהִיא יוּבַל־שַׁי לַֽיהֹוָה צְבָאוֹת עַם מְמֻשָּׁךְ וּמוֹרָט וּמֵעַם נוֹרָא מִן־הוּא וָהָלְאָה גּוֹי ׀ קַו־קָו וּמְבוּסָה אֲשֶׁר בָּזְאוּ נְהָרִים אַרְצוֹ אֶל־מְקוֹם שֵׁם־יְהֹוָה צְבָאוֹת הַר־צִיּֽוֹן׃
